CloudFronts commenced its professional journey with BPMC in the December 2017 and continue to work with them. CloudFronts Team helps them every single day to cater to their existing Dynamics 365 for Project Service Automation capabilities. The team rectify and modify their reports, along with adding functionality to their existing PSA implementation.
Further, the team had a review of the critical entities within the Sales module of Dynamics 365 and customized them as per the client requirements and specific business needs. Till date, the CloudFronts team is working with them to upgrade their D365 environments from v8.2 to v9.

About the client:
The client is the fastest growing seating brand in the United States. The client corporation designs, manufactures, and distributes seating solutions for business, healthcare, government, and education markets. It offers task/work chairs, conference chairs, multipurpose chairs, cafe/task stools, and several kind of chairs. The company serves customers through commercial furniture distributors.
CloudFronts came up with a straight and simple solution to resolve the challenges.
The team leveraged the potential of Azure Web API, Scribe Online and Connectors. There are two types of Connectors used for this purpose. First is the Messaging Framework, which acts as the bridge between the external (distributor) system and Scribe Online and second is the AX connector, which uses AX AIF service to perform CRUD (create, read, update and delete) operations on sales orders.
The above built AX connector also processes the XML from Messaging Framework and maps the fields to proxy class fields from the AIF Service.

HLM was looking out for a Disaster recovery solution as their existing backup solution was unable to achieve the RPO (Recovery Point Objective) and RTO (Recovery Time Objective).
HLM wanted a solution that would –
Secure HLM workload with minimum downtime in the event of a disaster.
Protect all physical, virtual, hybrid, and cloud-based workloads with one disaster recovery solution.
Single Sign-on (SSO) experience for all their application.
CloudFronts implemented Azure Site Recovery (ASR), as a part of BCDR (Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery) strategy, for reducing application downtime during IT interruptions to enhance compliance. In this, the team replicated workloads running on physical and virtual machines (VMs) from a primary site to a secondary location. In case, if an outage occurs at the primary site, you switch over to secondary location safely and access apps from there. Once the primary location is restored, HLM can resume using it again.

Bidirectional data integration between Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and the Demand Works Cloud Smoothie® solution.
Demand Works had developed a robust analytics platform called as Smoothie to provide analytical insights. To extract and collate the data for this purpose, they were using a NAV database backend. But when NAV received an upgrade to ‘Business Central’, Microsoft discontinued the backend access to the database. Hence, the CloudFronts team developed a custom API using AL Coding to integrate data from Business Central with Smoothie.
A subsequent Training session provided by CloudFronts helped the client’s team to deploy this complete solution on their client’s side.

Firstly, all the emails of the users were migrated to Office 365. Post that, all the services and applications were deployed on the system.
A company intranet was created for document management with the help of SharePoint Online to store all the business documents which were previously on network drives. This not only stored documents but also ‘secured’ them as well.
None of the platforms work well without appropriate end-user training. Therefore, training was conducted demonstrating the use of Office 365 applications and services like MS Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online. This also included insights into the ways to access the documents in SharePoint Online.

The Equality team was already using classic Dynamics 365 CRM interface. This interface was quite complex and needed a more intuitive user experience. Since the client site is built on magento ecommerce platform, the CloudFronts team developed a smart integration platform which can seamlessly connect Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Magento. With this, any new customer entering or registering on plumbingsupplynow.com will be synced back to MS Dynamics CRM as a contact or a lead.
