While the project just launched, the revamped website and product designs set us up for several key outcomes:

• Improved user experience within the app, with intuitive designs—especially for complex features like CostStreams—that reduce onboarding time and make powerful functionality easy to access and act on
• Stronger conversion foundation with a cleaner site structure, clearer CTAs, and messaging aligned to our core ICPs, designed to increase demo bookings and qualified pipeline
• Elevated brand credibility through cohesive visual identity and product storytelling that reflect the sophistication of the platform

A huge highlight was working with Carla, our project manager. She was on top of everything from day one, clearly understood our goals, translated our vision back to her team with precision, and always brought in the right experts at the right moments. Beyond just being excellent at her job, she brought so much joy and energy to the process. Her positivity, calm presence, and sense of humor made the entire engagement feel fun and motivating.

It really felt like a true partnership, not just in execution, but in how invested the whole team was in helping us succeed.

Our outcomes were not easily measurable in the truest sense. We were looking for a logo and color palette that differentiated us from our competitors. Additionally, we were looking for a website that summarized our products and services, drew in lead gen, and again differentiated us from competition. We routinely tracked this progress throughout the project.

The project was truly collaborative. From initial kickoff to developing a project plan, to then providing proofs of concept, to final work the Branx team consistently delivered. Items were always delivered on time and any delays would normally be on our side. We were fairly vocal with our feedback throughout the project and the Branx team responded each time with options that helped match our vision.

A number of things come to mind. Collaboration is easily one of the Branx's strongest skills which is essential on a project like this. Additionally the diversity of their expertise is impressive. Lastly, they were really great to work with. Always energetic, friendly, and understanding.

The Branx was able to adapt to feedback that we had and integrated into our existing tech-stack in a way that made it easier for us to implement their branding into our software.

The engagement with The Branx was to develop a visual brand language and to design, develop and launch a website with a corresponding CMS system that would enable us to manage key content on the site. 

We kicked off with a rapid branding exercise. The Branx aided in competitive research and then developed and delivered a style guide that would allow us to clearly differentiate from other firms in our space. 

Once we approved the style guide, they designed the pages for both desktop and mobile layouts. Designs were reviewed and detailed were collaborated on in Figma. Once approved, they developed the sites using Webflow, launched the site, and then provided post-site support to make small tweaks as required. 

Overall we were extremely pleased with the service they provided. We were on an extremely tight schedule. Their team was extremely efficient and response, and worked with us in a very collaborative manner.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

This was our first website coming out of "stealth" as a software company. Its purposes was to establish ourselves as a player in our space (construction software), to communicate our vision and product to future customers and investors, and to aid in recruitment efforts. Some specific outcomes:

• Led to a large increase in inbound investor requests 
• Is now the primary source of inbound customer requests via our product page. Previously all customer conversations had been outbound.

Their team was extremely responsive and timely. They responded to questions and change requests extremely quickly, often outside of working hours. All planned deliverables were delivered on time.

Working with their team, it really felt like they were on our team. They were very responsive and clearly bought into making the site and our brand a success. They took our business goals as serious constraints that they designed around. I appreciate that they also gently pushed and challenged us towards developing a bolder brand/style than we would otherwise.
