NED2 is a SaaS website platform that is designed to offer ease of recruiting Non-Executive Directors for companies and businesses. The web platform allows the admin to manage the list of companies/businesses and candidates. Both candidates and companies have to create their profiles and fill in the necessary information on the web.

They both can connect with each other in case of any query. This web platform simply resolves the burden of recruiters as they do not have to surf multiple sites to find the right candidates. Similarly, candidates can also find the best companies they like to associate with and can connect with them easily.

In our current journey with the team Codiant, we are majorly interacting with 11 members of the team. It includes Project Managers, QA specialists, Team Leaders, UI/UX Designers, DevOps, Front-end Developers, Back-end developers, etc.

Additionally, all our important project-related discussions are carried with a BA, who is our single point of contact. His continuous guidance, suggestions, and management helped us to successfully achieve our pre-decided milestones on time with full precision

We are in the final stage of software development i.e. UAT stage which is about to finish in a few days. Overall, the collaboration with the team is very smooth and their work is quite satisfactory. They are helping and guiding our project development process in a well guided manner. We received correct and very cordial resources throughout the course of the project, from staff who are experts in their field.

In our opinion, everyone is doing their task exceptionally well and managing themselves on their own. Everyone is responsive enough in dealing with the issues and they give us proper clarification whenever needed. In case of any errors or miscommunication, they smartly deal with things via. collective discussions.

Another good part of the team is that they remain transparent about the work and share all the relevant detail. Also, their ambitious behavior and positive mind-set formed a good working environment from the very beginning, even during the selection process. We speak every day over instant messenger (Slack, Teams). We have regular calls, both planned and impromptu.

We use Trello and Teams to communicate work planned, completed and checked, as well as diligent record keeping over email.

BA was the responsible entity in the entire course who ensured to build a productive environment by regularly updating us on the project progress, giving instant response, resolving queries, monitoring timelines, and more. To make all this possible, we have been in constant communication on Skype, emails, text, calls, and video calls.

My main goal was to build a better, more user-friendly website. The site had a lot of coding issues—the frontend often crashed, links did not work, etc. I had previously worked with other vendors, but they were not as committed as Codiant to fixing the problems I was experiencing.

Codiant, introduced me to a dedicated BA, who helps me in monitoring the correct Implementation of the requirements involved in all stages of development, along with required suggestions on the technical aspects. The BA is taking all the relevant methods to communicate the project progress and address our business specifications. Overall, the responses are very quick and fruitful at the same time.

The technologies used to build the web solution of Cosmetic Choice are PHP and Laravel for back-end development, whereas HTML and CSS are used for front-end development.

Everything was pretty seamlessly managed between both teams. The Codiant team was very communicative and easy to work with during the entire course of time. BA was our SPOC and he ensure to be very attentive and easy to approach whenever we needed to connect. From the day, we started the official partnership till date, the team was very proactive in scheduling calls, resolving queries, and meeting deadlines.
