I'm a digital marketer at The Revolver Club. We're an e-commerce platform for electronics, and we majorly deal in music products such as speakers, turntables, and vinyl records.

What challenge were you trying to address with CodeBiosis Private Limited?

We needed to optimize the SEO for our website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

The first part of the project was to optimize the website speed and the paid performances. We provided them with SEO order reports related to website feed and technical audits from Google search and analytics. We developed the website earlier, but they worked on all the bugs and ensured that the website feed was up to 86 on Google PHP.

They're also helping us optimize some of the products and block templates right now, and we requested them to do some coding to optimize the performance for a better user experience as well. For SEO optimization, they only did the technical part; I optimized the keywords on-page issue. They have suggested a few strategies for better website development.

How did you come to work with CodeBiosis Private Limited?

I was looking for an agency to help me implement the off-paid and technical SEO order reports. We reached out to CodeBiosis Private Limited, and their main purpose was to fix all SEO bugs and do some basic UI development on the website. We evaluated other agencies, but the pricing difference was huge; CodeBiosis Private Limited was affordable, so we went with them because they also had a good client base.

We have spent less than $5,000 on the project.

What is the status of the engagement?

We started working together in August 2021, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They've timely delivered all the projects. Additionally, one of the metrics that we evaluated was the website's speed; before optimization, it was 25 on Google PHP, and after they did all off-page optimization, the speed was 86.

How did CodeBiosis Private Limited perform from a project management standpoint?

Although there have been some delays for 2–3 days, they can consistently deliver the project. We followed a module format to break our whole project into five modules, and we communicated through Google Sheets before and after completing every module to give them feedback.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They understand the requirements first before working on anything, and that's something that they do well. Their team also ensures that everything is correctly finished before providing the optimized version.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could use some tools to break down better what the project needs.

Any advice for potential customers?

I would recommend them to anyone who wants to get into website development because they have the proper knowledge and expertise.

I hired CodeBiosis to set up the TruVitals website. 

What was the scope of their involvement?

CodeBiosis designed and developed my website. They created a custom design in Figma because I had specific requirements and a unique market position; none of the existing templates on Shopify could fit my needs. The design team provided me with multiple design options that I provided feedback on. CodeBiosis ensured my logo, branding materials, and visuals were added to the site design according to my vision. 

Once the design was finalized, the CodeBiosis team developed the site page-by-page. After development, CodeBiosis took the site live as its host and moved into a maintenance role.

A colleague of mine recommended CodeBiosis to me. I considered 3–4 other firms, but decided on CodeBiosis because I liked their proposal the most.

We invested 120,000 INR (approximately $1,600 USD) with CodeBiosis.

We worked with CodeBiosis from September–December 2021.

I am delighted with the final website CodeBiosis developed for me. Everything they delivered worked very well for me; they did a fantastic job and catered to all my requirements. 

How did CodeBiosis Private Limited perform from a project management standpoint?

CodeBiosis was great at accepting my feedback, and despite changes I made, they still delivered on time. We usually communicated over phone calls, email, and Google Meet. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

CodeBiosis delivers exactly what clients request, but I think it’s great they also add new ideas to improve the project. However, the best thing about working with CodeBiosis is that they deliver on time.

I don’t have anything for CodeBiosis to improve.

I would advise future clients to agree on deliverables and timelines upfront with CodeBiosis.

I am the Founder and Managing Director of a health and nutrition startup company called Essens Wellness. We own two brands as of now: ActiFiber and Tru ELIXIR actifiber.in truelixir.in

Our goal was to launch a mobile responsive website for the purpose of scaling our E-commerce business beyond marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart etc.

This vendor was referred to me by a common friend in my network of founders.

Scope of work is maintaining the codebase, doing the integrations, bug fixes, and development of new sections on the Product details page for variants selection, etc. The key deliverables are to manage the store codebase & have it up and running smoothly. The technology used is Shopify.

There were 2 people who worked with Vendor's team and their positions were Full Stack Developer & Project Manager.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The outcome was great and general feedback is also great all the deliverables functioned as per the expectations and it enhanced the user journey.

The project management style was Agile and the communication tool used was Slack and timelines were being added using a Project Management tool called Asana.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

CodeBiosis team has been supporting us even in the odd timing when our sale is to be launched or there was a critical P1 issue that needs to be resolved. Overall, their team's work process and capability are impressive.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Overall our experience was good and we don't feel anything negative in their workflow they know what they are doing and they are confident about deliverables.
