Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the cofounder of Armeanu Creative Studio, a Romanian branding agency. We design brands for national and international clients. This is us: www.armeanu.ro

For what projects/services did your company hire BULLET Advertising, and what were your goals?

Our goal is to obtain an organic growth on Google search engine. We wanted to gain more visibility by having a constant position on the first page through SEO.

How did you select BULLET Adevertising and what were the deciding factors?

They contacted us first, when they were in need of rebranding. We had good chemistry and through the rebranding process we learned more about what they do and their input in their clients growth. So we decided that they could help us too. Looking back, it was one of the best collaboration we had.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and campaigns.

At first they did a detailed analysis of our website (from SEO point of view) and they suggested multiple changes: page structure, content structure, files naming, meta description and a few others. After this they did a research in our field of activity that helped us understand where our competition stand and what are the main keywords that we should target, in order to get more qualified visits on our website.

How many people from the BULLET Advertising team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We worked with Ionut, the manager of the company.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

This is simple. We got not the first page, but the first position on our main key phrase ("agentie de branding" - "branding agency") in Google Search, and the first page on other 10 + main keywords. Our website traffic increased significantly, with valuable leads that turned into offer request. After one year of collaboration with Bullet Advertising we had over 200% increase in offer request.

This allowed us to reposition ourselves on the market. We were more confident to filter our clients and increase our budgets.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

We had the first meeting in our office. In this meeting they made clear the results that could be obtain from our collaboration, the timeline and the cost. They were very transparent and they didn't promise anything that couldn't be delivered. During our ongoing collaboration they send us monthly reports with the results.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are communicative, transparent, and always deliver what they promise. But the most impressive thing is the end result: for 2 years we are on the fist position in Google Search!

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Their work process is very well managed. I can't find any weak spots.
