BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

Wisconsin Oven Distributors LLC. is the master distributor in the United States for Memmert. a German company who manufactures thermostatic equipment. The product line includes ovens, vacuum ovens, incubators (heated and cooled), climate chambers, humidity chambers, and water/oil baths. My position at Wisconsin Oven Distributors is Vice President of Operations.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Concept Envy?

We initially hired Concept Envy to fully recreate two of our websites. Afterward,  they were hired to help us create a new marketing/advertising structure for our company. They manage our AdWords campaigns, SEO, email blasts, blog posts, social media accounts, video marketing, and daily website maintenance. 

What were your goals for this project?

Our goals for the project were to create a fresh new look for our company. Redesigning our company logo, website, and social platforms, as well as better management of our AdWords campaigns. The overall goal was to drive more people to our website to increase sales within our company.

How did you select this vendor?

We interviewed a couple different marketing companies. We selected Zach and his team because of their attention to detail and the pleasant appeal in their previous work portfolio.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

New website design and development. Concept Envy custom designed two of our websites, basically starting over from scratch. Along with a fresh new look, they made our website easy to visit, user-friendly via mobile devices, and created some much-needed content. They also manage our basic website maintenance.

Digital marketing-wise, they do organic search and SEM AdWords paid campaigns. This includes campaign setup, maintenance, budget monitoring, competition analysis, and demographic reporting. Email marketing is also done simultaneously. Including management of content for the email marketing and time frame of these campaigns.

Social media management is also done by Concept Envy. By creating content posts on all of our social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook. They have also started some video production and editing for our company. Focusing on who we are as a company really is, trying to give our potential customers an in-depth look at our company. Zach and his team have done a lot of work in shooting some clips and editing videos for our team to use on all of our marketing platforms.

What was the team composition?

We have worked closely with specifically Zach and Georgia at Concept Envy. The size of the team has varied from time to time and some changes in personnel have occurred. But, the quality of work has been consistent and we have been extremely satisfied.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The recreation of our website and the cosmetic appeal of it shows the success of this project. We have also been able to steadily increase the traffic to our website and our numbers continue to trend in the upward direction in this regard. Our AdWords campaigns as well have been on a steady increase with impressions and clicks and our ads continue to rank higher and higher on Google search results.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow between our team and theirs has been smooth. Meetings are set up periodically so that we can review results and set up future goals. Direct communication with their team is clear and easy. File sharing through Google Drive is one of our main tools to manage our workflow. Concept Envy has also been extremely open to any feedback that we have given them. They are also able to give us their opinion and advice on certain topics.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I believe for myself and our company we are most impressed with Concept Envy's innovative design. Their company has a way of making things extremely appealing and look new and clean. We are very happy with this. We also believe they have done some outstanding work to increase traffic to our website.

I'm the sales director at Swiss Precision Machining, a medium-sized manufacturer of parts for a variety of industries, mainly within the surgical and medical industries.
