How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We were referred to them by a sales consultant.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

Web Dev & ERP Implementations for Multiple Organizations
“They have a very talented team, and they work hard on meeting deadlines — they’re very good at it.”
the reviewer
the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’ve been a client of Confianz in a few different capacities at a couple of different companies. In one of those companies I’m VP, and on the other, I’m the general manager.
What challenge were you trying to address with Confianz Global, Inc?
Confianz has worked with me on three projects, including a political campaign of my own and two ERP implementations for my two different companies.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Our first project was an ERP implementation. Initially, we tasked Confianz to develop a simple website to build a relationship. That part of the project was very positive, so we moved into the entire ERP implementation. Confianz took what another provider had done, built a backup site, and switched sites overnight. On this project, they were in charge of handling and supporting the integration of all systems involved.
After that first project, Confianz helped us develop different B2B e-commerce stores that interfaced with the ERP system. They also developed EDI communications with various customers, which included functionalities such as automatic data transfers, ordering, accounting, and more. To this day, they keep making upgrades as needed.
As for the political campaign, Confianz's involvement was very simple. I was running for local government, and they developed my early website. Additionally, they provided me with technical assistance.
Currently, I’m back in the business side of my career, and Confianz keeps helping me. They’ve also done an ERP implementation for my current company, and they keep making multiple upgrades and customizations, as well as building modules.
What is the team composition?
I’ve worked directly with 5–6 people from Confianz.
How did you come to work with Confianz Global, Inc?
I found Confianz through networking.
How much have you invested with them?
For the first ERP project, we’ve spent around $750,000, and for the second, we’ve spent over $500,000. The web development for the political campaign cost a couple of hundred dollars.
What is the status of this engagement?
I started working with Confianz in January 2015, and our engagement is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Confianz is very good at what they do, and they’ve exceeded expectations from both the implementation and service standpoints. We’ve had little to no downtime with our systems, and their responsiveness in fixing problems has been extraordinary.
How did Confianz Global, Inc perform from a project management standpoint?
Confianz’s project management is great. They’ve been very accommodating from a timeline and budgetary standpoint, making them an outstanding partner overall. We keep lists of tasks to manage the projects, but we don’t use any specific platform to collaborate — we just base our engagement on human interaction. In addition to in-person collaboration, we communicate through multiple channels, including Zoom meetings, phone calls, and emails.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Confianz’s owner is personally involved in our relationship. Additionally, they have a very talented team, and they work hard on meeting deadlines — they’re very good at it.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, they do a great job.

Please describe your company and your position there.
During the time of the project, I worked as the Head of Information Technology driving digital transformation throughout the company.
For what projects/services did your company hire Confianz Global, Inc, and what were your goals?
While we were not the first movers in the online space, we needed to approach the problem from a different angle in order to provide users with an exceptional experience and cutting-edge services, placing us ahead of the pack.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
Previous experience, financial stability, grasp of the requirement, prototyping, and even background checks were all part of the vendor selection process. The final vendor was chosen using a selection matrix with weights allocated to each query answered by the vendor by the selection committee.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
The online system was a bidirectional real-time approval mechanism that involved both the system owner and external healthcare organizations. This was established so that visiting members would have as little inconvenience as possible while receiving prompt care. It began with a small group of members and gradually grew to include the whole membership list.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
The vendors team was lead by Hari. The team comprised of three developers, an analyst and a QA
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
The service improvement was very much visible with the in the internal metrics run by the company
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
The Project Management style was kept very simple. Have a SPOC on either sides and provide with timely updates to the Steering committee.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Flexibility and ability to take ownership and correct the course. This is something that I have had a tough time with many other vendors. With Confianz it was rather a more focused work as they kept the troubles away.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
The Confianz staff was receptive to comments and suggestions. They explained why they took that option at times, which was instructive for us, and they integrated our suggestions at other times, which was instructive for them. We actually learned from one another; it was a two-way learning initiative.

Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the managing director at Pacific Infotech UK Ltd, a managed services provider. We get involved in IT services and support and provide technologies at different levels for different customers.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Confianz Global, Inc?
We had a technology-related project that required mobile app development.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Confianz Global, Inc developed a mobile app for the real estate market aimed at the private rental sector where landlords have hundreds of properties. The app has two faces; one side for the tenants and the other for the landlords. The tenant has all the information they need relating to their rental contract, and the landlord has everything required for each of the properties on a granular basis.
They built the app for iOS and Android from scratch; we only provided them with the idea and what was required, and they offered their expertise to develop it.
They continue to work on different projects for third-party customers and us.
What is the team composition?
We've been working with 2–5 people, including developers, Anoop (Owner), and their CTO.
How did you come to work with Confianz Global, Inc?
We worked with them on other projects in the past. We chose them because they’re very hardworking and approachable. Overall, they please their clients as much as possible, so we’re always happy to work with them.
How much have you invested with them?
We've spent £200,000 (approximately $252,000 USD) with them so far.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in 2009, and the engagement is ongoing.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
They delivered the app on a smaller scale at that time. We had to hold the project back because of the COVID-19 pandemic. I can say that the product is serving about 2,000 properties right now and 20–30 landlords. It’s a very targeted, niche application, and we plan to continue to increase the market base.
How did Confianz Global, Inc perform from a project management standpoint?
Project management is great; they're very informative, attend all the meetings on time, and continue to deliver all the commitments on time. They also do their best to adapt to the constant scope changes that we face. Regarding communication, we use email, phone calls, Microsoft Team, and Zoom.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Their approach to business is great; their team is willing to work and take up challenges by coming up with new ideas.
Are there any areas they could improve?
There were times when some developers were only focused on one specific technology, which caused a bit of a lag in the project.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Avoid scope changes as much as possible — that delays the project from both sides. Also, have full visualization of what you’re expecting from them. In addition, giving them all the requirements in one goal helps close the project sooner rather than later.

Web Dev & Design for Dental Practice
"I found them really easy to work with because they understood my needs and seemed to be very experienced."

the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I am the director, owner, and the principal dentist of a dental practice.
What challenge were you trying to address with Confianz Global, Inc?
When I purchased the business from the previous owner, there was no website for it. I was looking at new marketing strategies, and I engaged Confianz to create a good website for me.
What was the scope of their involvement?
I first approached Confianz to seek advice and guidance regarding setting up a marketing strategy. I knew that a good website is a big part of that, so I asked them to create a simple, legible, easy-to-follow website that was attractive at the same time. I emailed them my logo and Confianz began to design the website from scratch
Once the site was set up, their team gave me some advice on how to attract more clients to the website. They imparted tips regarding SEO and the use of third parties to do online booking.
Confianz gave me a lot of good suggestions, but there were certain things I didn’t follow through with. At the time, I wasn’t yet in my optimum state and had only engaged them to do web development. I will, however, be considering their suggestions in the future.
What is the team composition?
I’ve worked with two people.
How did you come to work with Confianz Global, Inc?
They were recommended to me by a friend who had worked with them before.
What is the status of this engagement?
I started working with them in December 2021, and they continue to manage and update the site to this day.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The quality of the design is excellent, and I’m very happy with how it turned out. I have received a lot of positive comments about the website, especially from clients and business friends.
How did Confianz Global, Inc perform from a project management standpoint?
Confianz’s project and time management were very good. They communicated really well and were quick to respond. They were also constantly on top of things, which allowed them to finish the work within the timeline I had set.
We usually corresponded through email.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I found them really easy to work with because they understood my needs and seemed to be very experienced with this type of project. I was quite impressed with how they came up with all their ideas, suggestions, and drafts.
Are there any areas they could improve?
It was new for me, and I can’t really compare the experience with anything else, but I was quite happy. I can’t think of anything they can improve on.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Ask them questions and get them to do a draft.

the review
The client submitted this review online.
Please describe your company and your position there.
Back in 2009-2011, I was a research scholar at a prestigious University in Western Australia.
For what projects/services did your company hire Confianz Global, Inc, and what were your goals?
I hired Confianz Global, Inc Engineers to plan, design, develop and test ventilation simulation software for underground mines. The software was the first of its kind within the mining industry which relies on specific sensors to automate the airflow in "levels of underground mines" thereby conserving energy.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
Confianz Global, Inc Engineers had years of combined experience in developing and testing software applications. From a cost perspective, their service was quite affordable.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
The application was developed using PHP coding. The key deliverable is the application which can save millions of dollars via automating the airflow in underground mines. As the application itself is a prototype, most of the work related to the project were classified as confidential.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
At least, 3-4 stakeholders worked with me tirelessly to plan, design, develop and test the application.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
Each year, underground mines in Australia spend millions for their electricity consumption. Being an innovative approach, the software has the potential to lower operational cost and automate the ventilation process within underground mines.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
The primary communication tools were dropbox, emails and skype (for meeting).
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
They have impressive stakeholder management, time management, skill set, and willingness to go the extra mile!
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Nope!

E-Commerce & Mobile App Dev for Pet Supplements Firm
“They show us incrementally what is being done, so we save time and avoid misunderstandings and frustrations later.”
the reviewer
the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the owner and managing director of an organization that manufactures pet supplements under the maxxipaws brand.
What challenge were you trying to address with Confianz Global, Inc?
We hired Confianz to help us increase our online reach.
What was the scope of their involvement?
In the first part of the project, Confianz built a multilingual website for our US, UK, and European markets. This website took different tax rules into account when displaying prices and products to customers while also connecting warehouses in different locations. If the customer was in the US, we’d deliver from a US-based warehouse. If they were in the UK or Germany, we’d deliver from a UK- or German-based warehouse. These supply chain channels were an important part of this e-commerce website as we tried to reach more customers in the said countries.
In terms of the site’s development, Confianz didn’t develop its theme but provided plenty of customization based on location. They also linked the site to our system’s backend, automating processes such as stock allocation and customer detail validation as users placed orders. Not many systems could do this on one platform; Shopify would have different stores and separate websites. By contrast, Confianz aimed to put everything in one place for us. They built everything on the same foundation and platform.
In the second part of the project, we developed a mobile app that ran on both Android and iOS devices. It used the latest technologies on those platforms to serve as an extension of our website. End users could also use it on any device, including laptops, tablets, and desktops. Moreover, we built an AMP version of the website; it was a simplified version that had faster rendering times on mobile devices. However, we decided to focus on creating the app because it gave us more customer real estate, which was important if we wanted to get closer to our customers. The app was supposed to go live in June 2021, but we had to push that date back because of a disruption in our supply chain in Europe.
At present, Confianz’s core work is finished, and they’re providing maintenance services for our platforms. They take care of any changes and integrations in our systems. Yet, we still have to go live with our app in Europe after sorting out our supply chain there. In terms of other tasks, Confianz has also previously helped us with Amazon platform integration. They’ve also done a massive upgrade on the backend of our platform and migrated us to the latest version of our system.
What is the team composition?
We’ve worked with three dedicated resources from Confianz. A project manager manages the project, while the lead developer does all system development and system. We’ve also worked with a design architect at the beginning of the project.
How did you come to work with Confianz Global, Inc?
We used to have a UK-based IT partner that helped us develop and set up our platform. However, they’ve turned out to be expensive and unresponsive; the quality of their work was also far from Confianz’s quality. As a result, we decided to consider Confianz. They were far more flexible and engaging than our previous partner, so we hired them.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in February 2020, and the engagement is ongoing. The website was finished in February 2021 and went live in March 2021. We still haven’t launched the app.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Since the website is now live, end users can access different pricing structures based on their locations. If they’re in the US, they can see US-based pricing. The same applies when they’re in the UK or in Europe. That’s the evidence of the updated price list feature we’ve asked Confianz to develop. On top of that, we’ve seen a massive increase in our sales through the website, although we haven’t collected any end user feedback in terms of how our system works.
How did Confianz Global, Inc perform from a project management standpoint?
We use Zoho for issues management and task-tracking. Our teams conduct weekly conference calls, and our development processes are agile. Through this methodology, Confianz shows us what’s in progress and what’s achieved. They can identify things that haven’t been identified correctly early on. When we give them requirements or business challenges, they come back with specifications and solutions. Overall, we’ve had a hands-on approach to the project.
This approach is one of Confianz’s strengths. For comparison, our previous IT provider also had a project manager, but then that person disappeared. They came back a few weeks later showing us what they’d done, but it wasn’t exactly as we asked. By contrast, Confianz communicates with us in every step of the project.
To communicate, we use Zoom and hold conference calls with the developers. Through Zoom, they can go back to anything that we’ve talked about. In fact, the team also transcribes what I’m presenting, especially when I’m showing them business challenges and requirements. We also use emails and phone calls. On top of that, they’re highly responsive even if we don’t have any retainer agreement with them.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Confianz’s development approach is by far the best thing about them. They show us incrementally what is being done, so we save time and avoid misunderstandings and frustrations later. For instance, they conduct calls where they demonstrate what their developer is working on, enabling us to quickly identify issues. That’s their greatest quality in terms of managing the project.
On top of that, the team is highly approachable. Confianz is concerned with any issues that occur. When it comes to development, anything can go wrong. If that happens, they come to us within the hour, which is great.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, there aren’t any.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Make sure you understand your business problem from the beginning. When you engage with Confianz, be clear about what solution you want. On top of that, avoid dictating what should be done. The team is composed of clever people, so don’t tell them what to do. Simply show them the problem, tell them your goal, and let them come up with a solution. That’s the best way of engaging them. Moreover, the Confianz team will tell you if what you want isn’t achievable or if it doesn’t make sense. This makes being clear about your goals more important.

How did Confianz Global, Inc perform from a project management standpoint?
Confianz’s project management was great. We had weekly meetings where we touched base on status updates and changes, and they walked us step by step through the development process. Additionally, we had a software integration to see exactly what they were working on and when.
We had an estimated delivery date, and Confianz seized the date and got us right to where we needed to go. It was amazing.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Confianz’s flexibility was impressive. We already had a design, and they came in, redid the entire design, and developed the app in a shorter timeframe than expected. They were flexible about our needs and helped us get where we needed to go. I appreciated them for that.
Are there any areas they could improve?
There was nothing that Confianz could have done better. They even hired a project manager specifically for our project along the way, so they actually made the improvements that they could have done during the development process.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Make sure that you have your project in order beforehand because Confianz is the type of team that can start working on your project right away. Having everything in order will allow you to save a lot of time, and they can get right into what they’re good at.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the operations manager of a digital marketing firm. We focus on voice assistant platforms such as Alexa, Siri, and Google Assistant.
What challenge were you trying to address with Confianz Global, Inc?
A major part of our business is lead generation. We needed a data platform that would help us compile and verify contact information for our leads.
What was the scope of their involvement?
After an evaluation period where we went back and forth on the specifics of the project, they got to work. I’ve worked closely with a developer and project manager throughout the process.
What is the team composition?
In addition to the developer and project manager, we have a quality assurance specialist and manager.
How did you come to work with Confianz Global, Inc?
I connected with them through a personal friend of mine about a year ago. When we approached this project, I considered them as well as several other firms. I felt most comfortable with the idea of working with them, so we decided to move forward.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent between $40,000–$45,000 with them.
What is the status of this engagement?
We’ve worked together since July 2020.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Within eight months, they were able to complete a working model of the solution. I wasn’t expecting them to reach that point until at least a year into the project. At this point, the platform can process a file with 250 million entries in about two minutes.
How did Confianz Global, Inc perform from a project management standpoint?
They’re responsive and timely, despite a time zone difference. We communicate via Zoho Cliq.

They exceeded the expectations set forth for the project.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, I can’t think of anything.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Agree on a plan for the project before you start working on it.
Confianz Global, Inc built a mobile app for a cloud financial software company. They launched the platform on Android and iOS, which replaced the paperwork created by the internal team's field operations.
