I am the CEO and Founder of Kohli Finishing School located in India. Our company has about 10 employees and we serve individual, institutions and corporate clients all along India and outside India.

Our company website was created in 2018 and had not been updated. We hire Ccube Communications for complete Website Designing and Development purpose along with complete Digital Marketing Services.
What were your goals for this project?
We wanted to increase website traffic and also wants to increase the number of inquiries through the website contact form. We also needed a website which looks good and user-friendly.
How did you select this vendor?
I was searching for the website designing company on Instagram and found Ccube Communications. We liked their portfolio and decided to give the website designing and development project to Ccube Communications along with Digital Marketing

As we decided to hire ccube communications for the designing and development of our website within three days we received 2 initial design for the main page of the website. Both the designs were good and we finalized 1 design and provided feedback on how we wanted the rest of the pages on the website.
What was the team composition?
We were assigned a designer and a developer to support and serve.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Within the 4 months after our new website was launched, we saw an increase in overall traffic along with some keywords ranking on Google SERP. The new design of the contact form makes it much more visible on the site and we have received more inquiries.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
The project manager that we were assigned was easy to communicate and provides us frequent updates. We connected over the phone at least daily and used what's app for all other communication.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
I am impressed by the knowledge of the owner about website design, user experience and optimization.
Are there any areas for improvement?
We are statisfied with their Designing work but they need a little bit of improvement in Digital Marketing Services.
