I own a law firm called RB Law.

What challenge were you trying to address with Codenia Technologies LLP?

I was looking for someone to build a website for me as well as help with an internet presence.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Codenia Technologies LLP designed and developed my WordPress website. They’re also performing internet marketing services for me.

In India, lawyers are prohibited from doing the marketing themselves. We do marketing by putting out articles in various forums, including websites.

What is the team composition?

I believe three or four people were involved in the project.

How did you come to work with Codenia Technologies LLP?

I was looking for someone who was cost-efficient, as well as someone who could understand my needs and help me achieve those needs. I had been talking to a lot of SEO and website experts, but I realized that all of them were looking to make money and couldn’t resolve my issues.

Codenia Technologies LLP understood my needs, and we had session after session where they shared their ideas and views, and we agreed to go ahead with it. They were very persuasive, and they understood what I was looking for.

I’ve already spent around $5,000–$10,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in 2018.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I am pretty happy, and I’m going to continue working with Codenia Technologies LLP. I plan on starting a YouTube channel soon, and I’m in talks with them regarding that as well. We are just finalizing things for the channel.

How did Codenia Technologies LLP perform from a project management standpoint?

Whenever I sent them an email or message about an issue, they are pretty quick to address and resolve it as soon as possible.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’m most impressed with their client satisfaction. They kept sharing their ideas and thoughts, and they kept working on it until I was satisfied.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Every profession and business has its own needs, so they could maybe put some time towards understanding what the needs are of certain professions. I explained things to them, and they understood. But as a client, one would like to have that in the first meeting.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

It would be good to put everything on the table, whatever your needs are so that their team can understand your requirements and give you the best.

Conversations are very important. If I’m able to convey what I need to them, they will be able to deliver what I need.

I am the CEO of the company , we provide IT Services to our clients in Financial and Manufacturing domain

For what projects/services did your company hire Codenia Technologies LLP?

We hired Codenia technologies for development of an arogya darshak app to manage visitors , vendors and customers entry to our clients office for covid related issues

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to gather health status of our visitors Arogya sethu app by capturing information through QR code and creating a dashboard to alert the clients on any positve cases

How did you select Codenia Technologies LLP?

We had seen their earlier work with some of our known companies and found them to be very good. Then, we pitched them the requirement and they came up with the best solution.

Describe the project in detail.

Once we selected the vendor they came up with the Requirement Specifications and we finalized on the same. Later they came up with the wire diagrams to finalize the UI and they submitted the app for prototype testing and after completion and final testing the app was submitted

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have installed the solution with many client now , Codenia has been very flexible to make the changes needed as per client and getting the reports

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Project Manager was very clear with the requirements , made the documents very clear , used the gantt charts and we knew when were overshooting the timelines and they took the feedback very positively and ensured that the changes were made after proper discussion and they gave their feedbacks on what could happen if the changes were made

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They have a very good knowledge on Android apps

Are there any areas for improvement?

May be a bit more emphasis on documentation , since the product is not a big project we could accept this.

For what projects/services did your company hire Codenia Technologies LLP, and what were your goals?

We hired Codenia to develop the portal and mobile apps and also to integrate the same to our ERP

How did you select Codenia Technologies LLP and what were the deciding factors?

I have worked with codenia even in my previous organization and our relationship is been around from 2016 .. I was an entrepreneur and codenia helped me build my portal and once my company got acquired by a Listed entity they started managing the tech for that entity which was called Shankara Building Products

The scope of work for codenia is to develop and maintain the web and apps. We iterate our needs once every 14 days and they work on developing those modules

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We have 3 people dedicated for our project and all being software engineers with minimum of 5 years experience. The team lead is with12 years experience

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We have never experienced the need for a in-house tech team as we get the same or at times better results from codenia

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timelines.

We use Google sheets to put up our requirements and track the deliverables on the same

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their CEO Ashish is a down to earth , easy to access individual who spends a lot of time on the projects and I would term him as a Outsourced CTO

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Luckily not much. Have seen that their attrition rate is so low that the guys who manage my projects have fully been on these projects and they are also good at transitioning . Don't have any negative or areas of improvement for them
