I am the Director of Sales, we are basically a company that generates high traffic to hotels and casinos accross the world by creating attractive packages to gamblers accross the world offering them free trips and VIP services if they match the terms of play at the casino of the hotel they are staying at.
For what projects/services did your company hire Central Hubspot?
We were approached by Central Hubspot team offering us a variety of services, and as we were hit by Covid and had to minimize our cost while continue our services so we have decided to hire them for Customer support via phone/email/chat, SEO services and sales.
What were your goals for this project?
We wanted to approach the gulf region and it's very challenging as gambling is prohibitted, we have tried to generate traffic from there but we failed.
So our main goal was to successfully approach the Gulf region and generate traffic, our secondary goal was to offer excellent customer support service and have a smooth back office operation.
We also wanted to generate sales and had a target set to be achieved.
How did you select Central Hubspot?
We were approached by a BDM via Linkedin and her approach and messaging was unique and personalized, so we decided to accept their invitation for a meeting while we also looked them up and viewed the reviews on Clutch and checked out their website.
At that point we were still not very convinced if they were able to deliver, however they were insisting to bring our project onboard and came up with a beautiful proposal that had a solution to our problem, so we decided to give it a shot and try them out.

Once we decided to proceed with Central Hubspot and give them a try, we had a couple of meeting with their management team during the first week, where they have introduced us to their team and designed the process and roadmap.
Their team were friendly, and seemed to understand our vision and what we exactly expect from them. Then we have granted them the required credentials to the platforms needed to communicated with our customers, recieve calls, messages, etc and also access to the back-end of the website to be able to perform their SEO Service.
What was the team composition?
The team was small, it was 1 SEO specialist, 3 customer support, 2 sales experts and a project manager who was a shared resource (he was one of the management team)
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
It was very successful, in a very short period they were able to increase our ranking on google search, generated high traffic to our website and boost the overall traffic with 85%, their customer support team was able to recieve and solve inquiries in less than 12 hours and they had a very good response rate, their sales team generated a huge list of contacts as per the criteria we had set and was able to boost our sales with 78%.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
I believe it was very effective and smooth, initially they had designed a workflow that was strictly followed by their team and ours.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
They are very proactive and they have a solution to every problem we meet and their management team always jumps in whenever needed and overlooks the project at all times and they were very adaptable to changes in strategy.
Are there any areas for improvement?
Their pricing, i think their pricing is slightly high. However they delivered excellent results.

We have hired Central Hubspot for many services as we were looking for one firm to take over the whole Business process and help us to grow. The reason is, we believe that if we run all our processes within one single firm it would increase productivity. We used them for Lead Generation, Online chat support (premium subscriptions), Technical support, Virtual assistant, and on-boarding.

We wanted to improvise the quality of service we offer our students and instructors and boost our reach to instructors & students and cover more geographical area.

Initially, I was referred to them through a friend who owns a Real Estate firm and is using their services, then I looked them up on Good Firms, and seem to be from the top 3 BPO firms in Ukraine and on Linkedin they seemed to have a good company profile. We lacked the quality of service offering to our students and instructors, and due to using different vendors for different services, we lacked integrity. We decided to look for one vendor that could offer us all the services we need to build our own team within their company. We needed online chat support 24/7 available at all times to respond to our students and instructors and help them with their inquiries. Then a support team via phone calls & ticketing system in case of urgent matters and technical support. To ensure online classes run smoothly and to help our instructors build their courses using our back end tool we needed virtual assistants. As the platform is online we needed an expert in Digital Marketing to boost our exposure and awareness to our platform, and a lead generation team to boost the number of students and instructors we have on our platform

The team were dedicated resources to our account and is composed of 3 Online Chat support agents, 2 Technical support agents, 7 Virtual assistants, 1 Digital Marketing expert, 1 Social Media marketing expert.1

We were able to increase the number of students using our platform with 77% and the number of instructors by 30%. Our digital marketing strategy has been very effective and we were able to get an increase of traffic to our website by 65%. Our platform users rated us 4.8 out of 5 using our survey tool.

They design a process and workflow that is very effective and smooth. We were always connected via different communication channels (Google meet, Zoom, Slack, etc..) Their team shared a daily and weekly basis.

I am the Head of Sales at a real estate company in the United Arab Emirates, our firm acts as a broker for high-end properties in U.A.E and the Middle East. When the Pandemic hit the market, it was really difficult to operate and the cost of keeping an employee was like a waste.

We have been struggling with hunting investors and high-income people who are interested and can afford to own a high-end property.
The Real Estate market is profitable but competitive, we had high competition while we were also struggling with the financials as hiring a team in the U.A.E has a high overhead cost and sometimes you hire the wrong candidate which is a waste of time and money.
What were your goals for this project?
We wanted to get more organized and meet our yearly targets. But this sounded impossible because we had to decrease our overhead cost, so we had to dismiss several team members from critical roles.

We hired Central Hubspot as they claim they can always assign experts on your project, so we decided to decrease our overhead cost while building an offshore team within Central Hubspot, so we moved forward and hired them for a couple of services.
So we have kept only 2 members of the sales team and released all the marketing team, the personal assistant of the Head of sales, and replaced them by hiring Central Hubspot for the following Digital Marketing, Lead Generation, Pre-sales, Virtual Assistant.
It was an amazing solution that was proposed by their CEO, Ahmed Amin who reached out to me through LinkedIn and suggested building our team within Central Hubspot to save up to 70% of my overhead cost while meeting our targets by having a fully dedicated team onboard.
Upon recommendation from our CEO’s network, we hired them.
So the Digital Marketing team was looking after our online presence, social media marketing and was looking after our website performance as well, while the Lead Gen. team were like magicians, they were able to locate my customers and obtain their contact information and then handed it over to the Pre-sales team who looked after qualifying the leads and setting up appointments and coordinating with our sales member to attend to the appointments scheduled.
The virtual assistant was an amazing experience, she was professional and helped with preparing presentations, reports and coordinating with the team.

So we hired 1 Lead generation expert, 2 Digital Marketing (1 with experience with website back-end experience, the second was more experienced with Strategy and social media marketing), 2 Pre-sales for qualifying leads & scheduling appointments, 1 Virtual Assistant
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We were able to operate efficiently during the pandemic, their success was measure by a target set for them to help us achieve which is 75% of our Sales target, however, they were able to even exceed it and achieved 95% of our sales target which is very impressive considering the pandemic situation.
The leads they have generated were very authentic and many of them were qualified leads. We were able to coordinate with the team more efficiently through the virtual assistant which helped us to prepare our reports that we excited our CEO with.
Honestly, I always thought outsourcing was a waste of time but after the experience, I had with Central Hubspot, I think companies can outsource efficiently, but it all depends on the outsourcing firm you hire.

It was smooth, we were always connected with the team members through Whatsapp, Slack, Zoom and we were given access to a dashboard where we were able to view the progress of the team.
Also, there was a project manager who overlooked the progress and performance of the team and was always there whenever we needed to discuss anything.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
I was impressed with their service and the value they have delivered. When we chose them, it was upon a recommendation from our CEO’s network, claiming that he used their services and they were very effective. Honestly, they were able to deliver a high value more than we expected.
They were also very transparent and cared about the success of my project, took the extra mile to retain my account.

Their pricing is high, however, in comparison to the value, they deliver it would be fair and reasonable.

I work as the Sr. Recruiter, we specialize in helping companies and candidates find their perfect match. Initially we used to get a lot of companies that contact us to hire expertise in Information Tech. field and customer support. So we have made a deal with Central Hubspot which is an SME in the BPO field, to get a partnership deal where we use them as a third party. Now we have been in this partnership deal and it’s on-going as they are delivering a high value to our clients and that what’s keeping them.

It depends, we have hired them for 6 different projects, but mostly the services we hire the most is Customer support and tech. Support L1 & L2. Our clients are all in the I.T field so their requirements are standard, either they require Customer support, Tech-support, On-boarding support, and recently only one project required Sales of licenses of an application that has recently been introduced to the market.
What were your goals for this project?
I was worried about my brand image in case they didn't deliver the right quality of service our clients expect, however they actually delivered an excellent quality of service that our clients are still using. My goal was to maintain the brand image and deliver excellent service to my clients.

I wasn't planning to hire a third party and was satisfied by just linking expert candidates with my clients, but they reached out a couple of times through Linkedin and they were persistent. It was very effective, I haven't received any complaints or issues about their performance or workflow. I would say it was well organized, agreed and followed by both parties.

While the quality of work was great, they could have been more diligent about the documentation. I've told the project Manager, and their team is working on this, now.
