I’m the Office Manager at AER Electric Company. UK based, multi award winning premium electric scooter manufacturer.

For what projects/services did your company hire Codemachine, and what were your goals?

Our company hired Codemachine to develop a mobile app. The aim of the project was to create a simple mobile application that allows you to reserve electric scooters. The user can reserve a product, select the model that interests them and make a partial payment for pre-order.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

A representative from Codemachine contacted us. We arranged a call. He made a very good impression and presented very interesting references. We very very pleased with his presentation, his knowledge and attitude, as well as the price for the project. We signed the documents and started working together.

Codemachine developed a mobile app for us. They were very knowledgeable in various different fields and technologies. We provided them with a vision of what we wanted to achieve as a business, how we wanted the app to operate, and our business variables. They provided us with a fully functioning modern, responsive mobile application.

Full- stack developer plus one project manager worked on the project.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The app was made in accordance with the scope we established at the very beginning. Great communication between team members, delivering tasks on time made us very pleased with the end result. We were kept updated about what was going on.

A very well-structured team was assigned to our project. The process went very smoothly, we had weekly meetings where we summarised the activities and statuses. In-between the weekly meetings, I was also able to ask questions and there were always answered very quickly. During the development, there was a PM who was the direct contact during the whole process. We are fully satisfied with the management of the project and what we received.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I feel secure with Codemachine. When they say that they’ll complete a task, they always complete it on time. Their team keeps to timelines and budgets. If it appears that a milestone won’t meet the given estimate, they quickly flag it for discussion. They’re professional and never leave us wondering. I enjoy chatting and working with Codemachine. The whole process was stress-free and enjoyable thanks to the Codemachine team.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No, Codemachine has the experience to mitigate any issues related to a remote partnership. I’m happy with their performance and I highly recommend them. They are knowledgeable and reliable.

I’m a Business Developer a PLUSFLEET - in the company that provides cloud base app delivered in the SaaS service model, allowing managers and shippers to manage a fleet of vehicles and employees.

We hired Codemachine to build one complete fleet tracking and management platform. If I work with a partner, I need to be able to rely on them. In terms of issues, we had clear communication and knew what to do. They also proactively came up with options. They’re always thinking about the project, sometimes challenging us rather than just delivering something.

Fleet management, calculation of travel costs, and organization of drivers' work are huge challenges for any transport or shipping company, which is associated not only with expenses but also a lot of stress. The goal of the project was to create a multi-functionalities cloud platform whose mission is to minimize costs, but also to eliminate a lot of stressful problems related to running such a business

We found them through a referral.Since the project was very important and urgent for us, we decided to cooperate with Codemachine because we heard great opinions about them in terms of professionalism and speed of operation

PLUSFLEET is a solution that reduces operating costs and travel planning time, up to 80%. Route optimization algorithm takes into account the real factors such as road conditions, fixed fees, ADR classes, or road orders and bans. This enables the identification of the fastest and most optimal routes in seconds and eliminates the problems associated with the organization of the journey. The manager can optimize and plan another driver.

That's not all, our solution also allows us to verify the compliance of data from invoices from carriers. The route calculator allows you to configure such features as the dimensions of the vehicle or its weight and uses the API HERE in order to calculate the route to be offered to the user. The web application integrates with HereMaps and allows you to calculate travel costs taking into account all the necessary parameters.

The project manager managed the team.There was two Front-end developers, one Backend Architekt, two QA manual testers, BA/Stakeholder and one UX UI designer

Our platform saves time and lowers the costs of running a business, and at the same time reduces the stress associated with the implementation of tasks. We provide a complete multi-tool that allows for effective fleet management and increases the efficiency of the business and thus has a positive impact on the company's financial result.

Regular meetings, along with the use of tools like Jira, Google Suite, and Slack, enabled both teams to stay up to speed on progress from all sides and allow for maximum flexibility to adapt to any changes.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

With Codemachine on the project, development has gone smoother and faster. They work efficiently and support the internal team effectively. They were responsive and collaborative with their partners to resolve issues and deliver on time.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Everything can always be done better faster. But this time we focused on quality, not on time. The quality and thus the usability of the product was the most important for us. Codemachine provided us with a great product!

The main business goal and at the same time the most important was to create a solution that allows for easy verification, calculation of the costs of transport.

We’ve done several projects with them over the years. They have extensive experience and knowledge when it comes to creating custom solutions for the area of logistics and transport.

We consistently have a team of three or four. There is a project manager, an account representative, and two developers that we interface with directly.

hey fulfilled the requirements, and we were satisfied. It was too short for a milestone plan, but they knew everything that was required.

They were by far the best organizational team. This was hugely important to me and made for a strong, stress-free partnership.

They consistently produced high-quality work that were always finished on time.
