Issue:
The development and maintenance of the platform was compromised by a development team which did not meet the minimum accepted standards for the growth and support of the system.
The platform began to have a series of anomalies which severely affected its operation.
Solution:
Our team at the time of getting involved in the project began to train the company's programmers and our agile development methodology was implemented, in addition, a communication standard for daily meetings was established with them.

Codebay has taken over the development of our classroom hosting solution, bringing it from 50% progress to completion. The app has two sides: teachers can log in using an English interface to access their functions while students can use the app in Spanish.

It all boils down to the fact that they deliver what they promise and over-communicate in the best of ways. They’re so regimented with how much they’re able to accomplish per day/week that we’ve never been in question as to the timeline of their work. We know when a feature is going to roll out, when something will be available, and when they’ll fix our bugs.
During the main development phase, the team would send us daily WhatsApp messages of what they accomplished the previous day and what they planned to work on next. In addition, they had routine Zoom calls every other Friday and led standing meetings to demo any new features. This allowed us to provide feedback and ask for tweaks, which they’d typically make over the weekend to prepare for roll-out the following Monday.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Codebay’s ability to logically think through solutions to our development problems has been so impressive and helpful. There have been many times when we’ve wanted to implement an idea only to have them suggest a different solution that would get us to our end goal. I’d say 99% of the time, their method was more user-friendly, efficient, and easier for us to understand.

I hired Codebay to design and develop my website.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Codebay worked on a basic website for my company. It was great how patient they were with me throughout the process. I was really strict with the design, always wanting to make changes and try different things. I’d send them ideas to work with, and they’d present an updated version every week or so. We’d meet at their office to go over those changes, too, which was perfect.
As for the key features, I asked them to make it easy for me to upload projects to my site. I wanted my site to be more about my project photos rather than about the text, so Codebay designed a portfolio gallery to showcase my past work. If a user is interested in viewing the project details, then they can hover over the photos to see additional information.
