For what projects/services did your company hire Centizen, Inc., and what were your goals?
We wanted to have a SAAS software developed to manage our loyalty program. We also wanted to offer this service to other companies within our industry
How did you select Centizen, Inc. and what were the deciding factors?
We liked that Centizen had a USA presence but had developers in India to help keep our cost down
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
They designed and developed a SAAS software to help us manage our service agreements. We also wanted to offer this to other companies as we seen a need for this type of software.
We started first with a discovery phase and then mapping out how the software flow worked before starting production. We met with our USA project manager every week until the project was finished.
Upon complete we were handed over the software and have time to test it and resolve any issues that we found before going live.
They were easy to work with, did a fantastic job and the cost was reasonable! I will defiantly hire them again!

Introduce your business and what you do there.
I'm the director of business development at Command Credit Corp, a provider of consumer and credit business data.
What challenge were you trying to address with Centizen, Inc.?
We hired them to build our self-serving business credit report platform.
What was the scope of their involvement?
They created a user-facing website for our company. The platform enables end-users to purchase a credit report using their credit card. During our partnership, the team made continuous improvements on the site.
What is the team composition?
Our main contacts were three people and each of the teams had 5–10 people.
How did you come to work with Centizen, Inc.?
I ran across one of their outreach people at a chamber event and we talked and thought they fit our needs. At that time, we also looked at 4–5 companies. However, Centizen, Inc. came in within our budget and we liked how they presented themselves.
How much have you invested with them?
We paid $200,000–$250,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked with them from November 2018–November 2020.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Centizen, Inc. followed through on everything that they promised to us. They were always there whenever we needed anything done. We were very pleased with them.
We are about to launch our website this week. Overall, they were excellent and they met all our needs.
How did Centizen, Inc. perform from a project management standpoint?
We communicated primarily via email and we set up our project management through Jira. We also had weekly calls with the development and technical teams. They were always on time for the calls. In addition, they never missed a deadline in the time we worked with them.
What did you find most impressive about them?
My favorite part of working with them was that they were always thinking for us. We would give them a request and they would think it through and come up with easy ways to solve our challenges. Centizen, Inc. was always thinking ahead for our benefit. They looked out for our best interests.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Honestly, I haven’t had any challenges with their development team.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Be open-minded and listen to their ideas. Sometimes companies go into a project thinking they know what they want and they probably do, but sometimes they just have to listen to an outsider's opinion to get the best result.
The team successfully managed to deliver high-quality results that made the client consider working with them on more projects in the future. Centizen, Inc. utilized efficient communication channels that allowed them to establish direct contact with their client for a more transparent collaboration.
