Zia Tile is positioned to be one of the largest independent tile manufacturers + distributors in the United States. They offer luxury tile at great prices sourced from their carefully selected dedicated suppliers from around the globe. Our solution needed to be extremely buttoned up - not only to build customer brand loyalty, but to support the high volume the business was experiencing. Zia needed the best performance, flexibility for products + SEO purposes and an integrated trade program application to power their regular customers that were contractors & home builders.
Cousins Maine Lobster - Main site and eCommerce Storefront
Cousins Maine Lobster is a national restaurant / food truck chain with over 40 locations. Featured on Shark Tank, the cousins reached a deal with Barbara Corcoran.
As eCommerce experts with over a decade of experience, we were tasked with recreating the digital identity for Cousins Maine Lobster by designing and developing more-or-less their entire web presence. This included the addition of a direct to consumer eCommerce storefront.
The eCommerce portion of the site is quite complex, featuring a custom checkout required to ensure that their live foods arrive via next-day air to their destination.
Headless Corporate Website
PKay Metal, established in 1978, is a world class manufacturer and recycler specializing in tin lead and lead based alloys. They primarily service other large scale leaders in the automotive, electronic and ammunition industries.
Our goal was to bring this titan of a more traditional industry into the digital age so that they might capture an even greater market share. Given just a logo and a 20 year old website as a content reference, we knew we had our work cut out for us. That being said, the gains to be realized by P.Kay Metal from a single deal meant that there was more than enough value to be had by all our hard work.

Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the director of digital marketing for a retail boutique.
What challenge were you trying to address with Conspire Agency?
They provided us with web development services, site maintenance, and application development.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Our partnership began when we brought them on to migrate our site from Magento to Shopify Plus. Then they helped us redesign, redevelop, and relaunch that site.
Once they completed that project, they began developing a number of custom applications. One of the apps they developed helps us with order fulfillment. They also created metadata for the product pages on the apps. Recently, they started helping us with research to assess different solutions and tools.
What is the team composition?
We worked with two people directly, including a co-founder and one of the lead developers.
How did you come to work with Conspire Agency?
I was not a part of the selection process. When I came on board, the partnership was ongoing.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent about $250,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We’ve had them on retainer for three years now. Our partnership began in January 2018 and is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The projects they’ve worked on have certainly helped us grow. We’ve definitely earned a positive ROI. It is a good partnership overall.
How did Conspire Agency perform from a project management standpoint?
We predominantly use email to communicate, but we also use Trello for ticket management.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They’re very eager to learn.

There’s always room for improvement, but I can’t think of anything they need to improve on.

Our company sells a product direct-to-consumer (D2C), and my role is head of marketing.
What challenge were you trying to address with Conspire Agency?
We needed help launching our D2C website.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Conspire Agency helped with the complete design and development of our website, which was built on the Shopify platform. They established the overall design, both in terms of a fully responsive site and layout. Our product is quite complex, so we had to lay out and share information in a way that would be easy to follow for a consumer.
When we launched, we were just selling preorders. Conspire Agency helped us set up that process and our whole e-commerce platform. They helped us complete phase one. The team has helped us with some ongoing changes. We recently engaged them for a second project, so we’ve been happy with their work.

Our main contacts are Daniel (Founder) and Jack (CRM Specialist). Another person helps with the design process.
How did you come to work with Conspire Agency?
We went through a thorough process. We looked at companies with recommendations and reviews on Shopify’s partner platform. We looked at different profiles and portfolios, and we reached out to a few different companies whose work we liked. After narrowing down our list, we decided to go with Conspire Agency.

We started working together in December 2019, and it’s ongoing.

We hit the goals we wanted to hit as a company. This was a large effort with many different levers. Overall, it was successful. We launched our site, and it has been working well.

They are good at meeting deadlines. We can always count on them to provide prompt feedback. If there are questions or concerns, they are always great at getting back to us with answers.

The project will work better if you are able to give them details about what you are looking for. This is the case working with any agency. The more direction or information you can provide about what your goals are, the better they’ll be able to meet your needs and expectations.
