the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the principal at Alliance Cost Containment, a cost reduction business consultancy.
What challenge were you trying to address with Callbox?
We needed someone to help us set appointments with CFOs from various industries.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Callbox provides us with their lead generation and marketing services to amplify our efforts in reaching CFOs from different companies and industries.
We first give them the criteria that the prospective client needs for a certain campaign, and they move forward in creating content that’s guided and edited by me.
What is the team composition?
We work with about five people from their company.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent at least $50,000 on this partnership.
What is the status of this engagement?
We’ve been working with Callbox since January 2007.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Their previous business model had us paying a flat fee whether we get new clients or not but in our last negotiation, they were willing to modify their model and guarantee a certain number of appointments for a certain fee.
How did Callbox perform from a project management standpoint?
They’re very responsive from a project management perspective, and we typically communicate through email and phone.
What did you find most impressive about them?
We’re impressed with their communication skills and willingness to adapt to our needs.
Are there any areas they could improve?
They need to tighten up their timelines in order to follow up with prospective clients more consistently.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
They’re willing to prepare your project with you, so make sure you spend enough time doing that before starting the engagement — ensure that they understand your business and how it works.

Lead Generation for Technology Company
"If you’re a small company and need to build your sales team or marketing department, then they’re a great team."

the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the VP of sales and marketing for two different organizations.
What challenge were you trying to address with Callbox?
We were looking for them to be an alternative to hiring full-time sales representatives, as well as looking to ramp up our account-based marketing strategies.
What was the scope of their involvement?
One of the services I offer is lead generation, so by partnering with Callbox, I was able to scale my team and deliver a larger number of set appointments per month. First, I provided a list of criteria, and then they went away to create a tailored plan (scripts, etc.), which I approved. After that, I stared receiving work immediately.
What is the team composition?
Katrina, an account manager, is our main point of contact. I mostly associate with her. Of course, inside the team there’s a number of folks that help assist us, including a number of cold callers that will be scheduling appointments. I’m not in touch with those resources but they support the initiative well.
How did you come to work with Callbox?
I was doing some research and came across their LinkedIn page, and one of their people actually messaged me. I enjoyed their account-based marketing approach to the project because it aligned with what I was trying to accomplish: building a multi-channel touchpoint that targets customers on LinkedIn for emailing and cold calling. I wanted to understand how they went about their process.
I spoke with them a number of times before moving forward with them, dating back a year and a half before this engagement began.
How much have you invested with them?
We’re going to spend around $25,000 with them.
What is the status of this engagement?
We’ve been working together since April 2022.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Even though we just started a few days ago, we’re going to have a mix of very specialized metrics and very basic metrics, depending on the end-client I’m leveraging them for.
How did Callbox perform from a project management standpoint?
They’re fairly responsive. Located in the US in California, they’re only three hours behind me. I speak to them over Zoom and email. It doesn’t take more than five minutes for them to respond.
What did you find most impressive about them?
One of their major advantages is that they’re a unique service. If you’re a small company and need to build your sales team or marketing department, then they’re a great team. Filling the role of three positions —head of marketing, and head of business development, and head of sales development — they are a more effective avenue than hiring three full-staff employees.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, not yet. They do everything but close the business; you have to pick it up off your doorstep and handle that part.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
This would depend on the persons business model, but say if you’re a small company with 10–20 employees and are looking for a way to ramp us sales. They’re a good, solid choice.

Call Center Services for Software Development & Ads Agency
"They’re everything I hoped for, and my team is happy to work with them."

the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the founder of a software development and advertising agency. We build websites and apps and help people market Google, Facebook, and TikTok.
What challenge were you trying to address with Callbox?
We needed help to set appointments for my salespeople.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Callbox is providing call center services for our company. They get us 2–3 appointments a day; their team schedules a 15-minute appointment through Google Meet with a doctor or an office manager.
What is the team composition?
We’ve been working with 4–6 people from their team.
How did you come to work with Callbox?
They were referred to me by my team; they did an internet research and found 5–10 provider options. After a few interviews, we decided to give them a try.
How much have you invested in them?
We’ve spent $60,000 with them so far, and we plan to double our budget for them.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in December 2021, and the engagement is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
They’re doing great at providing my salespeople with great leads and appointments with the audience we’re going after.
How did Callbox perform from a project management standpoint?
We constantly communicate with them through calls and Google Meets, and they also send daily emails to keep us updated with the process. In addition to that, we use HubSpot to work with their generated leads.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Project management has been transparent, and everyone on their team does a great job of being on top of things. Also, their communication and ability to deliver on their promises are outstanding features of their work — I’m very pleased with that.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I don’t think there’s anything they can improve on — they’re everything I hoped for, and my team is happy to work with them.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Give them a try — they’re good at what they do.

Lead Generation for Web Conferencing SaaS
"They conduct themselves professionally, and the quality of their services is constant."
the reviewer
the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the enterprise account director for a SaaS platform that offers multilingual web conferencing solutions for online meetings and events.
What challenge were you trying to address with Callbox?
We needed help in finding potential customers that need our product. We had a small sales team, so we wanted to extend our reach outward.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Callbox is providing us with lead generation services. They identify opportunities to bring our services to the right kind of customers. First, they’ve built profiles around target personas across multiple countries. After that, they’ve taken different approaches in contacting those pre-leads, including phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn prospecting.
Callbox prepares introductions for us, and they connect leads to our sales team for a discovery meeting. Our services are targeted at medium to large enterprises. Specifically, we work with organizations that have some form of international business or need to include interpretation in their business activities.
Additionally, Callbox provides us with call center services. They’ve also helped us do paid media marketing to support our lead generation efforts — they run ads on Google and LinkedIn. They help us create and publish creative assets for the ads. Lastly, they’ve developed our landing page.
What is the team composition?
So far, I’ve worked with 4–5 teammates
How did you come to work with Callbox?
Callbox reached out to me on LinkedIn, and their message came at the right time since I had a need and budget for their service. The dynamic of their messaging, value proposition, and our introduction call were all quite good, so I hired them.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in August 2021, and it’s ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Callbox has done an excellent job identifying potential leads. The number of leads they’ve been able to connect and build relationships on LinkedIn is quite good.
Overall, Callbox’s leads are interested in our product. The leads have been pre-qualified in such a way that we have good information before our sales call.
Both our prospects and sales team have been comfortable working with Callbox. They do an excellent job preparing prospects for product demonstrations. They conduct themselves professionally, and the quality of their services is constant. It has been a good experience working with them.
We’re reaching out to multiple countries that have diverse requirements and approaches. Going after leads in Singapore, Japan, and Vietnam requires different tactics — Callbox can provide the necessary support for that.
How did Callbox perform from a project management standpoint?
Callbox is good at project management. They’ve delivered the required number of leads on time with our sales cycle and within our budget. We communicate through emails and weekly calls to review performance. We use HubSpot as our CRM.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Callbox’s professionalism, consistency, and reliability are impressive. They’re willing to work around our schedule, which sometimes requires them to go up at very odd hours.
Are there any areas they could improve?
They can improve on their reporting and activity analysis. There’s so much data available that they can do a deeper analysis of trends and lead profiles. They can feed such insight into our team instead of just giving us their call and email metrics.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Go in with a clear understanding of your expectations and goals. Be ready to provide details of exactly what you want. Callbox will take those instructions and follow them to the teeth. If your instructions are not detailed, you’re not going to get as good an output as you would if you prepared.

Lead Generation for Telecommunications Company
"They've shown great passion to learn about our business, customers, and processes."
the reviewer
the review

Please describe your company and your position there.
Chief Marketing Officer for a regional telecommunications, ICT, and security solutions provider.
For what projects/services did your company hire Callbox?
We engaged Callbox to help us execute our account-based marketing campaigns.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We searched online and through referrals for an outsourced ABM partner. We were also approached by several agencies offering similar services. After speaking with several, we decided to do our pilot with Callbox due to their cohesive and comprehensive approach and range of services, and especially for our alignment on focusing on business outcomes and not just the process or the number of activities done.
Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.
The project is an account-based marketing campaign aimed at securing SQLs and MQLs for a next-generation cloud-delivered network and security solution. The market coverage is Singapore, Malaysia, and the Philippines. It involves a multi-touch, multi-channel approach to engage the relevant contacts for the targeted accounts.
Our team worked closely with Callbox on content development for each platform, conducted product training and mock customer engagements before launching the campaign. We held weekly cadences during campaign development and during the campaign to ensure quick course correction if needed.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
Callbox assigned a team of 6 for this engagement. A Client Success Manager, a Project Manager, a Research lead, a Quality Assurance and Analytics lead, a Digital Marketing Executive, and a Sales Development Representative for outreach.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The campaign is in its early stages, but we have already seen improvements in the quality of the prospects that are flowing into our sales pipeline vs. our previous campaigns. Lead to opportunity conversion is very satisfactory and the amount of time saved for our Account Managers doing the cold outreach and follow up has been valuable. This allows our Account Managers to focus on high-intent or in-market accounts that have higher possibility for conversion.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
The working relationship and process is very good. There is strong alignment in our objectives, methodologies, and workflows. Hence, the execution went smoothly, and corrective actions and improvements are done quickly as well.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Callbox feels like an extension of our own team. We observe a genuine commitment to meeting business objectives and achieving operational excellence not just within their own team but with our extended team in Marketing and Sales. Our Client Success Manager, Edelyn, and our Project Manager, Rey, feel like my own internal managers and team leads. They've shown great passion to learn about our business, customers, and processes. They align with us accordingly while applying their own expertise.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
The Digital Marketing component of their multi-channel approach needs much improvement. The platforms are very limited, the creatives are average, and there is insufficient rigor in measuring and optimizing this pillar to significantly contribute to the campaign. Callbox still very much relies on its outbound channels.

Please describe your company and your position there.
I'm in charge of Marketing at the Singapore office of our company
For what projects/services did your company hire Callbox, and what were your goals??
We're in the midst of setting up operations for Marketing, and decided to work with Callbox in the interim to generate leads for our Sales team.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We decided to work with Callbox due to favourable results from a previous engagement with them.
Describe the project in detail and walk through their service package, including any calling tools used.
The project started off with Callbox learning more about our aims for this engagement, our target demographics and details on the services that we provided. We went through a detailed Ideal Customer Profile with Callbox to work out who we wanted them to approach. We also explored details such as the the customers' pain points and challenges, average sales cycle and deal quantum.
After this scoping, Callbox came back to us with a set of comprehensive conversational scripts for multiple channels. (e.g. traditional calls and LinkedIn) We did a couple of rounds of review on the scripts before starting off the project proper. We had also sent EDM blasts via Callbox during this time to inform them of our events and offerings. We were given access to Callbox's proprietary lead management system, and additional access to a HubSpot account specifically created for us to manage incoming leads.
Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?
We worked with an overall account manager on the project, but also regularly with a team of at least two managers. Throughout the engagement, Callbox was very responsive to our queries and also any amendments we wanted to make. We had weekly meetings to evaluate the progress of the campaign, and to discuss on what tweaks to make to reach certain target industries.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the service?
Callbox has been able to provide us with an appreciable amount of Sales and Marketing-qualified leads during the time that we worked together on this project. We were also able to promote our brand awareness via their efforts, bringing up our profile within the local business landscape.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
As mentioned earlier, we had weekly meetings to align the campaign objectives and talk about the outcomes. Callbox is also quick to respond to our queries, and make the changes we required rather swiftly despite the challenging background of COVID-19.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Callbox has been thorough and methodical in their approach to B2B lead generation, and they run many complimentary services for customer engagement and nurturing (such as offering webinar services for outreach)
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
We are satisfied with our experiences working with Callbox, and have no further feedback at the moment.

Call Center Services for Industrial Printer Manufacturer
"Feedback was good and consistent."
the reviewer
the review
The client submitted this review online.
Please describe your company and your position there.
I am the North American Marketing Analyst for an industrial printer manufacturer.
For what projects/services did your company hire Callbox, and what were your goals??
We have a database of accounts and contacts, many of which are sitting stagnant and are not being actively called on. A lot of these accounts have not been touched in so long that the information we have on them in our database is likely incorrect or out of date. We wanted to use CallBox to requalify these accounts and contacts and make sure that the data we have on them is still correct, and if not, to get the correct data so we could upload it into our database.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
They are a company that we have used before in other regions besides our North America region that I am responsible for, and we already had a rapport with them so we decided to do a pilot project with them to see if it would be successful for NA.
Describe the project in detail and walk through their service package, including any calling tools used.
I sent CallBox a list of accounts and contacts from our database that we wanted them to call through and requalify. CallBox then would research the accounts using tools like LinkedIn and Google, and call in to these accounts and contacts to verify the information. They would record all the data they found and send it back to me in batches, once a week.
Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?
Mitos Aguadera and Patricia Bulos were my two main points of contact at CallBox. Feedback was good and consistent; for the first few months of the pilot we were meeting on a weekly basis to review results and make adjustments as necessary. Eventually we stopped these meetings because we got into a good flow and didn't need that feedback as often.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the service?
Since the project began in October 2020, we have seen over 120 additional leads come through our internal sales team that are directly attributable to CallBox's efforts; we have also had around 5,000 accounts requalified and put back into our regular rotation of accounts to be called on by our internal sales team.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
All communication was handled via e-mail or through Microsoft Teams calls. Requalified data was sent back to me on a weekly basis, although the day of the week I would receive it was never entirely consistent. Based on our cadence for providing the requalified accounts to our sales team to call on though, this inconsistency was not a big deal.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
I was surprised at how reliable the data we got back was -- our sales team loved working through accounts that had been requalified by CallBox because it was pretty much guaranteed to produce leads at a better rate than the average campaigns we normally run.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
The first couple months of our pilot period were frustrating because I felt I had to repeat myself several times when trying to communicate our expectations and desires to the CallBox team. However, we eventually got past this and were able to find synergy with one another.
Also, the initial pilot period was only supposed to last three months -- October 2020 thru December 2020. It ended up going all the way through mid-May of 2021. This wasn't a huge deal as ultimately we got the data that we paid for, but the length of time was well outside the time period initially quoted.

Please describe your company and your position there.
Allotrac is a leader in providing innovative software solutions and workflow automation for businesses in the transportation and logistics industries. With cloud-based technology, Allotrac is transforming businesses into modern workspaces with its configurable platform of features and integrations.
Our clients range from SMEs to some of Australia and New Zealand's largest enterprises.
For what projects/services did your company hire Callbox?
Before the introduction of Callbox, all of the leads we generated were from inbound channels. At the time, we didn't have the resources internally to be able to cater for both channels.
So, we went to market for a company to partner with that could scale the companies growth which didn't require any resources from our end. Callbox provides Allotrac with an outbound sales and marketing team which specialises in account-based marketing.
The multi-channel marketing service includes a combination of call, email and social media marketing.
What were your goals for this project?
The main objective for our project with Callbox was to generate sales qualified leads from outbound channels which could then be handed over to our team of Account Executives.
How did you select Callbox?
We conducted extensive research on multiple vendors specialising in B2B lead management services over a 3 month period. We decided to partner with Callbox as they had the resources to scale our business and flexibility to pivot, should we wanted to expand our agreement.
The main reason we decided to partner with Callbox was that they could guarantee a minimum quantity and quality of sales qualified leads at a cost-effective price.
Describe the project in detail.
Callbox creates and executes a number of outbound sales and marketing campaigns by leveraging a combination of email and social marketing in conjunction with direct calls to generate appointments for our Account Executives.
The handover to our team is seamless as the Callbox agent provides an overview of the lead to our Account Executive who is then able to suggest a solution on the initial call.
The campaigns are reevaluated each quarter aligned to our services agreement, along with call scripts, cadences and other sales enablement materials.
What was the team composition?
We work with Callbox’s Service, Success and Production Manager, as well as three more resources, including a Content Writer and a QA. The Client Success Manager acts as a Project Manager for all of our campaigns and there’s a Production Manager who schedules appointments and tweaks messaging for campaigns.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Callbox has generated discussions with blue-chip prospects which we otherwise wouldn't have approached or wouldn't have been able to get in touch with. Callbox has been successful in achieving its goals and increasing our pipeline as a result.
We will continue our partnership with Callbox as we look to scale our business in the future.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
The workflow has been excellent. Callbox is responsive and acts as though they are an extended part of our company which is exactly the model we convey in our business to our clients.
The integration into our CRM was seamless as Callbox was able to adapt to our lead qualification process. The ability to have that information on hand for reporting purposes has been invaluable.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
The most impressive attribute of Callbox was their understanding of our business and the prospects we were targeting. Callbox took the time to learn our features and were able to articulate the benefits of our software with prospects in different industries.
Are there any areas for improvement?
As with any business relationship, there are always areas where both parties can improve their processes. At the moment, there isn't any constructive criticism that I can share. I feel Callbox are doing everything we are paying them to do.

Lead Generation for Economic Development Marketing Agency
“Whenever we ask for something, they take care of it right away.”

the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m a partner at CQNS. We’re a marketing agency specializing in marketing for economic development and tourism organizations.
What challenge were you trying to address with Callbox?
We wanted to create some consistency in our sales pipeline.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Primarily, we wanted to utilize Callbox for some appointment setting and lead generation. They built a program that uses social media and online advertising to create some awareness. They were doing call-outs to qualified candidates to qualify them for sales and set appointments for our team to follow up with. The most important deliverable was appointments.
What is the team composition?
We work with a client services manager and someone over operations.
How did you come to work with Callbox?
We found them through an online search. I selected them because they had a great case study with a company similar to ours. Their process was very clear. Their team did a good job of helping me understand what the steps would be and what would happen. Ultimately, they were priced very competitively.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve invested about $30,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
Our ongoing engagement started in August 2020.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Over the engagement, they’ve booked us 125 appointments and generated close to 300 marketing qualified leads. That’s exactly what we were looking for, to improve our pipeline. We see now that we have many more ongoing conversations with our target audience about the kinds of services we offer.
Even if those aren’t instantly turning over to opportunities or sales, they’re doing a great job for awareness. We’re hearing throughout the industry and when we talk to other people that they know our name and who we are. It’s been good for our brand as well.
How did Callbox perform from a project management standpoint?
All of our correspondence is online. They’ve done a great job with that. We have regular Zoom call status meetings. The Callbox team is always prepared and has reports ready to show us the number of emails sent and calls made; as well as the number of ads served and people we connected with. Their data is really great.
They’re very responsive. Whenever we ask for something, they take care of it right away and always close the loop by communicating back with us. Their project management skills are excellent. Callbox is consistently on time, on budget, and on delivery. They’re doing the things that we need.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They quickly internalized our story and what we do. We’re pretty niche. The kinds of services we offer aren’t mass market, they’re for a very specific kind of audience. It takes a bit of understanding of how we spin a marketing story for such a specific audience. Callbox does a great job of taking notes and feedback from us. They’re turning it into scripts and ads.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Make sure we’re showing an evolution of the program. It’s not that they don’t do that, it just isn’t always top of mind. There’s a focus on doing what’s been required, which is rightfully so, but every now and then they tell me about new and interesting things which is great. Callbox could certainly do more of that.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Have a conversation with their team so you can get a sense of the experience. Because they do a lot of things online, you could go pretty far in the process without ever really talking to someone. That would probably be to your detriment.
You want to meet them. That’ll give you a better sense of what it’s like to be on the phone with them which feeds into what it’d be like for your prospects to be on the phone with them. For me, it was all very positive. The vibes they gave me off those calls gave me a lot of confidence going forward.

Please describe your company and your position there.
IT-HenHouse is an Information Technology company that helps businesses grow and streamline their business operations using business software technology. As the Vice-President, I am responsible for developing and facilitating marketing strategies that create new business deals and enhance our existing customer retention.
In my strategic role, I uncover opportunities to expand our services, capabilities, and geographic footprint.
For what projects/services did your company hire Callbox?
IT-HenHouse faced two challenges. We are a new company and we are competing in a crowded marketplace. We have a lot of technical experience and very minimal sales experience. In addition, we have a small staff wearing many hats.
We had an Opportunity for Callbox to help generate qualified leads for IT-Henhouse and be among the first to Introduce IT-Henhouse to the marketplace.
What were your goals for this project?
Our main objectives were to develop qualified leads that would be nurtured and get appointments scheduled that would allow us to introduce IT-HenHouse and present our services. We anticipate leads that would increase our revenue by at least 100%. We are starting at ground zero.
How did you select Callbox?
We started with an internet search. We tried other types of inbound marketing with absolutely no success. We looked at a couple of outbound marketing companies that were very good, but extremely expensive for us at the time. Callbox was out of reach for us financially at the beginning of our journey.
But we eventually positioned ourselves to make the investment. Our sales rep. was sooooo patient. Gary Sia. He followed up and it took us 3 years before we finally closed on the deal.
Describe the project in detail.
The initial meeting was amazing with the sales and marketing team. They are extremely organized and methodical. I was impressed and felt at ease immediately. The began with establishing the target audience and developing an understanding of our company tone, voice, and brand identity.
CallBox took the time to learn about our services. They collaborated with me on scripts and email templates being careful to strike a balance between my words and what they know works well. The package is a complete sales solution. A combination of emails, social media, and phone calls. We signed up for a 6-month package and we paid upfront.
What was the team composition?
There are at least 5 or 6 people involved on the team. Most of them work in the background but 3 of the team members interact with me directly on a daily/ weekly basis. The responsibilities of the team were encompassing. Callbox has every aspect of the project covered.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Callbox is like having a sales and marketing team. We have at least 4-6 appointments scheduled per week. We capture at least 4-6 Market qualified leads per week. I have time to work on other aspects of our newly started company. And there are alot of aspects.
CallBox is very professional and has a respected name in the marketplace, so that takes a weight off of my shoulder knowing that they take my business very seriously and that they are committed to the success of IT-HenHouse.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
The workflow between CallBox and IT-HenHouse is great. I am amazed at how thorough they are. They schedule appointments, send out invites to the leads and follow up with reminders on the day of the meeting. During the scheduled appointment Callbox gets on the call to provide a warm hand-off. One of the software tools that CallBox uses is Hubspot.
In Hubspot the lead information is captured and synced to my Zoho CRM. In my Zoho CRM, I am able to nurture the leads through to close. We meet weekly to go over the metrics of contacts made, no answers, appointments made etc.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
The most impressive thing about Callbox is that they are kind. They are very patient and IT-HenHouse can be a handful. So they are really patient. They are extremely organized and methodical. Process is important to me. I believe that a sound proccess leads to a sound product.
They listen to my ideas but make recommendations when they see the need and I like that because every idea that a customer has is not a good idea. And that is the truth.
Are there any areas for improvement?
I wonder if there is a method to engage leads that are not interested.
The team is highly responsive to the needs and requirements of the clients, and internal stakeholders are particularly impressed with their approach to communication and flexibility to achieve consistently excellent results.
