    As a one-stop-shop for clients looking to increase revenue, our main goal was to enrich UX through messenger channels. That is why I decided to partner with someone who had extensive experience developing chatbots.

    The chatbot market is tricky, simply because there are very few suppliers and all of them are very new. I had known the Chatbots.Studio founders for several years and had completed several other projects with them. Once Andrei and Igor set up the Chatbots.Studio company, working with them was the natural choice.

    Chatbots.Studio handled conversation flow design and integration with e-commerce software, including shopping cart apps. They built chatbots connected to the most important e-commerce systems that we use, such as Magento, OpenCart, WooCommerce, and Shopify. They are experts in the Corezoid Process Engine, which we use for development and integration management.

    A permanent project manager was assigned to our account, along with two conversation engineers and two back-end developers.

    After hearing clients' feedback to our first chatbot project with Chatbots.Studio, I have started to believe that bots are the future. I have done seven projects with the chatbots as part of the original scope, and four more projects are currently in our pipeline.
