We needed PHP developers for our internal projects.
What were your goals for this engagement?
There are a lot of PHP backend developers on the market. And we needed to find the best ones.

They provided recruiting for middle and senior PHP backend developers. They help us to fill all our positions faster than we normally could.

All candidates provided by CNA International IT have successfully passed probation period. They are part of our team now.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
We use messengers for a quick chat, Zoom or Skype for video calls and Trello for task management. They provide weekly reports. I think our communication process is pretty effective.

CNA provided a recruitment service.
What were your goals for this engagement?
We were looking for a JS developer with 3+ years of commercial experience and good knowledge of React.
How did you select CNA International IT?
This is not the first collaboration with CNA and they have already proven their competent approach in recruitment and good knowledge of the Ukrainian IT market.

We set the requirements and followed the progress in Trello. All preliminary interviews were carried out by the CNA, our team communicated with candidates already at the stage of technical interviews.
What was the team composition?
We were in touch with the team lead and a couple of recruiters. The communication mostly occurred in Trello.
Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?
Thanks to the efforts of CNA, we hired a suitable candidate who successfully passed the probationary period and is working on the React-based project now.

Everything went smoothly, without unnecessary communication. Most of the important questions were resolved even before the search process started.

This is an experienced team of professionals who are well versed in the technical side of the IT-sphere. They know how to recruit engineers.

There is always something to improve. But in this particular case, everything was top-notch.
