They were essential to the accounting/finance functionality of the company. By helping us customize the system to our needs, the new system has helped us in everything. Prior to them, it took us around 1-1 ½ hours to make a report look like what we need. Now within a click, we can do it. They’re professional and deliver what they say.

We agreed to finish the project by January 15th. It took one more month. Communication was very good. We didn’t have any problems with communication. We had a meeting as needed. I’d request them to call me, and they'd respond and be always ready.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They understand us really well. Their understanding and concept of the software Odoo are outstanding. They tend to stick to the timeline, although due to some complexity, there was a slight delay. They stick to their word.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Explore a bit more before agreeing on particular things that maybe their team members haven’t worked on before. Have an R&D on that before agreeing on a timeline.

Be precise about your requirements. Tell them exactly what you need.

We just started this new system from this month April in production, so defenetly we have results on long term. But on basis of 2 week uses, it seems many activities automated and we saving time, because before our whole system was Excel base and lots of time consuming manual process

Caret IT, have their own project management system so project was managed in that. As per my knowledge they used agile methodology to execute our project
