We had no sales due to the absence of SEO in our strategies. Since we weren’t familiar with SEO, we hired Cato Marketing to support us.

We began working together around May 2021, and it’s ongoing.

Cato Marketing has been doing a good job walking us through our SEO strategies. As a result, we have seen a 400% increase in sales so far.

They communicate well and keep us informed of their process; we have weekly meetings on Google Meet, and we keep in touch through phone calls and emails. On top of that, they adhere to our budgets and deadlines. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re ahead of the curve in the cannabidiol (CBD) market, which allows them to support us well.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I wish things could move faster, but I realize that there is a lot involved in the process and that I don’t understand it well enough to say they’re doing anything wrong.

Cato Marketing is capable of promoting whatever you do. If you think your product is good and it just needs to get out there, work with their team because you’ll realize every single penny you’ll spend will be worth it.

We hired them to help with Google Ads and SEO initiatives.

Cato Marketing helped us set up our Google Ads platform. We also have a Shopify store, and their team set up the flow from the store to Google Analytics. Every couple of weeks, they report on campaign’s results.

Their team hasn't worked on our SEO campaigns. However, that’s in the works. They make suggestions for content but I’m still making the edits at this point.

Although we haven’t been with them for long, I’ve seen an increase in our sales. Our metrics keep increasing as time passes.

If any issues come up with an ad, their team’s on top of them. They tell us when an ad isn't performing well and suggest a new direction, providing us with a timeline for its launch. I really appreciate that.

How did Cato Marketing perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicate through numerous channels. We have ongoing emails and every two weeks, I have a video call with both team members. They do a great job of coming back with results every week.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Cato Marketing’s on top of any communication that’s needed. I’m happy with their communication and ability to plan everything that’s to come.

No, I’ve been really happy with them. We’re still in a learning phase, and I’m understanding of that.

We’re a small company and I see the direct impact pretty quickly. The results look like incoming calls and other leads. I don’t track everything but working with them is effective.

We communicate via Skype and email for communication. We take a look at the data on view, clicks, and traffic pretty regularly.

Lack of patience is one of my weaknesses. It’s great that they have availability for me so I don’t have to wait. It’s also nice to have a dedicated person. They’re always able to keep up with my fast pace.

Cato Marketing is the best fit for us. I appreciate how fast they react to what we ask of them. There were a few times where the leads dropped off, but after getting in touch with them, their team altered things to ensure that the leads would come back. I also appreciate their effort to make everything work. Their team will try different landing pages without extra charge.
