I'm product manager at Verigram company. Verigram provides IT services for eKYC and customer registration using AI technologies. Our products are ID&Passport recognition Biometrical verification.
For what projects/services did your company hire BRICK, and what were your goals?
We had a simple website that was created 5 years ago. We wanted to develop a new site with the best UХ/UI design. The development of the site included a complete change and development of the brand identity. We wanted to develop a new company logo and presentation of our products. We expect a convenient and understandable journey for customers and an increase in site traffic. Also one of the goals was to develop a new design for our SaaS platform which is integrated with our website.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We were looking for many different web developers in the market. We had a list of 10 companies. We discussed all the details and our requirements and selected this supplier based on their experience, completed projects, design skills and cost estimate.

We had a kick-off meeting to discuss our goals and objectives. After that, the terms of reference for the project were developed. The site structure was developed and approved. Brand identity and website design was developed. After that, all the pages and functionality of the site and content filling were developed in stages.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
There was also 1 front-end and 1 back-end developer and designer who developed the complete brand identity and website design for us.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
Clients like our updated website design and have a better understanding of our products.

We had task planning and several status meetings with their project manager. We had scheduled releases and reviews of the work done on the site. In general, we were always in touch with their project manager and could discuss our new requirements or comments. For communication, we used Discord, as it is convenient for us and the company adapted to us without any problems.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
They developed a professional website for us with the ability to conveniently and quickly update data on their own. We received an excellent brand book of the company and a modern and understandable design.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
We always discussed all our comments and mistakes. They were all quickly resolved.
Internal and external stakeholders were happy with the website's new design; it also gave end users a better understanding of the company's products. BRICK managed the project smoothly; they facilitated several status meetings and kept in touch with the firm to discuss their feedback and comments.
