Bukwild has been a key partner in our CMS migration into Craft, allowing our team to easily manage all five brands under our corporate umbrella. The initial site launch introduced a new contemporary web design elevating our core product solutions and product photography. After the site launch, Bukwild has been a key partner in the growth of our CBD e-commerce and California DTC businesses. 

Our product roadmap has included optimizations to the the e-commerce cart, subscription UIUX, referral program UIUX, product reviews, numerous SaaS integrations, and GA4 migration. Most recently we completed a design exploration and overhaul of all Product Description Pages, improving the content hierarchy and browsing experience.

1) Reduced independent contractor time needed to draft and publish content. 2) Increased CBD e-commerce and California delivery DTC sales.

Bukwild uses a dedicated PM and tasks assigned in Asana. Their project managers are highly responsive and amendable to our business needs. When we have concerns, which are rare, they are quick to respond and address the situation.

Bukwild was great at project management. When there wasn't scope change, they delivered on time. With scope change, obviously the time line changed as well. They were very conscientious in responding to our requests and proactively suggested creative ideas that augmented what we were trying to accomplish.

Bukwild was hired to entirely re-architecture the Nuro site to correspond with our rebrand. I tasked them with the following:

• Building a Website Architecture based on discovery conversations with identified key stakeholders 
• Partnering with a production company to create assets for the site 
• Building and developing an innovative approach to tell the Nuro story, especially on the Home page 
• Developing and deploying the site on a brand new CMS.

Bukwild shines when it comes to project management. Their team is one of the most organized, top-notch PMs I've ever worked with. They were firm when setting realistic boundaries but always willing to get creative to accommodate requests and shifting timeframes.

Bukwild is the perfect cross-over of elite-level creativity and hyper-organization. It's very hard to find both at a single agency. On top of that, you'll be hard-pressed to find a better group of humans. They have all the talent to warrant a brash ego, and yet they all carry themselves with humility and eagerness.

Not a single one. I have used them across 3 jobs now, and I don't plan on stopping.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Lyra's self-care platform has about 20k active users consuming mindfulness content, which directly supports members feeling better and Lyra's ability to offer a unique service in the market. Lyra's product demo tool has enabled Lyra to launch 48 unique demo sites in our pilot alone and 100% of partnership directors found it easy and quick to build a customized website. We have also received positive feedback directly from prospects and customers.

Bukwild has always delivered on time and been extremely responsive to our needs across our business goals, customer goals, and member goals. It is clear they are passionate about their work and process to collaborate and deliver.
