I’m a consultant at a tech company that provides HR applications. Our system can recruit, test, and select candidates for job positions.

For what projects/services did your company hire codebase, and what were your goals?

We are working on a way for users to onboard new employees through our system and the codebase team has helped us.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

They were hired before I joined the company.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

Codebase is helping us develop an onboarding app. The app will enable users to onboard and score newbies. The app users can walk around the virtual office and unlock achievements by visiting rooms.

The application provides the user with step-by-step instructions, which makes onboarding easier than ever. The whole system was created as saas so it is not limited to one company.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Now we have an automated enjoyable and smooth journey for our new employee.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

We use Azure DevOps to manage the project, and they always keep us updated. We have weekly meetings where we prioritize tasks. As for communication, we use Slack.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I really appreciate that we have weekly follow-up meetings that aren’t just with the technical workers but also with the codebase team. As a result, we always feel like they’re looking after us.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I can’t think of anything they need to improve.
