We needed our outdated website re-designed and brought over to a platform that was suited to both e-commerce and with the ability portray our brand image and other services including existing locations and franchising. This also meant tightening up our brand guidelines across all platforms and ensuring our message was aligned through our website, brand book, franchise dossier, social media etc

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The finished product has been amazing, and the patience and attention to detail have made that happen. I was impressed with their communication from the start and how they adapted to our requests, which is something we have had trouble with in the past. Our project manager (Yolanda) had a real eye for on trend designs using the references we provided and really brought the concept to life for us, even when having to use different influences from different types of references designs.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Considerate Design could have done differently?

There is zero more I would expect for the price we paid for the project, very happy with the outcome!

We hired Considerate Design to redesign our Brand and Website & to create new Product Pictures.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We looked for a Design Agency and came across their Instagram. We really liked their style and recent projects. After a free and very professional consultation we decided to work with them.

After our free consultation we filled out a brief and got a proposal, which we accepted. The Considerate Team started right away and send us 3 Designs to choose from. After that they created our Brand Manual & first Website Layouts. We went through a few revisions and our new & stunning website was done! For the Pictures we send them our Products & they did a photoshoot. The Pictures turned out amazing.

In total, we worked with 3 people, including A project manager, a designer and the photographer.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

After launching the new website (with new branding & new photos) we instantly could see a steady incline of visitors to our website & increase in sales.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The whole Team was easy to communicate with and whenever we had an answer we got direct feedback. Throughout the project we received updates, which was really helpful for us.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We were really impressed by their creativity and ability to convert our ideas to stunning designs. We also appreciated the easy and open communication.
