What was the scope of their involvement?

Codesky. designed the website from scratch. We sat down together at the start and had a chat. They took a look at our old website and told us how they could improve it for us. I went away, and they designed it and then sent it across for me to review, and then they put the content on the website for us. We did send them a bit, and they added some things as well.

I am not too sure how many people worked on the website. I just dealt with Jordan (Managing Director & Project Management).

They were recommended to me by other companies, and with them being local to where we are based, it made sense.

We worked with them from March–April 2021.

I am very impressed with what they have done and their quality. Overall, we are pleased.

How did Codesky. perform from a project management standpoint?

I would say it was excellent and we were very impressed. They constantly kept in touch via email to let us know how things were going. We also used the telephone to communicate.

I went back to them with a few minor changes regarding some details that weren’t quite right, and they modified it for me. They also set up our contact details so that customers could get in touch with us a lot easier and make bookings via the website.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They constantly stayed in touch with us. Nothing was too much hassle for them, and they answered any queries we had efficiently and quickly — they provided a professional service.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t think there’s anything they can improve on.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I would tell people to get in touch. Give them a call and go from there.

We hired codesky for everything online, they built our website from scratch along with setting up our google adds etc

We shortlisted 3 developers, codesky stood out to us for their on hands approach, sleek design ideas and knowledge and understanding of our customers and requirements.

As this was a complete start up, we gave codesky a very broad description of what we wanted. They came back to us with a few different design ideas along with an in-depth description of the pro sand cons for each. Once we selected the one we wanted the speed in which codesky delivered was fantastic.

Jordan was our project manager and main contact. His team of 6 worked on all aspects such as design, building and content.

After launch we have continued to work with codesky for our google adds and google rankings we have seen month by month increases of quality traffic along with an increase in sales and our average order value.

We had daily communication with Jordan along with regular calls and face to face meetings. Codesky used asana to keep us upto date with progress.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We found codesky very approachable and professional, I was particularly impressed with the time they spent learning about our product and customer base so to create a site that best served our business.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No, I know it’s easy to say there is no room for improvement but I can not fault the work ethic of everyone at codesky. Great service all round.

I'm the co-founder of Pets Against Plastics, an eco-friendly and plastic free online ecommerce store.

Being a new brand, Codesky helped with creating a new website from scratch in a short space of time. We also needed help with our branding and pushing facebook ads and social content. Codesky have always been super knowledgable and willing to help in any aspect of my business.

Word of mouth & online. Codesky came very highly recommended from another business we know of and i was interested with the website and online pressence.

We had an initial call to talk about my goals and what i needed. During the call we filling in a questionaire which went into more detail about our business so the team knew more about out brand. From this call Codesky created a landing page so we could sign off on the design and feel of the new site. After barely any amendments they then created the whole size including showing me how to add products to the site.

I dealt with Jordan the Director and couldn't recommend his more, his knowledge and patience was amazing.

After the brand launched we have seen success in driving customers and purchases with a profit in month 3.

The project moved super quick so there wasnt much need in lots of calls, we have a weekly meeting to discuss the progress.

The knowledge and expertise Jordan had was great, every other web business i have dealt with didnt want to know too much about my business but Jordan was very passionate. The team was always hands-on to help in the workflow.

I've had no issues with my website and couldn't fault the work
