I was introduced to CMARIX through a friend who had worked with them before. We needed a very fast turnaround and didn't have room for a delay due to the scheduled trade shows we were about to attend, each the biggest globally in its category (Spielwarenmesse and ISPO).

We needed the look and feel of the website to match our existing corporate websites and the website to include our full product catalog. We share all of our requirements in detail, CMARIX shared their questions about unclear points and started development in a matter of days. They delivered the project on time exactly as we envisioned it to be. The website was developed on Wordpress.

Our main contact was the principal consultant and upon scoping of the project, we were assigned a project manager who handled all technical communications.

Upon start of the project, we had already printed the website to our new international business cards and the posters and all marketing materials we would use at the trade shows. These were our first international trade shows and we were able to track the use of the website during and after the trade shows by the visitors to our stand.

They were very professional, kind, and client-focused. They have the right tools to communicate any decisions we need to take as part of the project and they always come back with detailed questions not to leave anything to chance and once they start the development, we never had any issues or surprises.

Over the past four years and four projects, I have always worked with the same people which is rare these days where people frequently switch jobs. We wanted to develop a mobile application specifically designed to provide a marketplace for vehicles and vehicle parts. After years of personal experience in the industry, we wanted to cram the most helpful and important tools and features into the application within our budget, so that at the end we have the most user-friendly platform of its kind on the market.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
After searching online for app developers, not only locally, but nationally, and internationally, we decided to go with CMARIX based on a couple of factors. Although the sales team was felt a bit pushy in the beginning, Raj Sharma, the sales contact person was the one that 'sold' me on the service. Ultimately, he was the deciding factor. I noticed a level of professionalism that none of the other developers showed - politeness, competence and 'customer first' attitude.
We spent hours discussing the project via calls, Skype and emails before actually contracting. He was always there to answer any questions, or put the mind at ease if need be. In addition, I had reviewed the companies prior projects, which also helped us build confidence in CMARIX.

After a series of meetings to discuss our goals and objectives for this 'blank slate application', a project plan was put together. The development team, lead by Ankit Agrawal, has custom designed the app from scratch and provided a native app development for both, Apple and Android per their standards, as well as, backend development. In addition, per our request, a promotional website was built.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
The team assigned to MotoFiniti was/is lead by Project Lead, Ankit Agrawal. His team included a UI/UX Expert, 2 Sr. iOS Developers, 2 Sr. Android Developers, 2 PHP/Backend Developers and a Quality Analyst.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
It is too early to share any measurable outcomes of the project, as the development is still ongoing due to requested addons before the official 'go-live' publication. A marketing team, lead by Nirav Patel, has already begun work to ensure a successful launch. Review of actual outcomes to be followed after publication.

The Project Lead, Ankit, was a real pleasure to work with. He is very patient and always took the time to explain and make sure everything conveyed, is understood, especially in the beginning stages. His level of expertise was, and is, paramount to the successful development and publication of this application. Whenever we ran into issues, he would weigh in with pragmatic solutions and advice, and then, Hitesh, Mrugen and the rest of his team would make the adjustments within a day or two.
We enjoyed working with him so much, that we have already asked to work with him and his team of developers on the next project. Our preferred way of communication was via Skype. Any expected response was always prompt. Their team works hard to make sure timelines are always met.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
It's tough to narrow it down to just one, but their overall level of professionalism we found most impressive, which includes all communication and correspondence. A close second is making sure that the customer and the project is always the focus. We were equally impressed with the design of the application, which again, started from scratch.

While we're very satisfied with the service we have so far received, quality control is one area for improvement. During testing, there were basic functional issues that could have been tested and resolved prior to, which would have saved some time. However, the development team quickly addressed any problems from version to updated version.

The team impressed with their superior development skills paired with their ability to work on tight deadlines. By developing a regular cadence of communication, they managed the project with ease and adapted to any necessary changes in scope. They foresaw potential problems by planning.

I worked with a project manager (Ankit) and couple developers for our projects. He's always been responsive and has helped come up with solutions to problems. No complaints here. Also, like to mention that, Karan, who is one of the developers was dedicated to provide quality and completed work even when timelines were tight.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
As the project has not yet launched, the company can't provide measurable data. However, the client is happy with the results thanks to CMARIX's work.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Everything was completed on time. We mostly communicated over phone and video chat, but they were very flexible with timing for being a offshore onshore model. Whenever we had a question, they would email us back within an hour.

They've done great work at an affordable rate. I'm trying to think of other projects and functionality I can work with them on in future.

We wanted a user experience that was going to be engaging to various demographics that was beyond the capabilities of our internal technical staff.

I connected with CMarix on LinkedIn and although we were early stages of our planning phase was so inspired by their portfolio that I could visualize key aspects of our own product in a few of their existing projects. We had a call and explained our vision and requirements and their quote was extremely reasonable.

Given this was a UX project we had a workshop to explain our defined user journey and vision for the product. CMarix first created wireframes to better visualize the user journey and after a handful of updates we progressed to design stage where the team provided clickable screens in Adobe XD. We were beyond ecstatic to see the quality of the work and feel our vision coming into reality.

We worked with an account manager, design lead and UX designer.

Potentially with more feedback, we may have gotten to where we needed a little faster, but even with that, we had a final version in hand after 4 updates from the team.

The professionalism of the team and their ability to understand our big picture vision and help us get that out to a UX was so good that we have changed our development plans as we move past our MVP to include CMarix as a technical partner as well. We are looking forward to our future partnership!

I had an idea for a web app that I wanted to build an mvp for. It was, in my opinion, fairly complicated with a lot of unique features. Additionally, partway through the project, we began working on a 2nd project with CMARIX to add some custom features to our content based website.

I contacted several development agencies and shared my plans and wireframes for the web app. They were the only company that seemed to really understand what I was going for. They asked appropriate questions, came up with solutions, and the cost fit my budget.

We've been communicating regularly since the project began, primarily via email. The scope and details of the projects have changed from the initial plan but everything has gone smoothly.

I'm the owner of a company is providing a media network where people can post pictures, articles, and videos.
What challenge were you trying to address with CMARIX?
I have no IT experience, so I needed someone who knew what they were doing.
What was the scope of their involvement?
CMARIX developed my website and Android and iOS app. I gave them my idea and sent some pictures of what I wanted the app to look like, and CMARIX created a plan. They managed all aspects of development from there.
What is the team composition?
I’m working with a project manager from their side.
How did you come to work with CMARIX?
I was looking for app development companies, and CMARIX was the third result.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent between $15,000–$20,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
I started working with CMARIX in May 2020, and it’s an ongoing partnership.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
It’s a bit too early to know what the impact of the platform will be, but the quality of CMARIX’s work is perfect.
How did CMARIX perform from a project management standpoint?
They’re excellent. We mainly communicate through WhatsApp, but we’ve had some Zoom conferences as well.
What did you find most impressive about them?
The planning was excellent. They’re very well-organized, always looking to plan ahead. They ask me to write down what needs to happen, and they take care of it.

I don’t think so.

I don’t have any specific advice. CMARIX is great at communication, and they’re well-organized and friendly. I’ll definitely consider them if I need something in the future.

CMARIX was hired to design and develop a social media app from scratch.
What were your goals for this project?

How did you select this vendor?
I conducted a lot of research on potential vendor partners and spoke with each of their recent clients to get an objective perspective on their skillset, execution and working style.
Of all the vendors I spoke with, CMARIX had the most glowing recommendation. They were also the only ones that submitted a very thoughtful, thorough proposal that not only reflected the points discussed on our initial calls but also demonstrated what a successful partnership with CMARIX looks like.
Describe the project in detail.
Once I hired CMARIX, we had several kickoff calls to discuss and align on the requirements in full and specific detail. After that, their design team came back with mockups and wireframes for every screen in the app (a few dozen). They submitted a variety of concepts and looks to choose from and were thoughtful in taking and incorporating my feedback.
With an approved design, their coding team then took over and we went through several iterations of development and testing to get the app finalized. They were great at pointing out potential user experience problems that I didn't think about and also coming up with effective solutions.
What was the team composition?
I initially spoke with a sales consultant during the proposal process. Once I decided to move forward, a project manager took over with a team of developers and designers.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The app just launched recently so I don't have success data to share yet, but I feel really good about the output.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Despite the time difference between India and the US, I could always rely on CMARIX to be very timely in their response. Email, skype chat and skype calls worked very well.

Their timeliness in responses, project management and ability to come up with great solutions quickly to problems were impressive.

While this wasn't part of the scope, more thought leadership around the kinds of metrics and app analytics to track would've been helpful.

CMARIX offered their experience and expertise in Shopify-related development. They made the necessary changes to a third party theme files, giving us the opportunity to create new content blocks on the web that was otherwise impossible with the native features. In addition, they helped us with an IP-based redirect solution which allows us to target different markets with tailored content.
What was the team composition?
We were in direct contact with one of their Account managers who then communicated our needs to an internal team.
Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?
The IP-based redirect tool allowed us to work with an external distributor who takes care of specific markets. This means we could separate our order fulfillment, customer support and other related areas of operation.
How was project management arranged and how effective was it?
The management was really effective - the direct contact with an account manager meant that all questions and concerns were addressed within the same day.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
The lead time and the cost level is very reasonable. They were open to discuss other possibilities of cooperation when we were not willing to share full access to our Shopify account due to basic security concerns.

We connect customers to caterers via curated Packages. We save time for customers, provide value and an overall excellent service. I am the Founder and Director of the business.
For what projects/services did your company hire CMARIX?
We hired CMARIX to help us develop a front end webpage for customer to buy Packages that caterers curated. I already had a system in place so CMARIX had to integrate this with the old system. And make it work simultaneously.
What were your goals for this project?
The goal of this project was to be able to integrate the new webpage with the old webpage so that customers and caterers can seamlessly get enquiries and receive packages orders. They had to also integrate all the emails and ensure that this did not impact the old system. They also had to integrate this new webpage with back end admin panel i.e. merge new orders, creating packages into the existing back-end profile of caterers.
How did you select this vendor?
I selected this vendor through a third party platform. I read its reviews and its focus on customer experience. I also noted that they had done projects all over the world and the design of websites was brilliant.
Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.
I contributed a wireframe of how the webpage should function itself and how it should integrate into the old system. I gave the design, the functionality and the instructions. The vendor was responsible for implementing those designs and they did to the T. Obviously i am not a developer so there some technical aspects of the customer journey i did not understand but CMARIX explained this. For example, one technical aspect was actually activating the job from the back end. This was not as simple as turning the button because when you turn the button it activate the new and old orders so this has to be carefully configured.
What was the team composition?
I had an account manager who was always available. I also had a project manager. Both were prompt and always helpful. They dealt with everything from technical issues to payments.
Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?
Not at this current time. This is a new venture and though the platform is now ready, we need to begin our marketing campaign.
How was project management arranged and how effective was it?
Project management was brilliant. It was seamless, it didn't feel like nothing was being handled. We had used Trello to monitor and track the work and tasks and this was very useful indeed. Everything was done on time and to the deadline. No language barrier although based in India.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
The most impressive was their communication. It was always prompt and you can expect a response within an hour. You just knew that anything would be taken care of. They were flexible, friendly and approachable.
Are there any areas for improvement?
There is very little to improve. My only recommendation would be as they did with me, is with new customers, sit and talk through the requirements with as much detail as possible and continue to provide recommendations as CMARIX has the expertise and experience. Done this well with me, so it'd be good if other customers have that as well.
The delivered website came out exactly as envisioned and garnered a good amount of visitors at trade shows. CMARIX worked in a professional and personable manner, placing all of their focus on meeting the client's needs. They were timely, communicative, and reliable throughout.
