Please describe your company and your position there.
I am the marketing director for a B2B SaaS company that converts commercial insurance program documents to data-rich dashboards, giving risk executives instant access to the information they need to stay empowered and effective.
For what projects/services did your company hire The Branx, and what were your goals?
When I started my role at LineSlip, the branding was extremely outdated and amateur. We are disruptors in the InsurTech space, but our brand identity looked like the outdated methods we seek to replace.
We wanted to work with a company that had B2B/SaaS experience and could help us develop a brand identity that reads as professional and polished.
How did you select this vendor?
My team and I reached out to about a dozen companies and interviewed them. As is common in startups, our CEO had a "get it done yesterday" timeline in mind, so we were in a time crunch. The Branx team was responsive, talented, had experience in the space, and was ready to go when we were.
Describe the scope of their work in detail, including any steps and the final deliverables.
We began with a thorough questionnaire and conversation about what we did or didn't want the brand to look like. We used Figma to collaborate on the brainstorming process, which was fun and—more importantly—worked well for getting input from people in leadership whose time and attention for such projects are often limited.
The first draft of the brand directions that we received were extremely thoughtful and intentional. We felt that they had listened to our needs and preferences, and taken all that into account while also inserting their area knowledge. We requested a few changes to the directions and quickly ended up with a brand identity that everyone on our team is excited about.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
We worked with three people on their team: Ines (Marketing & Strategy), Jesus (CEO), and Dani (I believe he was the actual designer).
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
It's hard to concretely quantify rebrand outcomes, but I can tell you that our entire team is more enthusiastic about our brand identity; we are viewed as more professional and established in our industry; our website now looks much more modern and sophisticated; we are proud of the marketing visuals we produce.
The project was a game-changer in terms of our confidence and stepping into a larger role in the industry.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
The team was always available over email and we had regular remote meetings to go over progress, changes, and give input. As I said, we completed the brainstorming process using Figma which was highly intuitive and perfect for my busy CEO. The entire team was extremely communicative, professional, and kind.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
I really appreciated how patient they were with our somewhat chaotic startup work environment, and how they took our feedback and really synthesized it into a suite of branding that we actually love to use. They were more respectful of our timelines than even we were at some points.
I always felt like they put a lot of care and thought into their work with us, which I really appreciate.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
There was one issue where we were on a tight deadline and I felt the deliverable wasn't quite to the highest quality standard that we had been accustomed to. However, upon receiving that feedback, the Branx team responded with empathy and understanding, explained that they were focused on the tight turnaround, and they made it right (and better!) immediately.
I share this not to call them out for a mistake being made (because frankly, mistakes will be made and that is completely expected) but more to highlight that they took critical feedback graciously and immediately rectified it, beyond our expectations.

Rightstars is a social platform with the aim to close the justice gap. The platform is B2B//B2C and connects consumers, businesses, and lawyers. They approached us to help them establish their brand identity. They were pretty clear that they didn't want to have the traditional legal company look and feel, and wanted to have something with more personality that would set them apart from traditional law firms.
We, therefore, developed the concept of the Justice Valley, a place where people can go and get justice when they have been wronged. Visiting the platform of Rightstars is like going back to the old ages where the sheriff is ensuring law and order.

Please describe your company and your position there.
I am the CEO of an IT consulting company in the B2B sector from Germany. We are specialised in agile software development, DevOps consulting and IT security services.
For what projects/services did your company hire The Branx, and what were your goals?
We hired The Branx for rebranding and brand ui elements, including the design and creation of a new corporate logo. Our goals were to develop a new brand identity that is in line with our corporate culture in order to appear appealing to potential employees and customers.
How did you select this vendor?
We came across The Branx through research on the internet. After comparing different agencies, the team came to the conclusion that The Branx's style best matched our ideas and vision.
Describe the scope of their work in detail, including any steps and the final deliverables.
First, as a team, we had to think about the position of our company. What kind of appearance is important to us and what values do we want to reflect to the outside world. What goals and visions do we have and which colours are a no-go and so on. We worked on this and in the following steps four different brand identities were proposed to us on Figma so that we could decide on a direction.
After we did this, The Branx continued to work together with us on one idea. The logo was adapted according to our ideas and some other tweaks were made until we came to a final result. A social media kit was then designed for this.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
I worked directly with their project manager and chief creative officer. Brand specialists also supported different stages of the work.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
For results, feel free to check out our website www.swipergy.com and our new social media channels on LinkedIn, Instagram and Twitter. There you will find our new brand identity in action.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
We used a common calendar planning tool and Google Hangout to hold meetings. The timeline was transparent and adhered to.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
As a team, we were very pleased with the open, friendly manners and prompt responses. For example, when we asked for specific Canva designs to be sent to us.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Nothing came to our minds so far.

Cofounder - Aviator. We build tools that help improve internal software-engineering workflows at large teams.
For what projects/services did your company hire The Branx, and what were your goals?
We needed help with establishing our brand. Our goals were to have a developer-friendly brand that we could use to tie together multiple products.
How did you select this vendor?
We interviewed a few different agencies and selected the Branx based on their prior portfolio and overall responsiveness.
Describe the scope of their work in detail, including any steps and the final deliverables.
They had to design a new logo, select new branding colors, select a font, design our homepage and then implement it on Webflow.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
3 people: Ines, Jesus and Damien. Designers and Project Coordinators (Ines and Jesus are part of the founding team of the Branx too)
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Customers consistently compliment our logo and branding materials, and we've been able to tie multiple projects under the same brand.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
They were very good at setting expectations. We had stages where we would communicate quite a bit, and stages where they needed time to do heads down design work. At each stage they'd present us with options and we'd choose the option we liked best, to iterate further upon.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Their ability to extract creative direction even when we didn't quite know how to articulate what we wanted ourselves. At each stage, they were able to grasp our (sometimes vague) descriptions of our likes and dislikes about each option and turn them into actionable feedback to improve each new version.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
It took us a while to get on a good cadence of feedback + new iterations, since we're on different timezones. There were periods of slow progress due to either side being backed up with work, and we had to make up for it towards the end by meeting more frequently (which ultimately helped a lot in shipping the final project).

Instruqt is a hands-on virtual IT labs platform for product-led growth. We help software companies generate demand at scale and drive adoption with hands-on product experience. I'm the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at Instruqt.
For what projects/services did your company hire The Branx, and what were your goals?
In the early days of Instruqt, we created a mascot logo that was intended to bring out the fun, engaging aspects of our platform. The designed warrior with a shield represented our gamification approach. As we started to apply our logos in more media and channels, we realized that our old logo was not the easiest to work with. And, we felt like a more modern but still gamefish and fun branding would signal our company’s core values.
How did you select this vendor?
We made a search online for branding companies that have experience working with tech startups. We found a few and entered into conversation with them. We concluded that The Branx has the expertise and experience that match our needs.
Describe the scope of their work in detail, including any steps and the final deliverables.
We started with a workshop with key members of the team. Thereafter they created three design directions for us to review. We chose one and followed by a few iterations of feedback before we finalized the new logo and brand identity.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
We worked with our account manager and the chief designer.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We are pleased with the new logo, isotype, and brand identity. We got positive feedback from our customers as well.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
We had weekly meetings during the project and email updates. We are impressed by the way they managed the project. They are able to deliver quality work within a tight timeline.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
They truly care about our business and our needs. We are impressed by their creative work.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
No downside! We are happy with The Branx.

Please describe your company and your position there.
I am the CEO and Founder of Moby Analytics, a fintech who provides automated data analytics services for finance professionals.
For what projects/services did your company hire The Branx, and what were your goals?
We are a young company 100% self-funded - so our budget was tight. We hire The Branx to shape our brand identity and build us a new landing page. Our goals were to:
- create a visual identity around our company's values
- have a landing page that can be used as our visit card.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We searched on-line for many different vendors. The Branx really stood out by the quality of their portfolio. Their usual price was above our budget but decided to still contact them. After a short discussion, they came up with a very pragmatic solution to fit our budget without sacrificing the quality on their side.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
We first received a form to collect inputs about our company and our likes/dislikes in terms of design. We then had a kick-off meeting to go through this form. Following the meeting, we had a first brand proposal within 1-2 weeks time. After some minor adjustments, we proceeded to the creation of the landing page on Webflow. Same happened:1 week later we received the first proposal. Gave some feedbacks and received an updated version a days later. Overall process took <1 month, which we were very pleased with.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
Our main point of contact was the Marketing Manager/Project Manager and the CEO of the company. We also had exchanges with their web developper.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
Our ranking on Google improved significantly without any special SEO work. We also got a significant increase in people following us on Linkedin.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
We first had touch point with the Marketing / Project Manager who collected our inputs. Then after each phase, we had a call to discuss the deliverables. If we had additional adjustments, we would organise a call within a few minutes. They were extremly responsive.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Result oriented: They truly take into account your inputs and are able to build a visual identity around it that add elements that we could not have thoughts about. Once the design was finished, everything looked so obvious as if it was always there. Customer oriented: we really appreciate how well organised they were. For each phase we knew what to expect from them and what was expected of us. They have not missed a single deadline.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
There were some minor display bugs but they were fixed instantly after we shared our feedback to them.

Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the CEO of a biotechnology company. We produce drugs for neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, and Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS).
What challenge were you trying to address with The Branx?
We were a deep tech company, and we wanted help with our branding and website. As a result, we hired, The Branx to create our logo, press materials, and website.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Once they were done with the logo, The Branx helped create our color scheme and branding. After that, they developed our website. We just let them use their creative abilities as far as design and function were concerned in order to create the best materials possible. We also provided them with some materials which were all part of the science portion of our materials.
What is the team composition?
We worked with two people from their team, but they had a whole team in the background.
How did you come to work with The Branx?
I searched for companies on Google that had done branding for startups. Their team came up on the list, and they ad a reasonable price compared to other companies.
How much have you invested with them?
We probably spent $20,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with them in February 2022, and it’s an ongoing partnership.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The general feedback that we received was positive. Everyone thought that the team produced professional and high-quality work. Their process was really tailored to our needs, and they knew how to produce good branding. However, we didn’t have any metrics because our users were pharmaceutical companies.
How did The Branx perform from a project management standpoint?
They asked every question that needed to be asked, and they dealt with every detail of our project. We went back and forth with them until we were both happy with the logo and the materials. We communicated through Zoom and email.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They offered affordable services, and they were easy to work with.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No. The Branx did everything that they needed to do.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Keep your communication lines open so you can get exactly what you need. The Branx does a great job at everything. They’re also very creative, so you can give them a lot of materials, feedback, and ideas, and they’ll turn everything into a wonderful branding or product.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I'm the founder and CTO of XONAI. We are a deep-tech startup founded in the UK, and we are a growing team of six. We’re building a cloud-based technology that can accelerate big data workloads.
What challenge were you trying to address with The Branx?
We engaged with The Branx to get branding and website development services.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We started with the branding, and The Branx helped us develop and consolidate a strong company identity. Though we didn’t have any ideas for the logo, their team presented three different options for us to choose from. Once that was established, we felt comfortable enough to move on to web development.
Unlike the logo, we had a very complete idea for the look and feel of the website. Our primary objective with it was to hire people. We sent them what content to include and what messaging the site should project, and they sent back a draft of what the site would look like. After it was built, their team gave us access to the site so we could edit the content ourselves.
The Branx also provided SEO services and might soon get started on other marketing services as well.
What is the team composition?
We’ve worked with around four people from their end. Their founder has been involved for the branding and design aspect of the project, while another person helped us through the web development part.
How did you come to work with The Branx?
I was having difficulties finding a startup branding agency since most companies only offer webs design. When I came across The Branx, however, I went with them right away because they were patient and had experience working with several startups. Their services were also affordable, which was the ultimate deciding factor.
How much have you invested with them?
We have spent roughly €10,000–€15,000 (approximately $11,000–$16,000 USD) for all of the services they have provided so far.
What is the status of this engagement?
I first reached out to them around September 2021 and we have an ongoing engagement.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We have received very positive feedback from prospective customers and applicants. I'm quite happy with the work that The Branx put into our brand and website.
I’m also pleased that the development was done fairly quickly, in a matter of only 2–3 weeks. I wasn't expecting it to be that fast. Their team really engages with me to fix and improve things on the site.
How did The Branx perform from a project management standpoint?
They deliver on time and within the budget. We mostly communicate through email.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They were able to comprehend and deliver what we needed. The other companies I had worked with before fell disappointingly short on that.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, I’m satisfied with the value that we receive for the cost. I'm quite happy with them now, and I can't find anything to complain about.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Give them as much vision into the company as possible so they can understand exactly what they need to build. The more input you give the team, the better and more inspired they’ll be to create and deliver something that feels consistent.

Please describe your company and your position there.
I am the Lead for Brand and Communication. We sell a digital employee referral program (HR SaaS) to enterprises globally.
For what projects/services did your company hire The Branx, and what were your goals?
Our company created a new theoretical framework, a success model for employee referral program, based on our years of working with customers in this industry. We needed an illustration that could depict this framework.
How did you select this vendor?
I've worked for many years with Jesus and Ines from The Branx, and they are really great at what they do, so, therefore, they were my first choice for this project!
Describe the scope of their work in detail, including any steps and the final deliverables.
They had quite a difficult task - to come up with an illustration of the framework in a design that is clear and easy to understand, although it has many moving parts. They also had to provide illustrations for the smaller parts in more detail as well.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
I worked directly with Jesus (CEO & brand builder) and Ines (Marketing & Strategy), as well as Damien (Creative Designer).
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The final illustration has not been released publically yet so I cannot officially share any numbers, but I can confirm that The Branx did an exceptional job with the design and illustration. We are very pleased with the result!
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
It was fantastic to work with all team members of The Branx. We had a first briefing session to kickoff and the continuous concept rounds. They gave multiple options for the more complicated parts and were very patient and flexible (and fast!) with our feedback rounds.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
I felt they were extremely professional to work with, and I appreciated how they guided me through the design process with great communication and I knew what I could expect upfront. We were very happy with the outcome!
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
No, everything was great :)

I'm the owner of Evolve to Binary and we're a research lab focused on the intersection of AI and biology.
For what projects/services did your company hire The Branx, and what were your goals?
We hired The Branx for a complete branding and website project. This included everything from logo development, to color schemes, fonts, themes, etc.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We called and interviewed 5 different branding agencies. The three main deciding factors for going with the Branx were:
- the feeling i got when speaking with the team. i also knew that the people i met were the actual people that would be working on the project.
- the portfolio of work on their website. they matched our brand's style very well.
- price. for the quality of product, the branx was clearly the winner here.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
First was the development of the logo. This included several steps of meetings and iteration. Then, we began to develop a theme for the website including the color scheme. Webflow was used for the website, which allowed great flexibility for design iteration.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
The WHOLE team worked on the project. this is what i loved. they are a small team of 4-5 people (from my understanding) and they are all personally involved to ensure the success of the project.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
It's still too early to have objective measures of outcome. But i can tell you that subjectively, the response to the logo and website has been overwhelmingly positive. Our entire team resonates with the finished product and we feel The Branx represented our brand perfectly!
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
They are very professional, timely, and prepared. They met all deliverables in a timely fashion and managed the entire project incredibly well. E-mail and video meetings were the primary ways that we communicated.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
The most impressive thing for us was how they could take what we used to describe our company and capture it so beautifully in images. They really are artistic geniuses!
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Nothing really comes to mind immediately.

Branding for Travel Supplement Company
"I felt they wanted me to succeed, unlike those other agencies who only wanted to add me to their portfolio."

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I'm the founder and CEO of Co-Pilot the Travel Brand, and we make sustainable and minimalistic travel products for backpackers. Our very first product is a travel supplement.
What challenge were you trying to address with The Branx?
Our product is quite unique, and we didn't have any brand to look up to for inspiration. We needed help with our branding.
What was the scope of their involvement?
The Branx created my company's branding. I gave them my preferred shape for the letters, and after that, they made the whole tin outline for me. Additionally, instead of packaging my product in wasteful boxes, I decided to wrap them in bandanas. The Branx had also created the branding for the bandana.
I'd been working on my product's branding for months and with various vendors, but nothing went the way I wanted to. When I hired The Branx, they asked me if they could expedite the process for me. Instead of going through several months of branding development, they would give me three fully completed concepts.
I agreed, and they delivered quickly. However, I didn't like any of their designs, and we had to restart from scratch. Despite the situation, they were super cool about it and didn't make me pay extra. We decided to take the regular branding process in the end.
I lived in Central America, and they were based in Spain — all our interactions were done remotely.
What is the team composition?
I worked with Ines (Branding & Strategy), Damian (UI & UX Design), Jesus (CEO), and one other person.
How did you come to work with The Branx?
I found them through Google. I had meetings with other branding companies, and I found some that gave me good offers. However, I ultimately went with The Branx because I loved their energy — they were all young and liked to travel.
I saw myself and my brand in their company, and I felt someone who lived the brand would understand the project better than other agencies. Additionally, I felt they wanted me to succeed, unlike those other agencies who only wanted to add me to their portfolio.
How much have you invested with them?
I spent under $3,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
Our engagement lasted from March–July 2021.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
I haven't launched the product yet, so I can't provide any quantitative metric. That said, when I showed the tin and bandana to backpackers — who are my target market — they were amazed by the product, and they gave positive feedback.
How did The Branx perform from a project management standpoint?
The Branx was excellent at project management. I'd been a little bit needy and very opinionated throughout the process, and I emailed them almost every day. Even though we were eight hours apart, they were quick to respond and always gave me updates. They've been great at communication.
What did you find most impressive about them?
The Branx was very talented and quick at the same time. They created my bandana's design in just two days, yet it came out beautifully.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I can't think of anything.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
You might think you have a great idea, but you're hiring The Branx for a reason — you need to trust them. Tell them exactly what your company's vision is. You don't need to provide them with 50 different sketches of what you think your company should look like.
The client was delighted with their new brand identity, which made them more professional and established in the industry. The Branx delivered a modern and sophisticated website, improving the overall marketing visuals. Their patience as a team was commendable.
