After the insightful information provided by Clubbish, we worked out a plan to improve our performance on google as this was our main source of enquires. We are already seeing a boost in views to our website after 1 month of using Clubbish, we are also seeing a huge jump of projects coming in already.

We don’t have any recommendations for them to improve, we find it extremely pleasing the work they do for us. Social and google ads - we wouldn’t use anyone else.

Working with the owner directly and for the remaining team to be led by him, this ensured that no communication issues on what we wanted to achieve in our areas of expertise.

We have scaled a number of clients to multi million turnover and smaller business growth to a position where supply has been an issue not the business we have generated. So overall we have a 95% success rate in scaling small business, with the remaining that did not scale as the market would not allow or business owner model was not sustainable.

We have daily communication and sign off, works very well.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The personal service that we've received has been great, and they are very professional. When tested, they remain cool and have very logical solutions to the challenges we bring them.

We are working together to improve some reporting but have seen some great improvement in 2021, that we now get more detail than the customer requires.

I'm the owner of Confidence Wills. We're a franchise-structured company that specializes in will writing and estate planning.

We needed their development and marketing expertise.

Clubbish has initially developed our website from scratch and improved the design of our logo, documents, and other promotional materials. They've come up with impressive results, so we've decided to engage their team to generate other deliverables.

We've seen a stable uptick in our inquiry rate, which we attribute to Clubbish's marketing efforts. Their team has elevated our startup by strategically positioning us in the market. Additionally, we've received compliments about our effective brand strategies — they've really given us a head start through their work.

We mainly communicate via Google Meet. Clubbish has employed a professional and strategic approach from the get-go, and it greatly helps us meet our timelines. They're also highly responsive to my requests.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Clubbish is a team of proactive and independent workers — I can trust them to integrate everything without much supervision from my end. I don't plan on hiring another marketing partner, so that speaks volumes about my satisfaction with their work.

It's hard to think of areas that need improvement. Clubbish has met my expectations in terms of quality and project management, and they've been pivotal in our success.

I’m the e-commerce and IT director for a brick and mortar, family-run jewelers named T.H. Baker. We have 22 physical stores, and I’m responsible for three different retail websites under our umbrella.

Primarily, Jason and Clubbish have handled the SEO for my websites. We sometimes also work with them on side projects, such as content marketing, though these are usually on a one-time basis.

I’ve known Jason for around 12 years, and I’ve worked with him previously on a few different projects. I first met him through a referral, and his team came in and fixed the SEO for the company I was working for at the time. We had worked with many different firms up to that point, and none of them had been able to get us ranking — Jason came in and just made everything work. 

After a great experience like that, it was a no-brainer for me to contact Jason when I needed SEO help on my current project.

We invest around £200,000 (approximately $275,000 USD) with Clubbish each year. 

What is the status of this engagement?

In my current role, I’ve been working with Clubbish since March 2015. We’re still working together at this time.

We’ve gotten a great return for what we’ve invested with Clubbish — each year, we earn around £3.5 million–£4 million (approximately $4.8 million–$5.5 million USD) from what we spend on their services. In terms of traffic, they were responsible for bringing 2 million visitors to our website last year. 

How did Clubbish perform from a project management standpoint?

Their team is very thorough and methodical when it comes to document management. We have shared inboxes and Google Drives for collaboration, and I let Jason set those up exactly how he wanted to match Clubbish’s systems. 

Due to my personal relationship with Jason, I know that I could reach out to him via his cell phone any hour of the day, and he’d be there for me. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Jason and Clubbish have a wide range of knowledge when it comes to digital marketing. Even though I mostly use them for SEO, I know that they can provide a lot of other web services. They understand how each digital channel overlaps and fits together, and that’s very important to me. Clubbish is skilled in SEO, content marketing, social media, and PPC, and they know how each one drives the others. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I genuinely can’t think of anything — I only have 100% positive feedback. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Work with them! Make sure to listen to what Jason has to say and keep an open mind about other services. There’s a lot of overlap between different digital channels, and Jason can explain exactly how each one can affect the others.

For what projects/services did your company hire Clubbish, and what were your goals?

I use Clubbish regularly to run ongoing digital marketing campaigns for different B2B clients. Our goals are always similar for each client: to raise online awareness, increase engagement and drive enquiries to the client website. The challenge is to understand the best, most cost effective way to do this.

I selected the vendor having used various other suppliers, and having been recommended to them by a fellow industry professional.

We have developed an efficient way of working. We firstly discuss the client. Clubbish carries out initial research in the client market place, based on the information we have given them. Between us, we agree on several different blocks of ads, and provide Clubbish with ad wording. They then build us the campaign, and provide tailored monthly reports based on the different metrics each client finds valuable.

We have a single point of contact at Clubbish and have been made aware that an additional account manager and various technical advertising specialists are involved behind the scenes.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Different clients have different required deliverables. One client has gone from £1.7m to £7.3m in just over 12 months, partly as a result of the incoming enquiries we have generated by working with Clubbish. Another has specified several major enquiries that have ensued, and they have just had the biggest quarter's orders since they formed in 1928.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Like any supplier relationship, there have been hiccups but that's almost a good thing. They enabled us to keep vigilant and keep tabs on what's going on

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The intelligence of the advertising campaigns built. The ability to talk our clients through why they are doing what they do, and what the client needs to do, in order to keep improving results. They teach clients enough for the clients to direct us better.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There have been a couple of times where we have asked for things to happen, and they haven't, and we have put in place additional meetings to ensure we all stay on top of what is needed

Moving our website over from one a Wordpress website to Shopify and overhauling the online marketing campaigns.

We searched online and found Clubbish. We had 3 companies present to us and Clubbish was the best proposal. We also found Jason M. to be significantly more experienced than other presenters.

Our Sales have increased by over 100% in the first month of the new campaigns and amazingly the marketing spend has remained the same. Visits to our website have almost doubled so we are very optimistic for the rest of the financial year.

We had scheduled online meetings every 2 weeks but in addition we had regular, almost daily contact with the Clubbish team as and when necessary. They were at hand whenever we needed them.

They dealt with everything we needed and alleviated our stress of moving our online platform and its be the best decision we've made.

Very happy with their service and long may that continue, its just been a very smooth transition.

We are a Chartered Building and Fire Engineering Consultancy working to make Britain's buildings safer, mortgageable and insurable through a wide range of services from initial surveys to oversight of remedial works. I am a marketing coordinator for the company.

We're relatively new business when we engaged Jason and Clubbish and our goal, as with any new company, was to put ourselves out there and become recognised by potential clients and our sector.

We have received a dramatic increase in number of leads and conversions since working with Jason.

The workflow is extremely efficient. Jason, whilst extremely busy, remains extremely flexible and makes himself available for meetings. We have quarterly meetings to go over general business, check performance and discuss how we can improve strategy. Alongside these regularly scheduled meetings, Jason and I will very often have impromptu discussions and meetings about how we should adjust strategy as and when changes to the industry occur.

Clubbish's experience, knowledge of the marketing sector, and personability are second to none. Jason is always solution-focused, always working with a project goal in mind and I value his input highly.

Honestly, not that I can think of. Jason is extremely receptive and accommodating to feedback, it is never an issue if something does need tweaking - which is usually through changes in industry.

Clubbish manage our website and have recently completely renewed our whole website. Goal was to creat a better flowing website easier for customers, and Clubbish have delivered that.
