I am the Managing Director of a company that provides Embroidery Digitizing and Vector Art Services.
For what projects/services did your company hire Code7 Labs, and what were your goals?
We had an existing website, but we needed it to be a place where our customers could directly purchase the ready-made designs and place custom orders. We wanted to get a custom Admin Dashboard and Client Dashboard where all the things could be managed smoothly.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
A close friend referred us Code7Labs, who recently got their Mobile App Developed by them. I personally had a few meetings with their Business Analyst and Project Manager. I was satisfied by their knowledge and expertise. The budget was not the primary thing for me, but the work quality was the utmost priority.

About 3-4 people were working on our project. We were in direct contact with the business analyst and project manager.

Our Customers are now highly satisfied, they can directly place orders on their panel, without having the need to email us directly. Our employees (Designers and Digitizers) are able to submit their work directly to clients. Overall a 50-70% retention in our customers and overall revenue.

We were given the Gantt chart, to view the initial workflow and timeline. The Project manager was in direct contact with us. We had some changes in the requirements (some tweaks), and it was also handled with professionalism

There's always room for improvement, unfortunately, I couldn't spot one in this case.
