Conceptdigital is able to recruit candidates remotely with agility, despite the timezone differences. The team has been very professional, accommodating, and easy to work with.

They’ve deployed a degree of autonomy from a project management standpoint, which helps us grow our small development team.

We typically use Slack and email to communicate and manage the entire partnership through Notion and Kanban.

We have been tracking development in 2 week sprints with each sprint consisting of tasks that are checked in daily and measured against estimated time and effort. With this, progress and success are measured essentially daily.
