I am the co-founder, COO and CFO of Abyde. We have developed a revolutionary software that allows small to mid-sized medical practices to attain and sustain HIPAA compliance.

For what projects/services did your company hire Bug Hunters, and what were your goals?

We hired Bug Hunters to commence testing of all of our software systems. They also test all new development and updates on an ongoing basis.

How did you select Bug Hunters and what were the deciding factors?

We found Bug Hunters online and chose them based on their resume. They are very good at what they do.

Bug Hunters was responsible for all Abyde software testing, both on the UI side, as well as on the back end database side. Their testing methodology is extensive and detailed. They leave no stone unturned.

Jay's team at Bug Hunters was a team of 4.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Since we started using Bug Hunters, we have not had any major bug issues in our software or updates. They found all major bugs, and we were able to get them corrected prior to launching that particular software update.

Bug Hunters is very easy to communicate with. The Google sheets they work off of showing their progress and findings are detailed and extensive. We also work with them in Asana project management software.

They did everything well we were very pleased every time we worked with Bug Hunters.

I am CPO of Shelvpace, headquartered in Scottsdale, AZ. Shelvspace is the first to deliver a ‘retail shelf management’ solution for CPG companies focused on increasing sales and protecting their brands.

For what projects/services did your company hire Bug Hunters?

We had a need for quality assurance testing on our native mobile applications. We did not have the resources in-house to effectively allocate time to this, so reached out to Bug Hunters for help

What were your goals for this project?

The primary goal of this ongoing project was to do mobile testing and user acceptance testing of new and existing features in the applications

How did you select Bug Hunters?

We found Bug Hunters using upwork and was able to initiate a small pilot where quickly new we had the right fit.

Bug hunters is responsible for continuously beating up our mobile applications to identify bugs, and or ui issues in our applications.

They work directly in our project manager solution and when they identify issues, they log the bug, repo steps and often videos of the repo.

What was the team composition?

We have a central contact we work with for any new testing that is needed and never have to manage or communicate with anyone besides our central contact.

After providing requirements, the relationship has been very hands off as they have been able to work independently based on requirements.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Within the first week, Bug Hunters was off and running with daily recaps of work completed and bugs found. For the past couple years we have had a successful partnership where they have continued to provide valuable QA with little to no management.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Communicating with their team was extremely easy even though we were on opposite sides of the world.

Most communication is all done via Skype or email and they were able to use our product management tools to report bugs which was a huge help!

They are flexible on when to work but we didn't have a need for them to work during our business hours.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I was very impressed with the communication and the ability to quickly pick up the requirements and get started. There was very little time wasted explaining requirements and or process and they have been extremely adaptable to the needs and request we have needed.

We hire Bug Hunters for Manual and Performance testing of our portal

What were your goals for this project?

Two major goals:

1. Uncover all the bugs from the portal
2. To check the performance of the server in heavy user load.

We got reference from one of our past client.

Manual and Performance Testing. List down all the possible test cases, edge cases. Perform regression and retesting of the issues found. Helping developers to fix issues quickly and efficiently. Also to check the performance of the server when 1000 users jumps in to website.

2 Manual Testers and 1 Performance Engineer.

You can visit our site and see what platform they have tested. However, won't be able to share the bug report at this time.

It was great. They were able to communicate well in English.

I was impressed with their quick responses and their ability to set priorities.

They should increase their team, add more performance engineers to the team for large applications in the future.

We have a B2C website for which we required manual and performance testing services.

Performance testing and manual testing of the website.

We checked previous work references. Talked with the previous client of bug hunters We verified the test case sheets and results submmited

Once we selected bug hunters then we explained the complete project. We finalized the test cases and then we received the test reports.

We hired 2 full time and 1 part-time team member from bug hunter.

We are happy with the testing services provided by the bug-hunter team. We are able to rectify the bugs in the intial stages of the development. And load test the website as per the load requirements by client. Overall it was a complete testing service from the team.
