Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The features CloudTrains suggested really helped us in the launch. In two months after successfully launch, we see that traffic increase on our website in exponentially manner-plus people subscribe our services & products as well without any investment in user acquisition. Our users could very easily refer other users to bring their friends and family on board.

It felt like an autopilot mode. Although their process can feel a bit longer since they do a lot of research when compared with other IT companies, it's a good experience overall. We had a much better understanding of the market in technical terms after working with them.

They really took ownership of both the process and the product. They would take the initiative and come up with suggestions. They were not shy to disagree with us on certain features, but they always backed it with strong reasoning.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Some of their documentation may not be up to industry standards. Plus, they depend a fair amount on free tools. CloudTrains is a young team and will likely polish their work with time. Nonetheless, we are very satisfied with the services and recommend them strongly for early-stage entrepreneurs like us.

A project manager was the main point of contact throughout the process. Beside, there was one Intermediate Web developer and a designer working behind the scenes.

The outcome of the project turned out to be great.  We were quite happy with the design and development services.

The best part about the project was that it was delivered without delay. Also, there wasn't any communication gap and the coordination of the team was awesome.

I had researched companies online and reached out to many for quotes. However, most vendors required a deposit for an estimate. I ended up working with CloudTrains, because they were the only company without that requirement.

CloudTrains has been building the full product (Apps & Web) for Glaznonoid. We went through a series of phone calls and emails to discuss what me and my entire team wanted. They built a prototype based on that, and took care of any changes within a day or two. After I get more funding, I’ll go ahead and build the full product with them. We’re currently using a CMS, which we’re planning to integrate through APIs. The purpose of the platform is to sale our products direct to our consumers with a help of app and web, as well as several other features which are still in being planned out.

I work with five people, including an UI/UX designer, project manager, app and web developer, and marketing manager.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We are still building the app & web, so we don’t have outside feedback or metrics yet. This is a really collaborative process. I have ideas for how I wanted the app to look, but this is not my background. They have been so helpful with thinking through the functionality, design, and features, and they support me.

At the beginning of the project, they provided a proposal with all the milestones scheduled. I can contact them multiple times a week, and they feel like they might be in the next town over. We’ve never had problems with the time difference and have a tremendous amount of interaction. They walk me through all the steps of the process. We use Basecamp and WhatsApp to connect.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They’re an absolute pleasure to work with. They have strong customer service and are available at any time to answer questions. They were happy to go through tremendous detail and make any changes I wanted to make. They never complain about time commitments to me, and are always willing to do what I want whenever I need them.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No, I don’t have any complaints. This has been a smooth, easy process.

We were looking for a technology partner that could assist us in the development of our fully customised website along with inbuilt CRM. We were looking for a partner that could perform a quality, reliable, and intuitive website redesign, in accordance with modern standards, as our previous website was outdated and it performed badly in terms of lead generation and performances. Our new website was presentational, however, it required complexity as we have various products, categories, a mega menu, and a number of elements in the navigations, all of which needed to be properly and intuitively positioned.

CloudTrains entered the story as a trustworthy, all-encompassing partner that performed complete planning, prototyping, and time-lining of our website's design and development. We initiated our cooperation with in-depth ideation of all required processes. CloudTrains's management team drafted a timeline of processes and outlined a schedule of when all segments of the project ought to be completed. They created a detailed and clearly defined plan for every aspect of the project and stuck to it until the very last day. The project began with initial prototypes of the website flow and the designs for all individual pages. Upon completing each page design, I received access to Figma where I had the chance to see and leave feedback on the looks, which I found to be amazing I had the opportunity to participate in the design process itself. When all pages were designed, the project forwarded into development.

During this stage, I was granted access to the staging server where I could observe the progress of the website's development. After the website is finalised and live, CloudTrains's Digital Marketing team began with search engine optimization in order to ensure the best positioning of our website for the desired keywords. Throughout all this time I was in constant contact with the project manager, as well as design and development team members who worked on our website. We had great communication, transparent, effortless, and beneficial, and we were in contact via Zoom calls, emails, phone calls meetings whenever necessary. After the website was redesigned, we saw a rise in website traffic, a drop in bounce rate, and overall better user experience and site performance. We received positive feedback from market, and all that in the perfect timing just before the peak of the season.

Communication with the CloudTrains's team was excellent. They were very transparent, straightforward, and involved in the very development of our concepts, and overall brand. They helped us verbalize our ideas and turn them into life, but were also candid and conscientious to aid us to create a wonderful web presence for our brand. They showed competence and reliability, and we were satisfied with their level of expertise and feedback. It was really important for us to be able to participate in the entire project and to be involved in the website creation, and the entire team made that possible.

What we found the most impressive about CloudTrains was their involvement, knowledge, and transparency throughout all the steps in the project. They understood our needs and helped us streamline the project in the best direction for our company and brand, and provided us with a fully personalised approach to the project.

CloudTrains developed an advance level e-commerce web portal. The app brings our users and Unnati Silks products on one platform, removing intermediaries from the loop. Users can pre-order, share their own designs, from anywhere in World. Their team is working on building out features including lead feeds, lead management, chat modules, a customer dashboard, payment gateway, pre-orders management, and more.

Our team works closely with a subset of theirs—which consists of two web developers, one Web Designer, and QA experts—to talk about the scope of the project.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

CloudTrains has been a constant support in our web and app development efforts. Our web is now live with over 200,000 monthly active users, ranking ninth in the business category.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Their workflow is very smooth and effective all in all. They reply almost instantly every time we have an issue and are very proactive in pointing out foreseeable challenges and how to solve them.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The most impressive thing about CloudTrains is that they go above and beyond to ensure that we hit our milestones well within time. We have no reason to complain or change the development flow. We’re so connected that, at times, it feels as if they’re acting more as partners than as a one-time vendor.

While the engagement has been good so far, I initially struggled in understanding the initial onboarding process. We sorted out the confusion after the first week, but it could have been avoided.

After registering, users can find people interested in the same things they are and connect with them by sending a request. They can then chat with them, share achievements, and exchange and interact with them over chat, photo, and video.

CloudTrains completed the app, and everything is running well. The final product exceeded what we originally envisioned. We were pleased with the collaboration.

The project was well-coordinated using Basecamp.  We could see our progress at every step of the process, and they were available whenever we needed. A business analyst coordinated the development, but their project manager took over in the later stages; the transition was seamless. Their CEO was always available for any kind of support.
