We worked with Callbox on expanding our business in the American market. They managed to deliver leads that our sales people loved and converted into opportunities in higher conversion rates than normal. They also managed to do it at higher scale than anticipated, considering the small niche in B2B manufacturing we were targeting.

While I cannot go into specific numbers, I can say that the ROI was positive.

In the cold outreach business its very hard to expect delivery on time and at scale. They managed to deliver the first lead very early in the project (first or second week after start) and continued doing so through the project period. We expected 3-5 leads per month, they delivered 10-15 monthly.
Normally in these cases quality suffers, so I prepared the SDRs to be extra critical and avoid spamming sales. However it wasn't needed in this case, and both functions referred to the leads as high quality, which was reflected in the lead-to-opportunity conversion rate I saw in SalesForce.

Our primary contact is a day to day program manager. We have weekly update calls with the extended team which include calling, emailing and SEO resources. I appreciate that Callbox will come to the weekly review with recommendations for changes or adjustments to the program based on the results we are receiving.

It turns out our initial targeted list wasn't ideal. Within the first two weeks, we weren't getting meetings. Callbox came to us highlighting the problem and offering suggestions. In the end, we pivoted quickly and immediately saw the results both Callbox and AutoPylot Technologies expected. Kudos.
