I’m a sales and marketing manager for a testing equipment manufacturer. We create products for the coatings and packaging markers. Around 80% of our business is exported.

For what projects/services did your company hire Chameleon Web Services?

We approached Chameleon Web Services to develop and enhance our websites and support some of our digital marketing.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to increase the number of inquiries generated by our websites as well as our Google search rankings.

How did you select this vendor? 

I googled “SEO Company Birmingham” and contacted the first organically listed vendor. We only wanted to work with a company that could achieve the first rank for themselves. 

Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.

Over the years, Chameleon Web Services has developed new websites for us in addition to updating existing domains. They’ve made our sites more appealing to customers while maintaining their functionality for SEO. They’ve also supported our social media marketing and provided technical support. 

What was the team composition?

We have a dedicated account manager and also have access to their SEO and social media marketing specialists. If we have any technical issues, they offer off-hour support and assistance.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business? 

Our international web presence is now much higher, and we’re generating more relevant inquiries from each of our target countries and markets. 

How was project management arranged and how effective was it? 

We co-lead the projects to determine the frequency of reporting for each area. They have daily discussions with us by phone and Skype. 

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The staff is incredibly dedicated. I’m impressed by their willingness to understand our needs as a business and ability to provide solutions that fit our budget and timescales.

I run a business consulting company and as part of this we provide our clients with the everything they need to grow.

For what projects/services did your company hire Chameleon Web Services, and what were your goals?

We gave Chameleon the job to bring our company up in the search rankings for business consultants which is highly competitive. They also had to work on our clients as white label which was scary as this was all our eggs in one basket.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Google, then meetings and costs, looking at success and clients they worked with already.

Search Engine Optimisation for our busines and our clients. Chameleon provide the full array of digital marketing for us and have done with since 2014. We have never had any issues and our business now turns over inexcess of £1 Million a year.

4 SEO Consultants, 2 Web Developers and 1 Graphic Designer.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We have achieved for our business and our clients as white label top three rankings for everything we have gone after.

Excellent communicaton, always keeping us informed. They have a client portal that provides daily updates and work log.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The professional staff and their hunger to achieve success impressed us. The company is managed well and the Director is a consultant to other companies and he has acheived amazing things at Chameleon winning awards.

I’m the director of 1001 Product Reviews. We provide clients with product supply solutions. Whether it's identifying a manufacturer and supplier or drop-shipping, we offer turnkey solutions to clients of all sizes.  

For what projects/services did your company hire Chameleon Web Services?

We needed someone to audit our digital services, provide advice and tracking for keywords, and do web development to increase conversions based on heat maps and customer journeys.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to grow our clients’ websites and ROI so that more clients would trust us and engage our services.

How did you select this vendor?

We researched several companies and put together a list of five to give a small test to. Chameleon was the only vendor to provide the result we were looking for. They were also highly transparent with their expectations. We appreciated this genuine approach. Ultimately, their history of delivering for their clients won us over.

Describe the project in detail.

They developed a mechanism to automatically pull drop-shipping products onto our customers’ websites. Then, they did SEO so they would rank well for these popular products.

What was the team composition?

Chameleon provided two project managers who steered tasks both to their internal team and us. Ian (Director, Chameleon Web Services) provided hands-on guidance.

Can you share any statistics or metrics that speak to the quality of their work and impact of the engagement?

Within six months, Chameleon delivered above and beyond what they said they would. Our clients loved everything they did, as well as the speed at which they delivered results. They were simply amazing, especially considering they were ranking against industry-leading companies.

How did the Chameleon Web Services perform from a project management standpoint?

Their communication was good throughout. All our ranking data was captured in the internal client portal they provided us with. We used Google Analytics to track every goal and remarketing effort.

What impresses you about the Chameleon Web Services?

At no point did Chameleon gives us any sales talk. Everything was authentic, and they delivered results on time. While other companies I’ve worked with have hidden behind technical jargon, they provided transparency. Everyone was technically-savvy, experienced with SEO, Google AdWords, and social media. They made everything simple for us.

Are there any areas for improvement?

It’s hard to pinpoint anything, as they worked so hard to achieve what we set them. The only negative would be that we sometimes had to wait a day to get a response from the director, after emailing him directly. To be fair, he wasn’t our primary point of contact, and he was a busy person. In the end, he always did get back to us with factual information, so we really can’t complain.
