The development and maintenance of the platform was compromised by a development team which did not meet the minimum accepted standards for the growth and support of the system.
The platform began to have a series of anomalies which severely affected its operation.
Solution:
Our team at the time of getting involved in the project began to train the company's programmers and our agile development methodology was implemented, in addition, a communication standard for daily meetings was established with them.

The first project for which Codebay was hired was for the development of an application which was created to print on cards and on different types of products. The first project was simple, it did not require much effort, the system was made with C#. For the ecommerce a different methodology was implemented due to the size of the project: scrum, where we meet several times a week, and where results are shown twice a month. We start with planning and designing some parts, we are currently defining the best way to manage shipments and payments.

In the first project, a PM and a programmer. For the second currently we are six people: A PM, a designer, three programmers and a QA; In addition to the fact that at the beginning an architect helped us.

Today the first version of the platform has been completed, and new modules are under development.

The process did not take that long, but we had complications migrating the information as our old servers were constantly crashing due to the workload. Eventually we managed to migrate everything, and from there Codebay has provided us with maintenance services.
