We are an animation production company, headquarters in USA, we create animated videos for business and individuals around the globe. I'm currently working as the assistant manager of marketing there.

We hired Codment to work on our website. Our goal was to design and develop a completely new website that showcased our brand's creativity to our customers and at the same time should provide an excellent customer experience.

We hired Codment after carefully evaluating their pricing, ratings and the feedbacks of their customers. The deciding factor was our first meeting with them. In our first meeting they didn't acted as a salesman but rather as a consultant and guided us about what was good for our business.

The project started with our first meeting in which we discussed about our goals and what we wanted to accomplish with our website. They consulted us regarding the design and how to make it much better. After a long discussion, their team got to work. First, they designed a sitemap and wireframe, once it was approved they started working on UI Design. After that they worked on the development of the website and once everything was finalized they hosted our website.

We directly worked with the project manager along with him we talked to their website consultant, a designer and 3 developers.

After the launch of the site, we have witnessed an exponential amount of growth in our business throughout the world. Codment helped us go global and target a larger audience.

We had weekly stand-ups with their project manager and development team. On completion of each step we use to have a detailed online meeting in which we use to evaluate the work and give approvals or revisions.

What I found most unique about the company was the fact that they were not pushing their services on us. Rather they acted as consultants and guided us with what was best for us.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I don't think so we are satisfied with the services we received.

I am the Co-Founder of a pet company that is a one-stop shop for all your pet needs. Our goal is to offer our clients top-notch and trustworthy dog grooming, walking, breeding, and sitting services. Other than that, we have a vast collection of dog foods and treats, accessories, bedding, apparel, cleansing, and much more to fulfill all your dog’s needs. All of the products can be easily ordered and delivered to your doorstep. We offer pet essentials and dog grooming services.

We wanted a platform to cater to the needs of pets and their owners. We understand that it sometimes becomes tough for dog owners with busy work schedules to offer their pets the care and attention they deserve. Besides, finding a reliable dog walker is no easy chore. Thus, driven by our love for dogs, we hired Codment to develop an all-in-one platform for dog grooming, dog walking, dog breeding, dog sitting, and dog products. Our goal was simple – to make life easy for dog owners and their beloved pets.

We saw their post on LinkedIn where they were talking about website benefits. We reached out to them discussed our idea and knew that they have what it takes to pull it off!

The team understood what kind of design we wanted i.e. minimalistic and user-friendly. They discussed every detail with us and started wireframing. They also worked to streamline the user journey. After two weeks, they completely instilled both our idea and requirements into the final version.

The team directly worked with the designers and the account manager.

The pet platform created is easy to navigate, and everything from the pricing of goods to the availability of services is upfront. It won’t be wrong to say that our project is a success as it allows clients to reach out to us quickly and get exceptional services only with a few clicks.

The team was very communicative. We had meetings every alternative day. We have received a lot of help from Codment in terms of consulting and assistance. Their project manager was very organized, and he built a very good relationship with our team; he was definitely a bridge builder.

Their design skills were amazing. They knew everything about how to execute our idea into a website. Since this was our first mobile app, they were also patient and willing to walk us through the process while we were learning.

We wanted a mobile app that can give on demand access to hundreds of killer workouts and structured training plans – all led by world-class trainers.

Within 3 months, we launched our iOS app, we saw over 500 downloads with 4.9 ratings. We have seen a tremendous boost and people have appreciated on how easy it is to use.

Their development skills were above and beyond. Since this was our first app, they made sure to walk us through and were very patient with us.

There were things I wanted to know more than they liked.

We think global and our goal was to expand our company and go beyond the borders of North America. We wanted a website where we can welcome business collaboration with food suppliers and supermarkets in Europe, Australia, and all other regions and countries in the world.

We were looking for web developers and found this company on Social Media, contacted them and they were good to go.
