I’m the owner of several blogs. I was seeking a company to do a redesign of one.

Sought professional redesign of entire website.
How did you select Cloudbreak Digital and what were the deciding factors?
Selected Cloudbreak via a Facebook group where they were advertising their design services.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
Initial communication was ok until they received the money which I paid in full to receive the ‘discount’ promised. After that it was like pulling teeth to get any information.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
Owner and an Admin.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
Project was promised to be completed in a few weeks. After much texting, messaging and emailing in my part I would get weird messages from Rob the owner stating that he ‘was at the movies’ or ‘had allergies’ that day or other stalling and totally unprofessional tactics that left me frustrated and out of patience.

Terrible. He said he used Trello but no notes were ever entered by him.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Absolutely the most unprofessional and unimpressive ‘company’ we’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. They finally (after threat of legal action) offered to refund me $700 but only paid $100. I constantly got more promises that they would pay but they never did. Never do business with these scammers.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Avoid them at all costs. Do your due diligence online so you don’t lose your money!
