I manage Business Development and Marketing, primarily in the Digital domain, that's where my expertise is.
For what projects/services did your company hire Collectcent Digital Media Pvt. Ltd.?
Since we work with lots of brands, some of them needed a few of their applications to be installed in a few key geo's and we needed a company who could do this for us in MENA and SEA regions.
What were your goals for this project?
We had very clear goals, we needed quality users to download the apps and use it.
How did you select this vendor?
We searched for a few companies online who could give us this type of service. We met some of them in MWC Barcelona, that's where we met Collectcent too. We found them to be genuine and eager to work. So we did a pilot with a few other companies including Collectcent. They gave us the best results in the pilot tests. So we went with them.
Describe the scope of their work in detail.
After getting them on-board, their delivery and media buying teams spent quite a few days on understanding the product and the customers we wanted to acquire for the product. Once they were clear on whom they had to target, their media buying team did the rest of the job. Their delivery teams were in constant touch, almost on a daily basis to check on the users acquired, post installation events delivered, uninstall of app etc. Overall it was a complete team effort which drove this campaign to a success.
What was the team composition?
I have worked with their senior management team, and a few Account Directors. I am not sure how many people were indirectly involved on our account.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We got the desired number of installs for the applications we were targeting per region and well within the budgets.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
The Account Director assigned to us was very process oriented, he was very prompt with the deadlines and did periodic reviews with us. In case he was not available for a day or two, he would assign a back-up and I could call him up for any help I needed on the account at anytime. The SOPs set by them is pretty impressive.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
Their processes, commitment and basic domain knowledge. They knew what they were doing and were pretty good at it.
Are there any areas for improvement?
Nothing that I could think of.
Collectcent Digital Media Pvt. Ltd. increased the number of installations and kept within budgets. Their team was prompt with deadlines.
