I am the General Manager of the Mining / Oil & Gas Division of Pickles, Australia’s largest auction house. We specialise in the valuation and sale of mining plant and oil and gas equipment. We specialise in both and are not ‘all things to all people’ and are experts in both these resource channels.

How did you select Cemoh?
Simon's passion about digital marketing was the primary reason to move providers. His enthusiasm, passion and ideas all resonated with our team. Interestingly the fee’s weren’t even a factor (although they are well priced)

We were too small for a full-time person and Simon was a great solution. Simon spends time with us very early to understand out business and value proposition and then improved our digital go-to-market approach to a seamless, easy and very functional client engagement.
What was the team composition?
Simon has maintained full engagement with us from the start. He communicates as often as we need and has led us through brand change and merger. We love dealing with CEMOH (Shae is a standout!) and enjoy the simplicity of the process.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We have achieved 26% click through rates which is extraordinarily high. The targeted approach, rigorous focus on the right customer base and approach all supports this click through. Coupled to this our social media such as LinkedIn and Facebook have doubled the number of followers with CEMOH
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
The process has been well homed and has a weekly touch point. The simplicity of the process ensures consistent deliverables and continuity of the outputs.
What did you find most impressive about this company?

Key success factors for us is; simplicity, always looking for improvement and sharing new ideas with us, value add and highly responsive regardless of the day or time.

Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the owner of the Great Aussie Sweet Company. It’s a small family business here in Brisbane.
What challenge were you trying to address with Cemoh?
COVID-19 shut our doors, and we had no clue what to do. There were government grants available to small businesses to help adapt your business to more digital formats. We never had a website before, and I thought now’s the time. I applied for the grant and they directed me to a business mentor, who happened to be Simon (Founder), the director of Cemoh. He put a quote together that was applicable for our grant with the Queensland government.
What was the scope of their involvement?
He helped set up the website and the e-commerce store. They also trained me on how to edit and update the website, as well as improve our SEO and social media presence. On social media, we used LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram. They built the e-commerce on Shopify. They also did the work to get us to the top of Google.
What is the team composition?
Three people worked on the project.
How did you come to work with Cemoh ?
I met Simon when I applied for the grant.
How much have you invested with them?
It was just under $10,000 which was the government grant and quote.
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked together from July to August of 2020. They’re still helping me. I can call them and they’ll give me advice. They’re amazing, going above and beyond the initial work.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
They helped me so much. I have new optimism about our small business because of the revenue streams that they have created for us. It’s very hard to get a dollar value from sales from the website, but I think a lot of our business is because of their work.
How did Cemoh perform from a project management standpoint?
We had quite a few meetings with them in person. I also went to their business and had a training course in person. They’ve been incredibly helpful in communicating with me.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They’re encouraging and patient. They have immense knowledge that I admire, but they’re able to share it in an unintimidating manner. They’re very good at building trust. When you come from a background like me, where I have limited online experience, I’m skeptical about an online project. They made me trust them and felt that they were very mindful and respectful of me and my brand.
They maintained the style of our site too, which was impressive. We have a nostalgic feel with the décor of the shop. It’s tough to strike that balance without being cheap or tacky looking. They did a great job capturing our brand and our passion for the store in an excellent manner. They were incredibly patient learning the brand, I couldn’t have asked for anything better.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I don’t think so. It’s absolutely perfect.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
I would take them to the ends of the earth and back, I’d recommend them to anyone looking to grow their business.

For what projects/services did your company hire Cemoh?
To generate a lead generation pipeline and set up the digital marketing strategy and implementation of our precision dosing software solution - DoseMeRx.
This included an integrated approach to CRM management (Salesforce), email marketing, SEM, PPC, and social media to align with business objectives to drive the growth and uptake of DoseMeRx in the US health system market.
What were your goals for this project?
Lead generation and drive brand awareness of DoseMeRx amongst our target market in the United States.
How did you select Cemoh?
My team researched agencies specializing in digital marketing and CRM automation, as well as a growth strategy. We considered a number of agencies in the review, however, the overall factor was the ability to have someone become part of our team. The Cemoh model allows this to occur and ensure the strategy would be delivered.

What was the team composition?
We worked closely with the directors of the agency - Simon, and Matt. Over the last year, they have expanded their team to include PPC and social media experts, graphic designers which have been fantastic to help deliver ongoing projects.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We have grown our leads more than 300% since we started with Cemoh. A full customer lifecycle nurturing program was developed, along with multiple campaigns and content marketing launches that have helped drive our growth and market share in the healthcare space.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Very effective. They have recommended all of the automation, email and CRM tools that our business relies on today. They are very open to feedback, and consistently review all options before providing their recommendations.
