We are brave enough to make things better
Our team builds engaging and technically advanced mobile apps and web services. We’ve been developing software for over 10 years now and in 2017 decided to create BraveGeeks as a company.
We do both complete projects starting from an initial idea to the launch and support of those as well as able to integrate into an existing team and handle specific challenges startups are facing such as backend or frontend development, design, project management, QA, etc.

Development for a Real Estate Company
"Having a business without BraveGeeks would be impossible."

the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the products director at ListGlobally, a real estate company based in Switzerland.
What challenge were you trying to address with BraveGeeks?
BraveGeeks was hired to develop our products.
What was the scope of their involvement?
After giving their team the business requirements, BraveGeeks worked with us to define technical specifics. We work on several products concurrently. They created the issues and stories in Jira, then developed our backend using .NET and frontend using JavaScript. Their testers generate test plans and incorporate them with continuous integration flows.
What is the team composition?
Our main point of contact is the CEO of BraveGeeks. We have two teams that work on the frontend and two teams on the backend. There are around 35–40 people working on our products. We grew the group organically.
How did you come to work with BraveGeeks?
Someone else handled the process of selecting BraveGeeks
How much have you invested with them?
We invested between $4 million–$5 million.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with BraveGeeks in 2009, and the engagement is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We’ve been satisfied with BraveGeeks. The collaboration has been successful. Having a business without BraveGeeks would be impossible. I’ve worked with other development and offshore teams for years. BraveGeeks is the best team I’ve worked with. Their rates and quality of work are excellent.
How did BraveGeeks perform from a project management standpoint?
I worked with the CEO to build and train the teams, and to develop the process and workflows. The communication flow has been the perfect setup for our teams. We’ve been using the Scrum framework for about six ½ years. Their team provides the tools and trains developers to benefit their understanding. We use Slack and Jira.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I appreciate their dedication. BraveGeeks understands the business. Their team is exceptionally reliable and demonstrates ownership. I’m pleased with the cooperation.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Language barriers made quick communication challenging.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Clients should visit them. They’ll see how awesome and dedicated their team is. I encourage everyone to work with BraveGeeks.

“I’m impressed by their qualifications, and I really value their background knowledge.”

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the CEO of OnlineGIBDD. We offer a platform that helps people pay parking tickets or fines. Users can access our service from our site or mobile app, enter their vehicle information, find any outstanding payments, and complete them. We transfer the money to the appropriate government body.
What challenge were you trying to address with BraveGeeks?
We already had an iOS version of our mobile platform, but we needed a vendor to develop an Android version that included several different functions.
What was the scope of their involvement?
BraveGeeks designed and developed the platform, creating a fresh look for the Android version. Different from the iOS version, this platform not only allows users to pay their road fines but also their taxes. They continue to support the application, and we plan to bring them on for projects in the future.
What is the team composition?
Yuri (Head of Product, BraveGeeks) is our main point of contact, but there are about four people in the background.
How did you come to work with BraveGeeks?
We were familiar with Yuri’s work and thought the company overall was a good fit.
How much have you invested with them?
We ‘ve spent between $10,000–$49,999 so far.
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked on the mobile app from September–November 2017, but the relationship is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Users praise the Android app for its accessibility. Compared to our development process for the iOS version, our experience with BraveGeeks was much smoother.
How did BraveGeeks perform from a project management standpoint?
They did a great job. The team completed both the design and development work on time, and they continue to work efficiently.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I’m impressed by their qualifications, and I really value their background knowledge.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Some of the features could’ve been done better, but we didn’t realize that until we launched the application. The team is making the necessary changes right now.
Working with BraveGeeks has been a significant success for the business. Their work is consistently high-quality. Despite a few communication challenges, the workflow between teams moved seamlessly. They are dependable and cooperative. Expect a dedicated and efficient team.
