I was part of the marketing team at a boutique law firm with a national footprint. My title was Communications & Digital Specialist.
For what projects/services did your company hire Conduire Social?
A refresh of an existing website and a refresh of the logo and branding.
What were your goals for this project?
A modern, mobile-friendly site, and a fresh yet classic look for the new design aspects of our branding.
How did you select this vendor?
We had already worked with both of the employees of this company and were pleased with our interactions with them and their deliverables.
Describe the project in detail.
Our website and branding revamp project was a year-long endeavor to freshen up the firm’s digital and print presence. Our precious site was not very readable or functional on devices, and the new site remedied that. We had a multi-page site that was reworked page by page. All of our requests were worked into the new design, and the designer kept surpassing our expectations with her ideas and designs. The project stayed within budget and within the estimated timeline. We are happy with the results.
What was the team composition?
My marketing team worked closely with Paige and Siobhan on this project.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The designer was able to take our fragmented thoughts on what we wanted to see and deliver beautiful iterations of logo possibilities and page layouts. We found what we were looking for without even knowing what to ask for, which was all thanks to the brilliant minds of our designer and account advocate.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
The workflow was very smooth. Paige was an extremely responsive, helpful go-between! She was our one-stop shop for all of our questions, and she routed ones meant for others on to them. That made our lives easy.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
Paige seemed to “own” this project just as much as we did. She was enthusiastic, helpful, and efficient throughout the entire process. I can’t imagine going through the web revamp without her!
Are there any areas for improvement?
Not that I can think of.
