I am the president and owner of a software development company.
What challenge were you trying to address with CandidRoot Solutions Private Limited?
I hired CandidRoot because they have experienced developers who could support my custom software solutions.
What was the scope of their involvement?
I’ve been working with CandidRoot for several years on my CRM-based product. They handle everything from software development to deployment and implementation for my clients and me.
I provide their team with documented requirements, and they utilize those requirements to develop the software I need. They also provide software maintenance services.
What is the team composition?
I primarily work with the project manager, but there are 1–2 other teammates working behind the scenes.

For our implementation process, we have a set budget and timeline to follow. However, when CandidRoot supports my clients, they are available on-demand and are very responsive when I need them to come through for me.

I would say that CandidRoot’s expertise and commitment to agreements set them apart from the competition. If their team says something will be delivered within a specific timeline, they will meet it, even if the project becomes more complex and they have to add more teammates.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I would like it if they had a teammate onshore, even though they are an offshore team.

Customers need to have their requirements well documented. If they do that, CandidRoot will deliver for them and stick to the set budget.
