Albasha Greek & Lebanese Cafe
https://www.cerberus.agency/work/albasha-greek-lebanese-cafe/
Albasha Greek & Lebanese Café came to Cerberus in need of a complete brand overhaul for its Metairie location. Immediately, our team adjusted the restaurant’s online Google properties, optimizing its online presence and correcting major flaws in the company’s SEO. After a series of photoshoots, covering both the restaurant’s interior and diverse menu options, our team began working to launch a new, dynamic website for phone, desktop, and tablet use. At the same time, we started managing the location’s social media. During the COVID-19 shutdown that shuttered many local restaurants, Cerberus ramped up social media and embarked on a new digital advertising campaign and incentive-driven initiatives to help drive business.

Recruit Staff Hire. The Hire Standard.
https://www.cerberus.agency/work/recruit-staff-hire/
Recruit Staff Hire came to Cerberus to help launch their new staffing company. Our team began by developing a bold brand mark and fresh positioning. On an abbreviated timeline, Cerberus launched the company’s stylish new website and email marketing campaign. Other projects included trade show materials, animated email signatures, dynamic business cards, and exterior building signage. Three months later, the company looks like a proven industry leader; and nothing like a 90-day-old startup.

Abita Amber Spec Campaign
https://www.cerberus.agency/work/abita-amber-spec-campaign/
Teaming with director Michael Campbell of SoupFactory Digital in New Orleans, Cerberus created this speculative campaign inspired by Abita Amber. Eight :15 videos celebrate the city of New Orleans from a local’s perspective, coloring Abita Amber as synonymous with the city itself. The original positioning line, New Orleans, Drink It In. invites the world to smile with us as we call to mind the little things that make our city such a unique place to call home. From its neighborhood bars, late-night cheese fries, go-cups, and debris po-boys to the Lakefront seawall and even our crumbling water pipes, there’s no city like New Orleans. And no better local beer to toast it all than Abita Amber.

Young's Dry Cleaning

Following Hurricane Katrina, Cerberus introduced a new branding campaign to promote Young’s pick-up and delivery service. Three years later, business increased 243%. NFL Super Bowl Bid

The Greater New Orleans Sports Foundation commissioned Cerberus to design and develop the city’s bid to host Super Bowl XLVII. Embodying the true spirit of New Orleans resiliency, the successful NFL proposal was contained in a box constructed of Louisiana cypress and dressed with salvaged metals from ships destroyed by Hurricane Katrina. The winning bid helped the city realize an estimated $400 million economic impact. According to observers who attended the meeting, NFL commissioner Roger Goodell said that the bid “set the bar” for these types of presentations.

Branding, Web Dev & Design for Real Estate Law Firm
"The Cerberus Agency team has fulfilled our vision well, and we’re happy with their work."
the reviewer
the review
The client submitted this review online.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m an attorney at a law firm that specializes in residential and commercial real estate transactions.
What challenge were you trying to address with Cerberus Agency?
We needed some to help us conduct a complete rebrand.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Cerberus Agency has provided various services to help us with our rebranding process. First, we had an initial meeting where we discussed our goals and our budget. The team then broke the project down into phases.
The first step involved web development. Cerberus Agency created different versions of the site until we went live with the final iteration. The team then came up with a logo design and other branding collateral. They delivered a few versions of a logo for various merchandise. Currently, they’re helping us create new signages for some of our locations.
What is the team composition?
We’ve worked with five teammates: two supervisors, an art director, a copywriter, and a web developer.
How did you come to work with Cerberus Agency?
Our interior designer recommended Cerberus Agency. They seemed cool, and their prices were reasonable, so I decided to work with them.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent around $10,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
The project started in January 2021 and is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Everything they’ve delivered has been professional, polished, and aesthetically pleasing. The Cerberus Agency team has fulfilled our vision well, and we’re happy with their work.
How did Cerberus Agency perform from a project management standpoint?
They’ve done a great job of being very accessible. It’s easy to get a hold of them at any time. We communicate via phone calls, text messages, and email.
What did you find most impressive about them?
The Cerberus Agency has been highly transparent. Whenever they think something isn’t a good idea, they tell us. Furthermore, their creative prowess is fantastic — they know what works and looks good. Overall, it’s really easy to work with the team.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, there’s nothing they could do better.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Trust their expertise and be open to their recommendations.

Branding & Package Design for Gingerbread House Kit
“I appreciated that they brought something very fresh and clever to the table.”
the reviewer
the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the owner and sole employee of Pop d’Art LLC, a food business that sells gingerbread house kits modeled after local architecture.
What challenge were you trying to address with Cerberus Agency?
I hired Cerberus Agency to develop the packaging design for my product. The design needed to be edgy and sophisticated while still being accessible to people. Since then, we’ve expanded our collaboration to include digital marketing services.
What was the scope of their involvement?
When we started, I definitely had a vision in mind. I showed them my ideas and pointed to a website design that I liked, and they worked with me to churn out some additional ideas. In the end, their ideas were different from the ones that I conceived, but it turned out for the best.
On the design side, they were responsible for:
- Handling the product packaging
- Calculating the optimal dimensions
- Designing the bar and logo
- Ordering samples
From there, they opened up a new realm of marketing for us. They saw my gingerbread house kit as a social product — something unique that lent itself well to social media, which I hadn’t even considered before.
They set up my Facebook page and website, looking into multiple coordinating domain names so that I could capture all of the intellectual property. Once we settled on the website, they also created a dedicated email address for me.
What is the team composition?
I worked with their whole team, but I mostly interacted with the Rocky and Justin (Co-Owners).
How did you come to work with Cerberus Agency?
I knew I wanted a local company with a strong portfolio when I considered Cerberus Agency. Their designs were really ahead of the pack, and I was excited at how quickly they got my product. They were sincere in their approach, so I felt like I could trust them with this project.
How much have you invested with them?
All in all, we’ve spent about $10,000 to date.
What is the status of this engagement?
I signed the contract in July 2019, and they got the packaging to us by October 2019 so that we could launch before the holidays. I plan on working with them more on the social aspect once the market conditions improve.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The packaging and design response has been positive. Cerberus Agency veered somewhat from my original vision, but that was much to my delight. I didn’t want an agency that would simply rehash my ideas out. Rather, I appreciated that they brought something very fresh and clever to the table.
The final design really drew people in. When we launched, there were people who took pictures sitting next to the box because they loved the logo and packaging so much. It was adorable and had a very local flair that spoke to people.
A news channel even featured us on one of their segments to show off the box. I was really proud of that. Without Cerberus Agency’s packaging, I don’t think my product would’ve been taken as seriously as it was.
How did Cerberus Agency perform from a project management standpoint?
They were extremely communicative and transparent. If I emailed them, one of the co-owners would quickly get back to me, and I liked that I could just call or text them directly on their cellphones.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Cerberus Agency had a vested interest in seeing my product succeed, which made me feel supported as a one-person show. They could see where I had weaknesses in my business model and made helpful suggestions, even when they didn’t need to. It wasn’t like they were trying to take over my company, but it did reaffirm that we were partners in this. I felt valued, and it resulted in something spectacular.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Nothing major stands out. I wish we could have tied Instagram into our plan earlier, but I think it might have been out of my budget at the time.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
You really have to understand the verbiage of the design process to make sure you understand where each side is coming from. If you take for granted that they know exactly what you’re talking about, you might find that your expectations aren’t aligned. Communicate with them to ensure you’re on the same page.

Rebranding and Design Project for Retail Gun Store
"They’ve been positive for my image."
the reviewer
the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I own a retail gun store called High Caliber Guns.
What challenge were you trying to address with Cerberus Agency?
I’m also a pawnbroker, but there’s too much of a negative connotation with the word “pawn,” so I needed to do some rebranding to reflect my higher retail gun dealing business.
What was the scope of their involvement?
They took my initial design, which I’d made in Microsoft Word. I wasn’t trying to be creative with it; I just wanted something simple and to the point. It’s still a good logo, but it needed to be updated to something that was more of a brand mark, rather than just lettering with an image of a bullet.
I didn’t realize what it would be like for them in the first thirty days. As a client, you don’t think anything is happening, but they’re all in a room brainstorming. At 90 days, we were just starting to get rolling. Once they got everything together, though, they hit me with an entire package: the brand mark, the logo, and several types of advertisements ready including billboards and print ads and more.
I told them what I was trying to get away from and asked them for their input. I didn’t know how to achieve what I wanted. I’m good at what I do, and I don’t expect anyone else to know what I do on a daily basis. Conversely, I had limits on how far I could take this project. I needed a professional agency.
What is the team composition?
I worked with the partners, Rocky (Partner and Creative Director, Cerberus Agency) and Justin (Partner and Creative Director, Cerberus Agency).
How did you come to work with Cerberus Agency?
I did a bit of research for agencies in my area, meaning, within Mississippi. I’m a big “buy-local” guy. There’s a relatively well-known agency that’s a lot larger than Cerberus based here in Mississippi. I quickly realized that the person who runs their office closest to me ran in some of the same circles that I did. I reached out to them and was promptly blown off.
Although I did eventually speak with the first firm, I researched firms in New Orleans in the meantime and found Cerberus. They had fire-arms dealers in their portfolio, so I reached out to them. They replied promptly
How much have you invested with them?
The initial agreement was $35,000, and I’ve probably spent $50,000 total.
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked together from October 2018 until October 2019. I still work with them on an as-needed basis, and I’m not looking for any other agency. I consider them a business partner.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
I believe it’s helped me. Rather than people I know sending me messages saying they just saw my billboard, now they tell me that my content is awesome. They’ve been positive for my image.
My business partner thought the cost was a rip-off, but he’s also confident that it’s helped us now. At this point, I think I’m approaching getting my money back, but that doesn’t surprise me. After a couple of years of a relationship I believe it will pay itself off.
How did Cerberus Agency perform from a project management standpoint?
We communicate over email, and if I need to talk to him they’ll call me. They get back to me pretty quickly. If they’re on another call, they’ll get back to me when they’re done.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I’m not a big organization, and we’re extremely busy. They’re also small, yet their laser-focused on their objectives. They focus and give personal attention to us.
Are there any areas they could improve?
The only thing is that, because I had zero experience, I think they initial account executive they had could have done a better job. I believe that became very evident to them because he no longer works there.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Sit down and have that face-to-face meeting. By all means, tell them what your experience level is with an agency. Communicate with them what your expectations are at the 30-day, 90-day, and one-year mark.

Branding & Marketing for Spice Company
"If we have a problem, they take care of it immediately."
the reviewer
the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
My organization is a spice company. We’re located in Kenner, Louisiana. We started off twenty-something odd years ago with Gene's Special Blend. We’ve been improving on that mix for quite some time. That’s how we became “Big Fat Belly Good Cajun Seasoning.”
Our spice is designed to help you out on just about everything you put it on. We use it on salads and everything because it actually wakes up the flavor of the food.
What challenge were you trying to address with Cerberus Agency?
We wanted a new brand name, and to get our brand out there with a new look. We wanted more sales and awareness on Facebook, Instagram, and our website. All of the marketing material had to be built according to the new look of the product.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Cerberus Agency provides marketing services for us. We started out with some meetings so they could find out exactly what we wanted to achieve. We decided on a path to take in order to get the most value for the dollars spent.
They did a lot of research on our customers. They analyzed which direction we’d want to go down to put our product in the correct perspective for our buyers. Their work has involved designing posts for our digital media like our website and Facebook.
Cerberus has helped me out with deciding which phrases and captions our audience would want to see.
They’ve helped come up with contact points and innovative ways to get a hold of people. They do a lot of marketing strategies to try and get out and meet people.
For example, I’m on a trip through Louisiana and Texas. We’re going to meet some people this morning at corporate offices. That’s going to let us put the product right in their hands for them to try it.
Now, the agency still does development and marketing on my website. We’re going to add some more pages with pictures of things we’ve done and the ways to prepare recipes.
What is the team composition?
There about 4–5 people working with us from Cerberus. There was Rocky (Partner, Cerberus), Justin (Partner, Cerberus), Emily (Account Service Representative, Cerberus), and 2–3 more people doing design work for us.
How did you come to work with Cerberus Agency?
We looked at some of their past work, and they fared pretty well with other companies. We liked the way the company had grown. So, we decided they looked pretty good.
How much have you invested with them?
Our investment in their website and development services would be somewhere around $30,000. If we’re talking about advertising and printing, that would be more.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with them in October of 2017, and we’re still working with them.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Cerberus Agency has increased the worth of our company just by getting it out there and letting everyone know what we’re doing. We’ve had a noticeable increase in web sales and contacts. Interest in our product has increased by 4-5 “steps” because of that increased awareness.
Results are worth a thousand words. If you look at our website page, you can see how many stores we put in the last year (well over a hundred stores). I just got an email the other day from a large corporation that’s talking about 2,000 stores.
How did Cerberus Agency perform from a project management standpoint?
I have a personal phone call with Rocky almost every other day, and I’m getting a 5-star service. If we have a problem, they take care of it immediately. We get to the bottom of it, straighten it out, and make everybody happy.
If we have a dissatisfied customer on Facebook, Rocky will say, “no problem, we’ll take care of it.” If I don’t see an email about a jar that was compromised during shipping, Rocky will take care of it. He’ll send an email back, and then let me know we need to send over another jar.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They did well on keeping all lines of communication open. They kept communication open so we could get a good rapport from all the people involved. That way, we could sell our product so our customers could use it and enjoy it.
Are there any areas they could improve?
The scope of advertising is so far-reaching. You can use TV, radio, magazines, and billboards. Personally, I like to put my seasonings in the mail because once people taste them, they like it.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
You’ve got to keep the lines of communication open and the sales open. Keep everybody moving in the same direction. It’s like playing football. Everybody’s got a job, get out there, and get it done. If you put in the effort, you get results. It’s pretty straightforward.

Full Service Digital Marketing for a Seafood Restaurant
“Cerberus Agency's quality of work is second to none.”
the reviewer
the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I'm the owner of a seafood restaurant.
What challenge were you trying to address with Cerberus Agency?
I started working with Cerberus Agency because I needed a website and some marketing tools.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Cerberus Agency does virtually everything for me. They handle all my company's marketing needs, including merchandising, and anything involving digital and print media. They also reach out to my clients and help me try to get new customers.
For our social media marketing, they are in charge of the timeline and posting and they also create content for us like logos. Right now, we are only using Facebook. We've been moving through the specific schedule we set. Recently, I requested designs for the cups we use in the restaurant. We just got that project completed.
What is the team composition?
I work with the entire team from Cerberus Agency. Lately, Jonathan (Account Executive, Cerberus Agency) has been the most involved. He recently started his new position and helps ensure that we're making progress. I've been talking to him the most frequently ever since he started, but I can easily contact anyone from the company via text.
They clearly laid out everyone's roles and areas of responsibility. For example, if something's wrong with my menu, I know to go to Justin (Partner, Cerberus Agency) while Rocky (Partner, Cerberus Agency) handles graphics.
How did you come to work with Cerberus Agency?
I've known Rocky (Partner, Cerberus Agency) my whole life since I was 12 years old. When I started my business and had marketing needs, I went straight to him.
How much have you invested with them?
We've spent at least $15,000 so far.
What is the status of this engagement?
We've been working together for almost a year now, since December 2017. Our work is still ongoing. We have between six months and a year left together at least.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
One issue we used to have resulted from purchasing the same name as an existing business, so my company was not showing up on search engines like Google. When anyone searched for seafood markets, the results showed the other company's information instead of mine. Cerberus Agency solved that challenge for us very quickly. They corrected everything, so my business shows up accurately on channels people use to search for restaurants like Yelp and Google.
We've absolutely seen an increase in business due to their digital marketing work. They've helped us gain Facebook followers. Since the beginning when I started my company, I've always had Cerberus Agency by my side.
How did Cerberus Agency perform from a project management standpoint?
Cerberus Agency is amazing at scheduling and communications. They probably keep me in line more than I manage them or myself.
They are always on the ball and remind me when I need to complete tasks like selecting designs for gift cards. Even when life gets busy, they make sure we're on schedule.
What did you find most impressive about them?
First of all, our communication is amazing. I couldn't ask for anything more. Cerberus Agency's quality of work is second to none. They offer very innovative ideas. Even though I felt like we’re just a small seafood restaurant, they corrected me and made me feel important. They shoot for the stars and are really enthusiastic about working with me. They get me excited about marketing.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, I'm very happy with everything. Cerberus Agency designs well and helps me understand the design process. Sometimes it moves fast, and sometimes it moves slowly, but I wouldn't even say that's a negative on their part.
They do their job right. Whether I wait a day or something or 10 days, it's incredible when I receive it. There isn't anything negative that I could say about them.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
From my end, I understand that the design process is time-consuming. Future clients should trust Cerberus Agency and their whole process. They're not going to steer you wrong, and you will be extremely happy in the end. I've been pleasantly surprised by the outcome of everything we’ve done together.

Advertising for Firearms Business
“The team works together and communicates to get you the product that you need. I couldn’t be more impressed with them.”
the reviewer
the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the owner of Metplat Group, a firearms retailer. We specialize in the sale of NFA (National Firearms Act) items which are very heavily restricted silencers, short barrel rifles, short barrel shotguns, and machine guns.
What challenge were you trying to address with Cerberus Agency?
Our business has grown organically via word-of-mouth over the last seven years to become the largest in the state. However, we wanted to reach out to a bigger pool of clients. We had never done any advertising before but I had a publication in mind that I wanted to advertise in.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We hired Cerberus to put together our first advertising campaign and to redo our website. Now they also assist us with the addition of an e-commerce aspect to our business.
I sat down with their team to explain our industry, our business, and our customers. They came up with a concept for the ad, as well as the copy and artwork. They put everything together and negotiated the advertising rates.
What is the team composition?
I work directly with the Partner/Co-owner who is also the Creative Director.
How did you come to work with Cerberus Agency?
I’ve known one of the principles of their company for most of my life. I knew he was an incredibly talented person artistically. Whenever I’ve needed any type of services that he can provide, I always go straight to him because frankly, I don't know anybody that does anything better. They had done work before for us going back to 2004, including our logo a few years ago, and for another company I own.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent between $15,000–$20,000 across the advertising, website, and e-commerce work.
What is the status of this engagement?
The advertising work started at the beginning of 2018 and is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We’ve had quite a few customers that have called or come in because they saw the ad. For some, the ad was their first touch. For others, they had heard of us before but needed an extra touch.
The ad was great. We’re very pleased with how professional it was. It made us look really great, and probably bigger and more impressive than we are. I’ve even had friends that have seen the ad call me up to tell me how impressive it is.
How did Cerberus Agency perform from a project management standpoint?
We mostly communicate via email but have also had several in-person meetings and phone conversations. I get messages from different members of their development team. After every meeting, I get a memo from them outlining the key points from the meeting, to which I can respond and confirm.
At the beginning, they sent me a scope of work and a fully itemized quote. The quote was appropriate. We went back and forth on the scope of work to make sure it included everything I wanted and that I understood what they were going to do. As they progressed through the project, they kept me informed. They always respond to me in a timely manner which is hugely important. They’ve been outstanding on the management side.
When we started, I didn’t give them a timeline. I had wanted to get my ad into the April edition of a specific publication but never communicated that to them. When they presented the ad to me in March, I asked if they could make it happen. They only had three or four days including two weekend days to do so. They had the concept ready but had to make tweaks and finalize it. They worked very hard on short notice and made it happen. I was very impressed and pleased.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Their entire team handled every aspect highly professionally. I didn’t feel that there was anything lacking, from the art direction to the copy to the management side. The team works together and communicates to get you the product that you need. I couldn’t be more impressed with them.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I don’t think so. Anything that I wanted to be done differently, when I talked to them about it, I realized once they explained it to me that the way they were doing something was actually better. I couldn’t be more satisfied.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
I would say, do it. I don't think there's any aspect that they didn't perform really well. While their services aren’t cheap, I’ve seen really horrible advertising over the years and Cerberus are an incredible value. They’re honest, clear, and they communicate promptly. Hire them.

I am the owner of Big Easy Notary and Auto Title. We provide services offered by the Louisiana Office of Motor Vehicles at the customer’s convenience.
What challenge were you trying to address with Cerberus Agency?
My business was at a kind of a standstill and I needed some help. When you start a small business you think you can do everything, but it had really progressed to the point where I needed the professionals to come in and help me craft a branding and advertising strategy.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Every year I sit down with Cerberus and we refine the big picture stuff and make a three to five-year plan. Then, within that plan, we break down specific things that we want to do over the next six to nine months, two to three months, and things that we want to execute right away. For example, this year we have really focused on social media and worked to fit it into our long-term strategy. They figured out that people in my area use Facebook and Instagram the most, and they geo-targeted ads on those platforms in order to reach our target audience.
They also work on SEO for me. For example, I recently moved locations but the old one was still showing up on online searches. Cerberus has used their own program to clean everything up and push us towards the top one or two results in our area for our keywords.
Finally, they are also working with me on an overall digital marketing strategy. Part of that is going to be a redesign of my website in the near future and tracking our social media ads.
What is the team composition?
I work directly with Rocky (Partner, Cerberus Agency), but have also had a couple of different account executives over the years.
How did you come to work with Cerberus Agency?
I met Rocky about 15 years ago when he was doing some creative work for a former employer of mine. We got along well, so after he went into the ad business and I realized I needed an ad agency, it was a natural fit.
How much have you invested with them?
I have spent a little over $30,000 over the course of the relationship.
What is the status of this engagement?
I have been working with Cerberus since 2013.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Last year I had one of our strategy meetings with Rocky and he told me that Cerberus was ready to really turn on the fire hose, but that I needed to be ready. I told him to give me some time to hire one more employee, and once I did I told him that I was ready to spend more money and let Cerberus really do what they felt they needed to. Ever since then the business has been absolutely fantastic, and I have to attribute it to Cerberus because I haven’t done anything differently. I am seeing more business in months I never expected to and it’s been great.
How did Cerberus Agency perform from a project management standpoint?
They've been great. I always have input on any project we are working on, and they complete everything in a very timely manner. I have never had an issue with them missing a timeline or me having to call to remind them to do something. We talk mostly over email, but we also have a conference call every few months.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They are really great about my budget restrictions. I am always able to tell them I have a certain amount of money, and they tell me what they are able to do depending on my finances.
Additionally, I'm envious of their talent and I love their work. Their ad campaigns are always gorgeous and they're really easy to work with. I've sent several people to them because everyone says they don’t need a marketing company or an ad agency, but the truth is you do and they can work with any client. Be it a multi-million dollar project or a small company like mine, they really make you feel supported. I think that is the best part.
Are there any areas they could improve?
There is nothing I can think of for them to change. I'm looking at opening another location and they're already on it. I really can't think of any of any deficiencies.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
I would say let them help you. A lot of times I see small business owners that go in and have this idea of the way that they want things done, but Cerberus has some really great ideas. If you're going to work with somebody like them you have to be open to their input. There's no point in working with someone if you're not going to be flexible. If you're going to hire them, let them help you, because it's going to be so much better in the long run.

What challenge were you trying to address with Cerberus Agency?
We were getting ready for a major industry trade show and we needed a company to help us redesign our website and increase our online presence.
What was the scope of their involvement?
They improved navigation and user experience for my website, revamped the landing page, and cleaned up a lot of the background attributes. They also updated our content and edited the images I provided to them.
What is the team composition?
I had one main point of contact.
How did you come to work with them?
I was referred to them by one of their other clients, who was very happy with their work.
How much have you invested with them?
I spent $2,500.
What is the status of this engagement?
I worked with them from March-May 2018.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We received great value for our investment in their services. We were releasing a new product at the trade show, so it was critical for us to have an updated front page. Cerberus met our tight deadline, helping us get more engagement through the website and maximize our return on investment in doing the trade show. I’m considering to hire them for a bigger marketing project.
How did they perform from a project management standpoint?
They did an excellent job. They were very organized and set a clear process for communicating. We usually stayed in touch via email or conference calls and they were very responsive.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I appreciated their efficiency, attention to detail, and the overall value they delivered.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I can't think of anything. They were clear in their communication and did what they promised.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
If you're considering them, don't wait. You'll get a good return on investment. The sooner you engage them, the sooner you'll see the results.

Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the administrator of an insurance company that does workers’ compensation.
What challenge were you trying to address with Cerberus Agency?
We hired them for advertising and marketing because we didn’t have anyone for those services.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We’ve worked with Cerberus for 10 years. First, they designed marketing brochures and then did quarterly magazines for various accounts. Cerberus now does all our print advertising in addition radio and billboard campaigns. More recently, they’ve done digital campaigns, web advertising, and Facebook buys.
What is the team composition?
One of the partners is our primary point of contact.
How did you come to work with Cerberus Agency?
They replied to our Craigslist ad.
How much have you invested with them?
We spend around $300,000 per year.
What is the status of this engagement?
We’ve worked since 2008. The relationship is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Cerberus consistently leverages first-rate content to boost our position in the market. We’ve had a significant increase in business since our projects with them started. Their advertising generates incredibly positive feedback; the radio and billboard campaigns have been particularly successful. Our relationship has become very strong as a result of these successes; we’re thrilled with their work.
How did Cerberus Agency perform from a project management standpoint?
They manage everything top-to-bottom. We’re always happy with their work and generally accept their first comprehensives without any need for a second version. After such a long time working together, Cerberus knows what we want and appreciates our preferences. We communicate via email because I like to have everything in writing.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Their creativity stands out. Historically, insurance advertising is very boring and dry. But the team prioritizes creativity because they know advertisers only have a few seconds to get the audience’s attention. One project with animated cartoons featuring different insurance issues garnered fantastic reviews.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Account management may be a slight weakness with the recent turnover. More stability in that position would be helpful.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
They’re great partners for close collaborations. Cerberus knows how to make businesses grow.
