I needed someone to help me with the development of our website platform.

They’ve taken over the project from our previous developer. Our website design is already done, so they’ve mainly focused on adding a lot of features. They’ve also been implementing design improvements and making changes when necessary.

We started working with them in September 2021, and our collaboration is still ongoing.

We are basically in the middle of the project, and there are still a lot of things to do — we still need to add on features to make it a full platform.

Whenever I see any bugs or crashes, which is a normal thing in web development, I send them a message, and they usually fix them within a day or two. Overall, they always happily fix any issues that come up.

How did Codersh Web Services perform from a project management standpoint?

So far, they are staying within the budget, and outputs are usually delivered on time. If not, it is usually my fault because I’ve added new tasks along the way, or it could be due to an illness or a holiday. We use WhatsApp and Skype for communication and ClickUp for project management.

What did you find most impressive about them?

When it comes to the development process, there has to be trust between both sides. That said, they’ve been upfront when it comes to the time they are spending on the project. Also, their work is very good, and I am happy with it.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They should just continue with what they are doing in terms of being transparent and delivering quality services. I really hope they can keep this up until our website is completed and then help us maintain it.

I'm the owner of Ted Su Straps. We have been making the finest watch straps using exotic materials such as alligator, shell cordovan, lizard and vintage leathers from over 15 years. We are based in Taipei, Taiwan. We have 6 master leather craftsmen and women under the Ted Su workshop. One we set our goal, our vendor has been very efficient in the work he promised he will finish. Every milestone was made on time with quality results. Our vendor has been very good in communication. Almost always on demand and solves/answers our question in very short amount of time.

We hired one man for our project and he is more than capable of handling all the tasks involved.

The result is very satisfactory, and some are surprisingly good.

Again, it is very easy to communicate. And he is always on the other end of the computer ready to answer our questions/problems.

Very knowledgeable and capable of handling all the work we handed over. He is very efficient in his work and always complete jobs before the deadline.

We saw an increase in traffic by 35% from Seo practices. The website conversion rate increased by 75%. Website mobile loads much faster than before.

We communicated via skype calls and messaging. Whenever we needed something we had a response in under 20 minutes.

Codersh Web Services was willing to work with us on any task. When we needed something they told us to give them all the tasks we needed worked on and they would take care of it.

Codersh Web Services should start looking into mobile application development so we can use them for those projects as well!

We hired them to migrate our website from one e-commerce platform to 3DCart. As well as doing a full re-design of the look and feel of the website.

To create a better, more modern design, as well as more efficient functionality for our users.

I selected Codersh based on their extensive experience with designing websites on the 3DCart platform, as well as their competitive cost offering.

After an initial discussion about our requirements, they offered me a mockup of the homepage design, which I was initially happy with, and only needed to make some minor changes to move the project forward. We worked together to source compatible images and icons to incorporate into the design.

We had very specific custom design elements necessary for the checkout process. I am pleased with how Codersh responded to the challenge with custom programming to produce the UX we were looking for.

What was the team composition?

Initially I dealt with the project manager, then directly with the programmer. I believe that they have a graphic designer and SEO specialist on their team as well.

We received a lot of positive feedback from customers regarding the design and usability of the website.

Communication was consistent and efficient. We communicated over video phone and chat.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Firstly, I would say the technical knowledge about 3DCart, and how efficient they were at finding solutions to our custom requirements. Secondly, this project took quite a bit longer than anticipated due to delays on our end. They were very patient and worked on call when we required them until the project was completed successfully.

I can't think of anything that needed improvement for this project.
