For what projects/services did your company hire CAE Business Solutions LTD, and what were your goals?
We required a rebrand of our website, social media and stationery.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
I did a quick google search and I liked the companies website and also the websites that they had designed for other clients.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
We had an initial telephone meeting where we discussed our goals and objectives. I was then provided with a mock up of how the website would look and I approved the design.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
The Project Manager was our main point of contact throughout the process. However, I did speak with the website designer at one point.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
After launching our site, we did reduce our bounce rate by 67% and promptly reported this to Tolani (CAE Business Solutions).
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
I requested weekly updates via phone from my project manager Tolani and that was adhered to she even made sure to call at the same time on the same day each week which I thought was a nice touch.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
The site is very professional and we can update the majority of it ourselves.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Not really.

I am of a Financial Services Company Based in the UK (Birmingham).
For what projects/services did your company hire CAE Business Solutions LTD?
We are a start-up and had utilised another agency with regards to a full rebrand as we had more disposable income after a successful roll-out. Unfortunately, halfway through the project they abandoned the development of the website. As they deemed what we wanted to achieve to be to ‘technically difficult’ to execute. We then contacted CAE Business Solutions to work on our website and a rebrand of all our online Social Media.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
A client who had previously worked with CAE Business Solutions LTD recommended the team.
Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.
After a series of discovery meetings where I provided my competitors details, websites that I liked, how I would like the website to function etc. I received design sheets that indicated how the website would look. Once that was cleared, I then received a link which took me to the first page of my website. I was able to click on the link and see how the website was developing before my eyes which was very helpful and encouraging.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
I have one point of contact (Project Manager). Which simplified everything.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The contracts were very simple to understand. My point of contact was friendly, professional and well versed with regards to my industry. My branding is very engaging, and I constantly receive compliments! The website is amazing and functions exactly as I wanted and despite being told by 4 other companies that the functionalities I required were ‘impossible’ the team at CAE Business Solutions were able to do create a calculator with numerous functions with ease
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
My Project Manager was friendly, easy to communicate with, understood the industry I operate in and was very professional. Due to Covid restrictions all of our communication was conducted via phone or webcam which was unavoidable. Everything was delivered on time, and they met all deadlines.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
The knowledge on my Project Manager Tolani was very impressive. Her ability to convey complex terms in a simple way to someone like me who has a limited understanding of websites and branding was remarkable. I found her to be very supportive throughout the whole process.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Not that I can think of the whole experience was a pleasure.
CAE Business Solutions LTD’s efforts have reduced the client’s bounce rate, meeting expectations. They foster a productive collaboration by being communicative and responsive. Overall, the professionalism and scalability of their work are impressive.
