I am the CEO and Co-founder of ClickDrive B.V, which is a marketplace for driving instructors and people looking to take driving lessons to qualify for obtaining a driving license. We aimed to provide a transparent way for people to discover the right instructor based on a matching algorithm that takes their personality traits into account and user reviews that provide social proof and validation.

One of the biggest roadblocks we faced in the development process was the lack of skills to manage a software development team and find a partner with a reputation for superior service, knowledge, and understanding of the industry.

In addition, we lacked the technical knowledge required when it came to making major technical and architectural decisions while developing our platform. This is why we needed a company such as Cloud Primero as our consultant and application developer.

Cloud Primero is a highly reputable company and has worked with several EU businesses, some of them later becoming unicorns. With a diverse portfolio and experience, we chose Cloud Primero as our consultant and developer.

Our primary goal was to create a high-standard, scalable platform while following a strict timeline. Working with Cloud Primero enabled me to work on the company’s go-to-market and focus our resources on expanding the user base, leaving the orchestration of digital product development on fully committed Cloud Primero’s development teams.

Cloud Primero’s consulting team gathered the requirements and developed the flow of the entire product. To accomplish this goal, they provided a dedicated project team of 9 members consisting of Developers, Data Scientists, Project Manager, and Testers.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We launched a world-class web and mobile application for driving students and instructors within the three months time frame, including the Quality Assurance Testing. Additionally, Cloud Primero also implemented a cloud-based data warehouse to store data from multiple sources through automated pipelines to allow data sharing and analytics about driving data and habits.

Cloud Primero helped us in my seamless payment integration according to our choice and preference. The timing matters a lot because they have delivered the project in the time frame of 3 months.

The team we were working with was professional, had all the expertise available in-house, and kept our team involved in almost all the required decision-making processes.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We are impressed with the agile work environment and seamless flow of communication between the project team and development team

The work was near perfection, and I cannot think of an area they lacked

We at Climber position ourselves as software consultants for smaller companies like start-ups here in the Netherlands. Myself I'm the CEO of the company.

We were in need of a new website (and along the way found out in need of much more). We wanted a quality looking website that worked exactly how we envisioned it to work. Luckily Cloud Primero checked all those boxes with their end-product.

We actually got recommended by another company to check Cloud Primero out. At first we were a bit sceptical, due to the lower price they were asking for the complete project, when comparing to other software developers in the Netherlands. However, after having gone through the whole project over multiple calls, they won our trust and we made the final decision. Safe to say, after finishing the project, they also earned our trust.

So we were using a website that was fully build using Webflow. However, we wanted to make some changes in functionalities, without completely redoing the website. Cloud Primero heard us, and created the new functionalities using Laravel, and getting them to work and function seamlessly next to the existing Webflow pages.

7 people. 1 project manager, 1 scrum master and 5 developers (UI/UX, Front-end and Back-end)

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We don't feel like sharing numbers, however we can say that our customers are very happy with the end-product.

They handle their timelines in a fantastic way. All of the deadlines were met, and the communication was clear and functional. We used Slack as our main way of communicating, and during out-of-office hours we used Whatsapp to get a quick word out.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The way that they kept their promises made months ago. The quality, scope, and budget were set a long time ago but were all met in a spectacular manner. Hats off to Cloud Primero.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We had a really ambitious view of what we wanted to website to be able to do. We were so sure we knew how everything would work development wise, that we sometimes came up with ideas that just weren't feasible. Cloud Primero wouldn't Cloud Primero if they would do their absolute best to try to create what we wanted, but sometimes it just couldn't be done with the current technologies. It's nothing on their side, just our youthful and boundless ambitions, but sometimes Cloud Primero should be a bit sooner and harsher, getting our feet back on the ground.

Our state-of-the-art data collection - driven by AI, machine vision, machine learning, sensor tech, and much more - makes it possible to track physique, technique, and cognitive abilities seamlessly. In addition, our app allows clubs and trainers worldwide to follow their players’ progress, while young talents can measure their growth in real-time and use all of this data to get better than ever.

The talent hunting process in football is still very conventional, old school, and human dependant. But we had the vision to digitize the training process by creating a global platform to nurture the upcoming footballing talent under one umbrella.

However, this vision was heavily dependent on the skillful software development team that could leverage the power of Computer Vision (AI) and create robust data collection methodologies and pipelines to train the data accurately, drastically improving the results of this platform.

In addition, mobile and web development of such an application were required to tap the potential user base of this platform. Cloud Primero here fits the description of the help we needed and it has been a true pleasure working with them.

The purpose of this platform was not only to discover the best young talent in the world but also to enable coaches and trainers to have hands-on experience in mentoring these prospects by preparing AI- powered and regulated training regimes.

To build a high-quality platform of such scale, Cloud Primero became the digital product development partner of JOGO. This partnership enabled the founders of JOGO to focus on raising the funding for their idea and increase their product reach while Cloud Primero worked on perfecting the platform with us and making it a reality.

They provided a dedicated agile project team of 25 members constituent of developers, product managers, SCRUM masters, AI engineers, data scientists and testers.

Cloud Primero created an online data-rich portal that can be used by trainers, coaches, and players to conduct football training. The data and analytics generated on this platform can be accessed via user- friendly web and mobile applications. We have users of this app in more than 130 countries all over the world. We roll out new features and improvements every month following CI/CD practices, keeping the in-app experience fresh, relevant, and impactful.
