Computools developed an Android and iOS app. In addition, they coded the app based on the UI/UX design that a third-party created. In terms of functionalities, the app allows users to put their devices next to their bed and night to monitor the sounds they make during their sleep and make an analysis of the users’ lung health

We could serve and deliver the product to our customers, who paid us, were satisfied with the outcome, and validated our technology — this was an important project for us. In addition, they could integrate our technology into theirs, which was key to the engagement’s success.

Their team delivered everything on time and within budget. We had some trouble with the lack of efficient communication from our internal developers with Computools team, but we managed and solved that at the end of the day. In addition, they could make more resources available for us whenever we were under time pressure, which was important due to the huge deadline our customers set up for us.

This was a difficult project, but all things considered, they did a great job and delivered it on time. Nonetheless, they could get a better Android developer — we ended up doing part of their job because they couldn’t manage it for themselves.

The project consisted of several significant stages:

We established project goals, examined current procedures, studied the market, and made application prototypes throughout the consultation and design phase.
We created the smartphone app during the Engineering Phase to help our inspectors automate meter readings. Computools made use of AI and computer vision technology, such as image processing neural networks. 
During the Launch Phase, we fixed the first bugs, gathered input, trained our inspectors, and monitored the application's performance.
We are still in the Support Phase.
Performance reports, training materials, and a fully working app were among the main deliverables.

The British Council offers IELTS test as one of its providers. We wanted to create a Wordpress microsite to accommodate preparation materials for test takers before sitting IELTS test. We sought for Computools, whom we got their contact through Clutch.

Computools was selected through an RFP process. They were shortlisted and selected from between 5 other suppliers.

We met for a kick-up call to start the project and discuss the business briefly in detail. Then Computools created the initial design which was too close to what we had in mind. They worked with us on further developments until the site was signed off. Upon pen-testing the microsite, Computools has worked thoroughly and timely to solve all security issues and launch as agreed.
