Please describe your company and your position there.
I am the co-founder of Wonderkind.ca We are an online gifting service that creates gift sets using made in Canada product from female founded businesses from across the country.
For what projects/services did your company hire Clavis Social, and what were your goals?
We hired Clavis to help us develop and lead an ongoing digital marketing campaign for Wonderkind in an effort to build brand awareness and drive sales to our website.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We accepted three presentations by various agencies. Clavis's presentation stood out as it was personalized to Wondekrind, You could see that they not only listened to what our needs were during our previous interview but the Clavis team researched and interpreted our weaknesses as they saw them..
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and marking tools used.
Making use of our established social media platforms (FB, IG, LI0) as well as Google Clavis was challenged to raise Wonderkind's online presence. They developed a number of mini holiday campaigns built to drive businesses to our website.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
Along with founders Nick and Sonja, we worked with two other Clavis staff members responsible for copywriting and social media posting.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
Our click rate went up as did the number of likes on our IG and FB channels.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
We have monthly recap and strategy meetings with our team and set up a Whatsapp group chat for any info that needs to be quickly communicated. between us.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Clavis really takes our goals for Wonderkind to heart. They have a very gentle way of pushing us out of our comfort zones (Tik toc). They are excellently using their ability to work towards our goals of increased sales and brand awareness.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
We would like to see Clavis come to us with bolder, out of the box type of campaigns.

Please describe your company and your position there.
I was the digital marketing specialist at this Toronto-based healthcare startup. I coordinated the vetting and interview process on the selection of the agency to work with us.
For what projects/services did your company hire Clavis Social, and what were your goals?
The marketing team is the smallest team in the company, we needed help on all lead generation efforts including sales enablement tools, paid advertising, creating conversion landing pages, setting up webinars and more.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
The understanding of the technology and how to blend it into a marketing strategy is crucial. Clavis Social went above and beyond putting together their campaign brief.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and marking tools used.
We first go over the resources we can provide them (assets, colours, etc..), then we discussed the high-level strategy, goals and budget, then the team moved on to adding up the ad accounts and landing page, and then with assets and copywriting. And finally approval stage and then launch the ad campaign series. We meet once a week to go over the stats. Marketing tools used are Linkedin Ads and HubSpot.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
We worked with an account manager, 2 paid ads specialists, and 1 designer/copywriter
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
The ad campaigns are very successful, they not only helped us maintain a good level of awareness online, more importantly, but the campaign also generated good quality MQL leads for our sales funnel. They did a great job at controlling the cost of not more than $80 cost per lead.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
We have a channel on the company Slack group where we can get quick feedback and share resources, we meet online every week.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Please describe your company and your position there.
I'm a brand strategist at a healthcare-focused brand strategy & activation agency. We support a broad array of brand needs: creation, refresh, revitalization, launch, and portfolio optimization.
For what projects/services did your company hire Clavis Social?
We needed to partner with social media experts to create a powerful global social strategy + activation playbook for a client. Our goal was to deliver insights and tools to help them strategically leverage social media in order to support global + regional marketing goals.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We searched online + sourced our networks to find an agency partner who had created similar assets at this scale (global, multi-billion $ company, healthcare focused). After finding Clavis via an online social media forum, we were able to learn more about their experience/expertise in the space and felt they would be the best partner.
Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.
After a kickoff meeting, we worked closely together to ensure we took the best approach at marrying our client knowledge with their social media insights + recommendations.
We conducted a good deal of market research to discovery the most impactful way to connect via social with patients and healthcare providers. We also conducted an in-depth review of client-provided resources to determine what they could leverage and what areas they needed to further develop.
This set the stage for our strategy recommendations and fed into our playbook, which took all of those insights and translated them to tactical implementation so the client could empower their teams to create and deploy powerful social marketing plans.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
4 individuals.
- Sonja - project manager
- Victoria - market research + competitive analysis + organic social
- Louis - marketing funnel + paid social
- Nick - web / SEO
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Since our tools have not yet been implemented and were designed to educate + empower our clients team, we don't have hard metrics to demonstrate success. However, we've received glowing client reviews of the work overall, and continuous recognition for the team's agility to refine the deliverables over the course of the project to ensure an optimal output.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Because of the size of these deliverables (final assets were to 70+ page ppts), we created outlines for each and ended up dividing the sections between our teams based on who would be best suited to develop them. This proved to be effective as working style across our teams, and we had weekly calls to troubleshoot issues and keep the project moving forward.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Their ability to learn a new, complicated space. Marketing in healthcare, especially at the global scale, poses many challenges - including regulatory/governmental considerations, platform restrictions for healthcare companies, regional availability/utility of different channels, reimbursement differences, copy development / appropriate use of claims, and more. They eagerly tried to understand the nuances while leveraging a strong foundation of knowledge throughout the project.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Clavis brought in a ton of expertise + insights from independent research, but I think for future projects it would be great to see them further distill this information to make the end product (especially for such big deliverables) more digestible + action-oriented.
