We contracted Nick from Clavis to provide expertise and support with Sinai Health's first streamathon, Sinai Live. Nick's contract included event and program support with the task of representing Sinai as the production lead for the live stream with our partners and content providers. Nick operated as a natural extension of our team and did a phenomenal job of representing Sinai Health.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goals were to raise funds through a new method of fundraising, increase awareness and increase our donor database

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

    - Support the on-going tactical needs of the project - Collaborate with and engage Sinai Health Foundation and its partners and content providers to assist with achieving critical milestones, resource management, timelines and success measures - Play a role in the create of a premium livestreaming and event experience for the Esports/Gaming/Influencer and the donor/participant community - Support the identification, recruitment, cultivation and stewardship of Esports/Gaming/Influencer live streamers, with the braoders "content creator" community as a future key stakeholder - Engage with select external Esports/Gaming, Community/Influencer stakeholders to support them in helping Sinai Health Foundation achieve our project goals

    What was the team composition?

Nick worked directly with the Sinai Health Foundation team, our partners and content providers.

    RESULTS & FEEDBACK

We exceeded our fundraising goal in a new to Sinai fundraising platform, gained new donors and significantly increased awareness of Sinai Health.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Workflow was seamless; we worked remotely with teams that had (for the most part) not met in person.. We were operating with tight and changing deadlines and Nick was able to pivot and provide valuable insight each time.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Nick's ability to jump into a project with demanding and short timelines that were changing as the project evolved. His ability to keep the end goal in sight, refocus and energize our teams with his enthusiasm and calm demeanor. Nick was an absolute pleasure to work with and didn't feel like a consultant but someone we had worked with for years.
