At the peak there were so far 8-10 employees who supported us in the development of our app.

What impresses me the most is their dedication and nice employees who also take the necessary time and see projects through. We already had contact with collective:mind | DEV and we were able to start developing quickly and without complications.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
The only thing that could be improved would be if the collective:mind | DEV staff would permanently share the same office.
