I am the owner of the web Application KaaledThegame.com . The application is a community based platform. oriented to offer fruits and Vegetables products to the community. In the future we will also be offering other types of basic services. Our long term goal is to create a solid community based on the Katushba coins.

I got a recommendation from a Newyork Based Real Estate Agent. he worked with them building more than 7 basic platforms.

Kaleed the game is a web application Developed in php and Blade. I went through development phases with Brossard.Starting with Organising the project in Phase one, Design, Backend, front end , testing and a few other details ones. Brossard gave me a detailed calendar from the get go.

Carolina was the designer, Marc was the project Manager, we had 2 other developers assigned to the project. Data analyst as well.

Feedback from my current clients is ok. We had a few products posted on the platform. The facebook community is growing as well.

They were very patient and kind throughout the workflow. But they tend to be a little disorganised on meeting and deliveries,

Very passionate and they have a developer assigned to every segment. of the Kaaaled project.

Improve organisation and hot delivery dates.

The team is based in Montreal in the old city. They have a few backend end and front end developers. Archie was the main point of contact on the project.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Source code was delivered and published on time. App was approved in less than 5 days with the google play store.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Communication was efficient with calls every week. Zoom was used frequently to demonstrate the interface and source code progress. Carolina handled the UI and UX.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Nice flow in terms of communication and daily feedbacks ( email ). They are professional but offer a very easy-going experience.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Office was small and hard to access.

It is a mobile application based on a Chatbot solution to engage in conversations. The application is Using Natural Language processing and AI to help users engage in conversations.

What was the team composition?

Brossard app design has 8 developers. The manager called Dee, he is very knowledgeable and the owner is very friendly.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

After the Android application was published our customer base was very exited and we experienced growth of 20% with our consulting services.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Workflow was efficient. we received a development calendar from the get go and the Brossard app design team followed up with us 2 to 3 times per week and we talked to them every 14 days for consistent reports. Documentation was efficient and payment terms where flexible .

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The company is very motivated to deliver a quality product, their enthusiasm is off the chart and they gave us a very detailed plan and follow up was consistent.

Are there any areas for improvement?

They tend to be late on meetings, 15 to 20 minutes on a consistent basis. Once in a while it can be tolerated but on a consistent basis it can be frustrating.

The app enables childcarers to manage their students, businesses, classrooms, and families at the comfort of a mobile device. The app facilitates reducing paperwork, capturing milestones, digital sharing of moments, engaging families and managing administrative tasks. Our competent strategy allows users to access our services at home and also makes it easy to invite schools. The mobile app has unique features that enable users to receive daily updates, watch photos, and stay connected at all times. Our services facilitate digital check-in, paperless billing and the preference of inviting friends, grandparents or even nannies.

What was the team composition?

The brossard Design Team was composed of 9 developers, half was mobile app developers the rest front end and back end developer. we also spoke to Mattia and Marco project Managers.

The app was lainched 2 months ago and we where able to secure a deal with he AGNSI for 300 daycares. we are currently planning to develop phase 2.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It was ok, somtimes it was hard to reach them during he early hours. But they submited to us a very detailed development flow, in 8 detailed steps.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They are very professional and understood our vision from the get-go.

Thye are hard to each over the phone.

What were your goals for this project?

the goal was to develop a software and chrome extension to get fast access to email addresses, names and job positions from various domains, either one-by-one or in batches. Then we use them to find contacts and connect. Then automate the process through a linkedin based bot to Connect, visit, and endorse LinkedIn users.

the software is segmented in 5 main components

1. Let users build targeted lists and plan their work on LinkedIn to get incredible results. Create separate message lists based on which potential client is interested in which product or service. Update their list any time. Deliver right message to the right person
2. Boost LinkedIn profiles connections, send messages to groups and get hundreds of endorsements. Visit profiles and endorse your connections using our bot. Let users save and export lists. Increase the traffic to web pages.
3. Prepare custom messages for each message list and add your signature automatically. Impress clients by making messages look more professional.
4. Find and save email addresses of LinkedIn users. Do a bare search on LinkedIn to find just the right profiles. Get endorsed by more connections
5. Finding and verifying email addresses isn’t a good use of a sales team’s time. In milliseconds, we can run hundreds of queries on the back end to find Company info's & email addresses.

What was the team composition?

They had a well-balanced team of 4 backend developers and 4 frontend developers. The project Manager was called Marco.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

With this Project our 2 companies where able to automate the connections building of our whole team (more than 10 members). On top of that we are selling the software in Toronto and having a great impact on the parental control sector.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

The project manager was called Marco he was very efficient and we spoke to him from The get-go. He is very understanding and effective.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They are very patient and are willing to find a solution to all the bumps. They always see the positive in things and take the time to explain everything during meetings and phone conversations.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Their developers only speak English, not french. It can be a set back when you live in Québec.

The goal of this project was to create a social media/political on Android and iOS to offer and educational and at the same time fun experience for millennials to engage with the political world.

I did Multiple interviews with Montreal companies and we decided the vendor because the had a very Human approach and were transparent.

In one sentence, we are a social media tool for voting. Imagine a democracy where you could vote not just for politicians, but also for the questions they should be talking about. The whole idea for the app came because I was frustrated as a voter. As important as it is to elect representatives, it’s also important to discuss OUR opinions If we don’t tell the world what we want, how can we expect them to fix it with us.

The Brossard Design Team was composed of 11 individuals. Marco was the project manager. I have also interacted with the React Native Developer Dee and Shal the Android developer. 2 back end developers worked on my project

The overall experience was good. the team is very flexible and understand along with development and made sure to make the app exactly how I envisioned it.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The team was very responsive every time I called or emailed them for a follow up they responded in less than 2 hours. They had a development process that consisted of 8 to 9 steps and made me comfortable in terms of payment terms as well.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The company is very human, they consider the individuals as well as a big corporation to be like family. They care as much about the quality of the final product as we do.

The project took more time than expected but they made sure to explain the setbacks Along the way.

We wanted to create an app that helps our clients navigate through the city and find marketing business like ours more easily.

They were recommended by our landlord. We checked out their reviews on Facebook, Google, and other directories.

Brossard Design designed and developed the Navik App, which lets users effectively explore city surroundings while also providing directions to the destination. The app serves as a tourist guide for the city of Montreal. They created features such as a city directory, weather forecast, find nearby places, reviews, and photos. Users can also add places to a Favorites list, estimate travel duration, and access live traffic information.

What was the team composition?

We worked with a team of 10 developers and two managers.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The Navik App is live. It’s already helping generate new traffic for our business.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Their workflow was quite efficient. We had an in-house meeting every two weeks. Marco (Managing Partner, Brossard Design) was a very patient project manager, and always willing to go the extra mile. Some of the developers were not particularly well-rounded, but as a whole the team complemented each other well.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Brossard Design had an awesome project development and delivery structure. The project was structured in eight detailed phases in order to help us follow the development process.

Are there any areas for improvement?

While the project took longer than expected, Brossard Design took the time to explain why.

We wanted an AR-based game to educate our market on that technology.

We did a Google search and found out they had good reviews. We decided to meet up and they offered us some good rates and effective strategies.

The project was divided into many development points. The first part was mapping out the project and assigning roles to team members. The team then produced mockups which they used in designing the UI as well as the production of the AR elements. They then built the backend elements and the database before integration, testing, and deployment.

What was the team composition?

We worked with Marco (President, Brossard Design) and five other developers as well as a graphic designer and a marketing expert. Marco served as the project manager.

They effectively delivered the gaming app and published it on the Google Play store.

It was mostly effective. Sometimes we had a hard time communicating over the phone. But in general, they worked efficiently and got it done.

They had a great work ethic and were very kind when communicating with us.
